Abstract

This dissertation is entitled: “Fostering Students' Mental Attitude Through Islamic Religious Education at Senior High School in Bireuen Regency”.The teacher is a figure who is expected to be able to provide enlightenment and coaching in student behavior. The teacher plays an active role in developing the potential for the formation of students' morals, so students can distinguish between good and bad according to reason and norms that exist in the environment in which students are located. Moral development must start at the school level, so students have a strong foundation in daily behavior. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that; Islamic Religious Education teachers encourage students to learn to understand the values ​​of the teachings of Islam have been done correctly. Learning Islamic Religious Education, students are taught to think patterns with intelligence to manage emotionally, spiritually, patiently, diligently in learning, sincerity, sincerity, tolerance and totality. Fostering the Islamic aqidah, the recitation of the Qur'an and tausiah, dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer in congregation for students. Coaching Akhlaqulkarimah, the teacher provides awareness and habituation includes; good attitude, good manners in words, always cover genitalia when being outside school.

Abstract

The future often contains a lot of uncertainty because of the times that change quite rapidly. Current needs may change in a few years. Through the use of technology, students can be better prepared to face future careers. This study aims to look at how the implementation of technology-based education can help students prepare themselves for future careers. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study come from various research results and previous studies that are still relevant to the research discussion. The results of this study then found adequate technological skills to help students in facing highly competitive competition in the world of work later. Then through technology-based education, students can be prepared to face various challenges that are always developing in the future. Therefore, there is a need for various supports to be able to provide students with technology-based education.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi Guru Sertifikasi Terhadap Kualitas Pembelajaran Pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri  Suak Pandan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimana kompetensi guru sertifikasi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Suak Pandan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah, dan guru sertikasi. Hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru sertifikasi guru sudah sesuai dengan standar pendidikan nasional, hal terbut terlihat dan didapat oleh guru semenjak berada dilingkungan perkuliahan, baik dari pengalaman mengajar di lingkungan sekolah sebelumnya, serta melalui sekolah dengan memberikan pengenalan dan pelatihan kepada seluruh guru mengenai kompetensi yang harus dimilikinya, seperti  kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial. Dalam pembelajaran guru sertifikasi sudah menyusun RPP, merancangan strategi pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, pemgembangan bahan ajar atau materi ajar, mempersiapkan media pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran  aktif, kreatif, efektif dan kreatif yang menunjang keberhasilan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Secara umun guru sertifikasi pada SDN Suak Pandan secara umum sudah kompeten sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, hanya satu orang guru sertifikasi yang kurang kompeten, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap  kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar di SDN Suak Pandan Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how is PjBL-based class management towards strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in Elementary Schools in West Aceh District. The method used in this research is descriptive method by using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with school principals, school supervisors, school committees and class teachers implementing the PjBL program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL)-based classroom management towards strengthening the profile of Pancasila students at Perumnas Peunyareng Elementary School, West Aceh Regency is one of the demands in the 2022 Merdeka Curriculum which was launched providing an opportunity to implement PjBL. However, not all teachers understand the learning model properly. There are six syntaxes, namely: opening lessons by asking questions, planning projects, compiling activity schedules, overseeing project progress, evaluating the products produced, evaluating. This learning model can encourage students to be more able to collaborate, work together, and empathize with others. For this reason, workshops are needed for teachers to be able to gain proper understanding and be able to apply them in learning at school.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of the boycott movement against Israeli products on brand perception and customer loyalty among Muslim consumers, primarily through an extensive literature review. It investigates how the socio-political context of the boycott influences Muslim consumers' perceptions and attitudes towards these brands. The study synthesizes findings from various scholarly articles, reports, and case studies to understand the dynamics between political activism and consumer behavior. Key insights reveal a notable shift in brand image and loyalty, underscoring the critical role of political and ethical considerations in shaping consumer choices. This comprehensive analysis contributes to the broader discourse on consumer behavior in politically sensitive environments and offers strategic insights for businesses in managing brand reputation amidst socio-political challenges.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the forms of implementation of Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency 2) To determine the implementation of Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency 3 ). To find out the obstacles faced in implementing Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with Qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The informants for this research are school principals, school supervisors, class teachers and school committees at State Elementary Schools in Clusters 1, 2 and 3, Woyla District, West Aceh Regency. The research period was from August to September 2023. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis concluded that the forms of implementation of Acehnese education policy in accordance with Qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency include local content subjects (Acehnese language, tahfiz, reading and writing the Qur'an/Jawo letters, forms of habituation and forms of literacy/calligraphy as well as through the teungkudayah school entry program. Implementation of the Aceh education policy in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency is carried out by planning, organizing, carrying out activities and carrying out control/supervision. Planning involves everyone. school components, committees, school supervisors and the surrounding environment and those that were not involved from the start of planning. Organizing includes the organization of curriculum/teaching materials, teacher/teacher organization, schedule time organization, student/class organization and Islamic values/potential organization. environment. Obstacles faced in implementing Aceh education implementation policies in accordance with qanun number 11 of 2014 in elementary schools in West Aceh Regency include internal obstacles and external obstacles. These include the unavailability of specialized Acehnese language teachers, limited budget, no training for teachers in the implementation of Acehnese education such as local content, limited parental support or involvement of school committees, limited facilities and infrastructure and the time available is still using time in the curriculum National is not extra time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of school principals and work motivation in influencing teacher performance based on digital technology. The case study is conducted at Dayah Terpadu Almuslimun Lhoksukon. The research was carried out in North Aceh Regency in July 2024. The sample consists of 118 respondents. The research model uses quantitative statistics with WarpPLS software version 8.0. The results indicate that the leadership style of the school principal affects teacher performance. Additionally, work motivation influences teacher performance. The coefficient of determination for the endogenous variable of leadership style has an impact of 53.9% on teacher performance, with the remaining 47.1% being influenced by other variables not covered in this study.

