Abstract

ICT products that are widely used in universities in Indonesia are E-Learning with a Learning Management System (LMS) and Academic Information System (SIA). The existence of these two products from ICT will greatly assist the running of academic business processes in a higher education institution. Of course, if the two are well integrated, especially for managing existing academic data. However, in many tertiary institutions, the two systems are still not integrated, such as in managing academic data. The huge amount of data and the complexity of these two systems will make the management and integration process difficult and inefficient if done conventionally. Seeing these problems, the researcher intends to conduct research on the integration of the two REST-based Web Service systems and use the External Database feature which will be used to synchronize data from SIA to E-Learning in real time.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi yang semakin cepat menyebabkan tingkat kompetisi dan persaingan semakin ketat. Perusahaan saat ini berlomba-lomba menggunakan berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan efisiensi kinerja perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang sangat banyak digunakan pada perusahaan saat ini adalah System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP), sistem yang menjalankan bisnis dengan satu basis data yang dapat diakses oleh semua entitas di perusahaan. Tujuan penetilian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan dari penggunaan SAP yang dilakukan oleh PT. Simone Accessarry Collection membuat sistem lebih efektif dan menciptakan efisiensi waktu dalam mengatur stock barang. Juga memperbaiki komunikasi antar pegawai dan user sistem agar semua data terkontrol dengan baik, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada informan yaitu Manajer Teknologi Informasi, Manajer Logistik, Manajer Produksi dan Admin Warehouse. Hasil wawancara dianalisa menggunakan UML juga BPMN. Hasil dari uji penerapan SAP pada PT. SAC, dengan adanya sistem tersebut semua data dari setiap kegiatan menjadi lebih terintegrasi dan terdokumentasi dengan baik dibandingkan dengan proses manual yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan stok/persediaan secara akurat. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu perusahaan seharusnya memberikan user pelatihan dalam mengoperasikan SAP.

Abstract

The Informatics Distance Learning Study Program at UNSIA is one of the study programs that employs a significant number of practicum-type courses as part of its learning process. The implementation of the practicum is carried out through joint simulations to achieve 21st-century graduate competencies. The implementation of learning for practicum-type courses is carried out through the utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and zoom. In practicum-type courses, students are required to install the software necessary for the lecture process, particularly for joint simulations. A significant number of students have encountered difficulties in installing the requisite software. These issues led to a dearth of student engagement during the joint simulations conducted via Zoom, particularly in terms of active participation. The implementation of an appropriate online programming simulator (OPS) is expected to enhance participation in practicum-type courses during synchronous sessions, thereby facilitating the acquisition of the greatest possible learning. The results of the analysis conducted before the implementation of OPS revealed that the lowest active class participation rate was 36.7% (22 students) out of a total of 60 students, while the highest active class participation rate was 50.0% (30 students) out of a total of 60 students. Following the implementation of OPS, the lowest participation rate was 83.3% (53 students) of the total 60 students, while the highest active class participation rate reached 96.7% (58 students) of the total 60 students. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, Zabbix merupakan Network Monitoring System (NMS) yang akan memantau grafik jaringan Load balancing untuk meningkatkan kinerja infrastruktur TI, pemantauan terus-menerus diperlukan untuk mencegah overload an memastikan kondisi sistem server bekerja dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah dalam Topologi Jaringan Load balancing, metode yang diterapkan Network Development Life Cycle NDLC), metode ini mencakup tahap analisis, desain, simulasi, implementasi, monitoring, dan manajemen. Zabbix, sebagai aplikasi pemantauan, memungkinkan pengguna memantau ribuan perangkat dalam infrastruktur IT tanpa membeli lisensi tambahan. Hasil simulasi dan implementasi menunjukkan bahwa Zabbix dapat memberikan grafik kondisi server yang dipantau. Zabbix menjadi pilihan populer untuk pemantauan jaringan karena fleksibilitas, sumber terbuka, dan dukungan komunitas yang besar. Penelitian ini apat membantu pengelola infrastruktur TI dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi jaringan. Laporan dan grafik Zabbix menunjukkan pola kinerja, memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengambil tindakan proaktif dalam manajemen jaringan mereka.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang dengan potensi pariwisata yang besar, khususnya wisata alam dan budaya. Seiring dengan perkembangan sistem informasi, industri pariwisata memanfaatkannya untuk meningkatkan interaksi antara pengelola wisata dengan para wisatawan. Meskipun penerapan sistem informasi telah dilakukan, masih terdapat daerah di Indonesia yang kurang informasi objek wisata. Terutama informasi jarak lokasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pemesanan tiket wisata yang dinamis dan dapat dikelola oleh masing-masing pengelola objek wisata di berbagai daerah. Aplikasi ini menggunakan algoritma Dijkstra untuk merekomendasikan objek wisata terdekat dari titik lokasi wisatawan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah menampilkan beberapa objek wisata yang disajikan pada tampilan peta dengan menampilkan hasil rekomendasi urutan lokasi wisata dengan rute yang paling optimal dari paling awal sampai akhir untuk dikunjungi. Wisatawan dapat langsung membeli tiket secara digital yang nanti dapat ditukar ke tempat wisata yang dituju. Tiket ini berisi Qr Code yang dapat digunakan satu kali.

