Abstract

Jejaring sosial dan media sosial telah menyentuh anak-anak. Fitur-fitur dan fasilitas yang disediakan memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi anak-anak karena memiliki banyak hal-hal menarik lain yang membuat penggunannya nyaman untuk berlama-lama di depan komputer. Fitur tersebut memungkinkan para penggunannya berkomunikasi secara langsung, seperti chatting, tag foto, blog, game, dan update status.Penggunaan baik sosial media maupun teknologi komunikasi kepada anak dan remaja perlu dibatasi agar tidak merugikan diri sendiri. Perlu andil masyarakat, maupun bangsa dan negara juga dengan memberikan pengetahuan pokok tentang cara penggunaanya, karena pemerintah mempunyai wewenang untuk melakukan pembatasan tersebut. Tak hanya pemerintah, orang tua dan orang-orang terdekat juga berkewajiban melakukan pengawasan terhadap generasi muda disekitarnya, agar anak-anak dan kaum remaja tidak terpengaruh hal-hal negartif terhadap perkembangannya. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Library research (penelitian kepustakaan), adalah suatu penelitian yang digunakan untuk membaca dan menelaah buku-buku dan bahan-bahan lainnya yang ada hubungan dengan objek yang diteliti. Sedangkan metode penelitiannya yaitu studi kepustakaan (Study Literature). Kata Kunci: Media sosial

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the effectiveness of school committees in improving the performance of Perumnas Peunyareng State Elementary School, Meureubo District, West Aceh District. Researchers used qualitative research to describe the effectiveness of school committees. Research informants are school committee chairs, school principals, committee members and teachers, and school supervisors. Data was collected through interview techniques, document study, and observation. Data analysis techniques include processes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done by testing the credibility of the data. The results of the study found that the effectiveness of the school committee in improving the performance of Perumnas Peunyareng Elementary School, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. The effectiveness of effective school committees includes coordinating, providing advice and corrections, accommodating and conveying aspirations, conducting supervision, checking school development from allocated funds, providing financial support, providing energy and thought support, conducting negotiations, and conveying information to the community. The effectiveness of the school committee has not been maximized in contributing to quality improvement in the field of school facilities and infrastructure, strengthening the leadership of the school principal (school management), and school finances. However, the achievement of school facilities and infrastructure has not been sufficient enough to meet school needs. There are many other components that influence besides the school committee, so that the acquisition of B accreditation can be caused by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Penanaman Nilai-nilai Akhlak Melalui Platform Digital Terhadap Siswa SD/MI Kabupaten Bireuen. Dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh wabah Corona adalah pemberlakuan Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Covid-19, telah mengakibatkan ribuan siswa di berbagai sekolah harus belajar di rumah, sehingga orang tua beranggapan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis online itu less effective, guru didorong untuk mengubah proses pembelajaran tatap muka dengan metode learning from home berbasis platform digital, seperti whatsapp grup, video conference, google classroom, google meet dan zoom meeting. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak melalui platform digital belum efektif. Guru lebih mengandalkan platform WAG, video conference dan report of learning activitie dalam mengajar serta minimnya kemampuan dalam penggunaan platform digital lainnya. Siswa dan orang tua belum mampu bersinergi dan tidak konsisten dalam penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak kepada siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar: (1) Guru dapat membuat panduan pembelajaran berbasis daring supaya dapat mencakup nilai-nilai akhlak dalam pembelajaran menggunakan platform digital, (2) Guru hendak meningkatkan pengembangan diri di bidang IT. (3) Orang tua tetap konsisten dalam penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak kepada siswa.

Abstract

Kajian ini hendak mengungkap bahwa berbahasa dan berkomunikasi memiliki etika dan adab yang sangat tinggi. Berbahasa, bertutur kata, berbicara, dan berkomunikasi memiliki landasan keilmuan yang kuat, karena bersumber dari Al Qur’an. Etika berbahasa dan berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan konsep qaulan sadida dapat menjadi sarana sebagai salah satu langkah pencegahan bullying dalam bentuk verbal. Melalui Al Qur’an, manusia sesungguhnya diajak untuk berkomunikasi. Manusia, disamping makhluk beragama, adalah makhluk sosial, yaitu makhluk yang selalu hidup bermasyarakat dan senantiasa membutuhkan peran-serta pihak lain. Baik dalam Al-Qur`an maupun hadist banyak memberikan arahan atau nilai-nilai positif yang harus dikembangkan bagaimana konsep etika berbahasa dan berkomunikasi yang baik dengan menggunakan qaulan sadida. Dengan metode library research, penulis mencoba menggali lebih dalam lagi bagaimana konsep etika berbahasa dan berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan qaulan sadida, sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu langkah pencegahan bullying verbal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan, dalam Al-Qur’an ditemukan setidaknya enam jenis gaya bicara atau pembicaraan (qaulan) yang dikategorikan sebagai kaidah, prinsip, atau etika komunikasi, salah satunya yaitu Qaulan Sadida.

