Abstract

ABSTRACT This research will analyze the role of international organizations, namely UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund) in helping its member countries where the case study raised is Mental Health, world countries have followed the international framework set by the World Health Organizations (WHO) to guide world countries in Adolescent mental health. This study uses a qualitative methods, using data collection techniques through literature study which originates from a number of literature and sources related to the problem under study. This research uses the perspective of liberalism and theory using international organizations and NGOs. In tackling mental health, WHO is working with UNICEF. In 2020 UNICEF invites CIMSA In dealing with mental health in adolescents, UNICEF is working with CIMSA to find empowering ways to provide support. during Covid-19, namely with a discussion room namely PEKA (Care for Mental Health). PEKA room holds online sessions with a certain theme every 2 weeks to provide mental health and psychosocial support from and for young people. Keywords: UNICEF, CIMSA, Mental Health

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Mayora Indan Tbk over the period 2016-2020 using financial ratios- including gross profit margin, operating profit margin,net profit margin, retrun on investment (ROI), and retrun on equity (ROE). The company showed strong profitability in 2016, but experienced sharp declines in various margins in 2017 and 2018, followed by moderate recovery in 2019, then a slight setback in 2020 due to reduced sales.despite decreasing trends,key profitability indicatros remained within healty ranges. PT Mayora Indan Tbk maintained liquidity and generated net income consistently, although the ratio of net income growth to equity remained modest.the findings suggest that while the firm’s financial condition remained sound,it should enhance asset and improve its profitability in the future.

Abstract

His study aims to investigate the influence of investment decisions, financing, dividend policy, and profitability on the firm value of State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. The research is motivated by the fluctuating firm value (PBV), which reached a low of 1.66 in 2020 and a high of 2.05 in 2022, indicating shifts in market perception. Using a quantitative approach and a purposive sampling method, this study analyzes secondary data from four SOE banks: PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank BNI Tbk, and PT Bank BTN Tbk. The data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that investment decisions, dividend policy, and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. In contrast, financing decisions were found to have no significant effect on firm value. This study concludes that an integrated approach to financial management is essential for creating long-term firm value.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to introduce financial literacy programs for students. Literacy education is important for students so that they are accustomed to managing finances well in the future. In Indonesia, financial literacy education is still very rare, both in the family and school environment, the provision of education about financial literacy has not been carried out seriously and planned. This service is expected to be useful for simple financial management knowledge for early childhood through the "savings" pattern. The dedication material is focused on how to introduce the concept of money, its use and when to shop. Financial literacy education will be carried out for students at LPK Sakura Education. The teaching method is carried out with a mentoring method by the Teaching Team. The teaching method uses simulations and learning using educational films on financial literacy as well as movements and songs Let's Save. The savings simulation is carried out by practicing saving using piggy banks distributed to students. Mentoring from the teaching team is carried out continuously with the introduction of financial literacy education that can benefit early childhood and benefit themselves, families and society in the future. The results of this community service demonstrated active student participation, with 10 students asking questions about financial literacy, and 3 teachers asking questions about the role of teachers and schools in helping students learn to save. These questions sparked active interaction between the resource person and participants, interspersed with games to liven up the atmosphere. Keywords: Accounting Literacy, Finance, Students