Abstract

The study aims to: (1) analyze the principal's management planning for differentiated learning, (2) analyze the principal's management organization for differentiated learning, (3) analyze the principal's management execution in implementing differentiated learning, and (4) analyze the principal's management supervision in differentiated learning. This qualitative research was conducted at SMPN 4 Tanah Luas and SMPN 1 Tanah Luas in North Aceh Regency, with principals, teachers, and supervisors as informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings are: (1) The principal's planning for differentiated learning is effective, involving staff in training, facilitating infrastructure, and ensuring classroom comfort. Teachers gather information on students' talents and learning styles. (2) The principal's organization for differentiated learning is effective, involving staff in creating organizational structures and assigning tasks based on qualifications and expertise, including forming peer learning groups. (3) The principal's execution of differentiated learning is effective, providing digital tools despite challenges. (4) The principal's supervision of differentiated learning is effective, involving scheduled supervision, teacher reflection, feedback, and discussions on professional development, though challenges exist.

Abstract

This article investigates the quality of Islamic education in the practice of dualism in Indonesia. This dichotomy is related to differences in the quality of Islamic education, as well as its implications for graduates of Islamic education institutions in the field. Through literature research, it shows that dualism in the management and implementation of Islamic education in Indonesia creates significant challenges, including non-uniformity in educational standards, an imbalance between religious education and general knowledge, as well as gaps in the quality of education between institutions. However, this article also identifies efforts to overcome this dualism, such as curriculum integration programs and capacity building for education managers. By analyzing quality in the dualistic dynamics of Islamic education management, this article provides valuable insight for education stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, and the wider community, to develop a more holistic and integrated strategy in improving the quality and relevance of Islamic education in Indonesia

Abstract

Pembentukan kepribadian manusia memegang peranan utama dalam pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan semata-mata bertanggung jawab untuk membentuk akhlak yang baik pada diri setiap orang, termasuk generasi muda Indonesia. Apalagi bagi anak yang sedang mencari jati dirinya, tanpa adanya peran pendidikan maka ia akan kehilangan arah dan terkena permasalahan sosial. Tak hanya pendidikan, peran ayah dan ibu juga sangat penting dalam mendidik dan mengasuh anak. Pengaruh model kepemimpinan orang tua terhadap perilaku nakal anak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepribadian anak. Model kepemimpinan yang baik akan menciptakan karakter yang baik dan sebaliknya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan anak, antara lain teman dan lingkungan, namun faktor keluarga lebih mendominasi. Pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kenakalan anak. Pendidikan juga sangat mempengaruhi pembentukan kepribadian anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bireuen.