Abstract

Character education based on Islamic values ​​in the higher education curriculum is increasingly becoming an interesting topic of debate in contemporary education. This article aims to determine the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing character education based on Islamic values ​​in higher education, using qualitative methods through literature studies and searches. This research explores the concept of Islamic-based character education, analyzes the challenges faced in its implementation, and identifies opportunities to strengthen this approach in higher education curricula. The results of the analysis show that although there are various challenges, such as integrating Islamic values ​​into the secular curriculum, public perception of Islamic education, and limited resources, there are also significant opportunities, such as increasing awareness of the importance of character-based on Islamic values. education, support from Islamic educational institutions, and the important role of universities in shaping students' personalities and morals. These findings imply the need for a holistic and integrated approach to overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities to strengthen character education based on Islamic values ​​in higher education environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze character education management based on local wisdom in junior high schools in Ketol Subdistrict, Central Aceh. The approach used is qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The research results show that the planning, implementation, organization, and control of character education based on local wisdom have been running well, although there are some supporting and inhibiting factors. Local wisdom-based character education has not been systematically planned as a specific program or curriculum, so it is only integrated into certain subjects such as Arts and Crafts. Challenges include the absence of specialized teachers to teach local wisdom values, lack of specific subjects, and the absence of funding allocation from the local government. Despite these challenges, school principals play a crucial role in coordinating character education programs and ensuring the active involvement of all parties. The internalization of local wisdom values is carried out simultaneously by teachers, most of whom are of Gayo ethnicity. The integration of local wisdom values such as togetherness, responsibility, and honesty into character education is important to shape a generation with identity and high morals. Implementation at the school and classroom levels includes advice, habituation, and exemplary behavior. This local wisdom-based character education is expected to have a positive impact on improving students' character in Ketol Subdistrict.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's strategies in enhancing teacher professionalism at SD Negeri 2 Lut Tawar, focusing on the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, allowing for in-depth exploration of the principal's managerial policies and practices. Data collection techniques include interviews with the principal and teachers, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that in strategy formulation, the principal emphasizes the importance of leadership by example and discipline, involving teachers in discussions, and identifying relevant technological needs for learning. In strategy implementation, the principal assigns tasks based on teachers' competencies and integrates technology into the teaching-learning process. A reward and punishment system is also applied to motivate teachers to improve their performance. Furthermore, strategy evaluation is conducted regularly through classroom observations, evaluation meetings, and gathering feedback from students and parents. The evaluation results are used to adjust strategies and ensure the relevance of policies to the school's needs. This evaluative approach fosters continuous improvement and consistent development of teacher professionalism. The study concludes that a combination of participatory formulation, appropriate strategy implementation, and measurable evaluation creates a conducive environment for improving teacher professionalism. The implications of this research provide input for educational departments, principals, and teachers in developing more effective school management.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze national commitment, tolerance, non-violence and accommodating local culture in the organizational culture of MAN 3 Aceh Tenggara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach carried out at MAN 3 Aceh Tenggara. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show (1) national commitment is implemented through respecting diversity, mutual cooperation, concern for the nation and national pride, (2) tolerance is implemented through respecting differences in religious beliefs and practices, an open attitude towards inter-religious dialogue, avoiding religion-based discrimination, and building solidarity in diversity, (3) non-violence implemented by peaceful conflict resolution, respect for human rights (HAM), controlling emotions and assertive attitudes, and peace education, and (4) accommodating local culture implemented by respecting local traditions and customs , integration of religious and cultural values local, maintenance and preservation of positive traditions, tolerance for cultural diversity, and intercultural and religious dialogue.