Abstract

Companies nowadays derive significant benefits from adopting digital systems in their operations. Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, for example, an educational institution, has implemented digitalization to optimize operational performance assessments by auditors. Manual audit assessments consume significant time and effort. Applying intelligent algorithms, such as Decision Tree, has become key to enhancing efficiency and accuracy in decision-making during assessments. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of operational performance assessments by identifying and addressing these issues, implementing the Decision Tree algorithm. Decision Tree, which has evolved through a series of algorithms like C5.0, is the appropriate choice as it can make decisions based on specific conditions from the input data. The Decision Tree method and C5.0 Algorithm will help in rapidly and accurately calculating assessments based on criteria. This implementation can minimize manual audit activities, save time, and improve the accuracy of operational performance evaluations. The outcome of this research is higher efficiency in the operational performance assessment process, allowing auditors to focus on strategic aspects and in-depth analysis. Thus, Politeknik LP3I Jakarta and similar institutions can experience positive impacts from technology integration in their operational management, supporting progress and enhancing the quality of educational services.

Abstract

Currently, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are used to address common questions often asked by users. However, users frequently avoid reading FAQ as they are considered less efficient in providing answers to common queries. The objective of this research is to enhance Customer Service Efficiency and provide Quick and Consistent Responses. Therefore, a FAQ Chatbot is needed to improve customer service efficiency and offer prompt responses to frequently asked questions in the MotionBank application. The FAQ Chatbot is an interactive system designed to deliver quick and accurate answers to common user queries. By utilizing artificial intelligence through Natural Language Processing methods on the Dialogflow platform, the FAQ Chatbot can automatically comprehend questions and respond with fast, relevant information, providing more responsive customer service. The research results indicate that the FAQ Chatbot application is capable of addressing frequently asked questions posed by users. The application also offers an interactive experience, responding quickly to common questions and assisting users in obtaining information related to MotionBank.

Abstract

Employee credit program is a form of employee retention as an effort to retain potential employees from the company. In its implementation, providing employee credit is not without risks that may occur. These risks include the inability or failure to pay credit installments when due. To minimize the risks that may occur, a survey and analysis with the right method is needed for cooperative members before providing employee credit. Researchers will use a Decision Tree-based algorithm as a tool for decision making in providing employee credit to Cooperatives at Samsung Indonesia Company. Researchers also use the CRoss-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) model on the data mining development life cycle as a research step taken. This CRISP-DM model is very appropriate to use because it is a neutral model or method and can be used in various industries and combined with various tools. From the measurements that have been carried out using a sample data of 10 records from a total of 584 records, a classification model of 2 employees with non-performing employee credit status and 8 employees with performing employee credit status was obtained. The classification model was obtained based on the Gini Index Value of the Employee ID, Division, and Position attributes are 0.7, 0.3428571, and 0.2714286, respectively. So, the decision to grant credit to employees depends on the Position, after that the Division, and the last is the ID of the employee.

Abstract

The web framework emerges as a solution to enhance web development efficiency. Django, an open-source web framework written in the Python programming language, is one of the popular frameworks. Currently, there are not many programming learning platforms that provide specific programming learning materials for Django, implementing a method to boost user interest in using the platform. This research aims to design and build a web-based Django learning application using gamification methods designed based on the octalysis framework to enhance user learning interest. It also incorporates the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm to randomize questions for more variety. The application was tested by several users by filling out a questionnaire prepared using the Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM). The evaluation results of the application obtained an average percentage of 84,15% in the aspect of behavioral intention to use, which means users strongly agree that the djangoing application generates a desire to use it again in the future. Furthermore, the results in the aspect of immersion were 81,44%, which means users agree that the djangoing application creates an immersive learning experience for the Django framework.

Abstract

The development of Air Conditioner technology to stabilize the temperature and humidity of the air in a room has affected human life activities. This research designed an automatic control system for air conditioning using the Fuzzy Mamdani method, because it is known that air conditioners have the largest cost burden compared to other electronic devices. Then, this research designed a control system consisting of a DHT22 Sensor as an input to detect the room temperature controlled by the ESP32. Furthermore, the results of data collection are analyzed using the Fuzzy Mamdani method so that the defuzzification output instructs the relay to take action, namely switching off to adjust the temperature degree and display data to the IoT platform, ThingSpeak. The results of this research show that the DHT22 sensor test was successfully calibrated with a hygrometer comparator with an error value of 0.4%. Then, the prototype design based on fuzzy rules has been successfully implemented with an error value of 9.2% from the manual comparison so that it is concluded that the deviation difference is still recommended. This indicates that the system effectively maintains desired environmental conditions while improving energy efficiency by reducing unnecessary AC usage. The results confirm the feasibility of implementing IoT-based fuzzy control systems for practical energy-saving applications.
