Abstract

In its development, image processing is very helpful for solving problems faced by humans. Imaging processing is an image processing technique of an object to distinguish the background and the object to be analyzed. This research uses a segmentation method that can distinguish between objects and backgrounds. Analyzing objects from ultrasound images requires the expertise of an experienced doctor. In addition, there are artificial factors that make automated analysis complicated. We aim to improve natural imagery. Therefore to overcome the potential difficulties in analysis, we present four Comparison of Edge Detection, namely Gradient Image, Roberts Operator, Sobel Operator and Prewitt Operator. In image processing, data accuracy and accuracy are required as well as knowledge of statistics because image processing is related to data processing. The result of this research is to determine which edge detection is more appropriate for analyzing ultrasound images. The conclusion from this research is that from the four operators that were tried, the results of the testing process showed that the Prewit operator succeeded in detecting existing objects, even objects that function as background were successfully detected. The resulting edge detection is smoother compared to other operators.

Abstract

Rambu-rambu lalulintas merupakan bagian dariperlengkapan jalan yang memuat lambang, huruf, angka, kalimat atau gabungan diantaranya, yang berfungsi untukperingatan atau pemberitahuan bagi pemakai jalan. Banyak kecelakaan yang terjadi dijalan karenapelanggaran lalulintas, ini di karenakan banyak masyarakatyang belum mengetahui arti atau maksud dari rambu-rambu yang ada di jalan, dan masyarakat kurang pahamarti dari rambu-rambu lalulintas yang terdapat dijalan,juga di karenakan sosialisasi yang kurang terhadap masyarakat mengenai pentingnya mematuhi rambu-rambu lalulintas.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat suatu aplikasi tentang rambu lalu lintas untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran lalu lintas dan sebagai sarana investasi jangka panjang dengan memperkenalkan rambu lalu lintas di pendidikan usia dini. Traffic signs are part of road equipment containing symbols, letters, numbers, sentences or a combination thereof, which functions as a warning or notification for road users. Many accidents that occur on the road are due to traffic violations, this is because many people do not know the meaning or purpose of the signs on the road, and people do not understand the meaning of traffic signs on the road, also because of the lack of socialization to the public regarding the importance of obey traffic signs. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to make an application about traffic signs to minimize traffic violations and as a means of long-term investment by introducing traffic signs in early childhood education.

Abstract

Currently, technological developments are growing rapidly. It can be seen from that most human activities require technology to meet daily needs. Technology has now fulfilled human needs that can be done by themselves. One of them is an expert system. Cats are one of the animals that are popular among people. Because it is so popular, the number of cat enthusiasts in Indonesia has become very large, and will continue to grow. However, this is not balanced by the knowledge of the keepers and the availability of sufficient veterinarians. This research develops an expert system application to diagnose diseases in cats. This expert system has 7 knowledge bases about diseases in cats and 30 symptoms, using the forward chaining inference method. The expert system was built and designed using the PHP programming language. The expert system provides output in the form of disease diagnosis results in cats based on the symptoms input by the user. The expert system developed is useful for helping the public obtain information about cat diseases and their symptoms easily and quickly

Abstract

This research focuses on Hayati Store, a business specializing in the sale of beauty tools and beauty products. The study explores various aspects of beauty product management at Hayati Store, including demand planning, inventory management, and distribution during sales, using Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodology. Implementation will be carried out using PHP programming language and MYSQL database to facilitate effective management. Although the store has computerized cosmetic and beauty tool sales, the current system only covers sales aspects, lacking information on stock turnover from product receipt to warehouse inventory management. This research aims to optimize the distribution process during sales and transform existing data into a comprehensive Supply Chain Management system

Abstract

A flag is a rectangular or triangular piece of cloth or paper used as a symbol of the state, association, body, etc. or as a sign. It is often also used to symbolize a country to show its sovereignty. Along with the large number of countries, the country's flag also has many varieties and colors. The use of computers as a human aid is expected to the extent that the computer's ability can replace the limitations that humans have. Humans can recognize an object by using their eyes and brain, but if the eyes and brain cannot work properly it will hamper human work. In this research, training will be conducted on the Back Propagation Neural Network Architecture. Characteristic data for image recognition is obtained by extracting texture features and RGB color features. So that the network can recognize the flags by matching the feature data obtained from the training carried out. Characteristic data obtained from 24 data consisting of 16 training images and 8 testing images. From the results of the image network training can be identified properly, the accuracy rate of object identification is 87.50%. GUI users are able to identify flag images based on RGB text and color features.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, guiding, teaching, directing, assessing, training and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal basic education and secondary education. Teacher performance evaluation is an assessment of each item of the teacher's main task activities in the context of career development, rank and position. Assessment of performance achievements is based on several criteria that will be calculated. There are various ways or steps that can be taken to carry out the calculation process when the assessment takes place, one of which is to design an information system that can present information on the results of teacher reward recipient recommendations that are fast and precise and has high precision and accuracy values, this system is Decision Support System (SPK) or Decision Support System (DSS). Therefore a Decision Support System (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method is needed which will determine the best choice and according to predetermined criteria from SD Negeri 10 Batang Anai. The Product Weighted method is a settlement method using multiplication to connect attribute ratings, where the rating must be raised to the first power of the attribute weight in question. So that the process is faster and data management in the form of process results reports can be managed and stored safely and easily. The result obtained which has the highest value is alternative A04 on behalf of Tri Murni, S.Pd with a value of 0.252

Abstract

The development of e-government has encouraged every Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the Padang City Government to submit various digital applications to improve the quality of public services. However, the large number of applications often creates challenges in determining priorities, primarily due to limited resources and budgets. This research aims to design a Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS) that combines the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method and the development of the K-Means Clustering method to provide a more objective and measurable priority classification. The WASPAS method is used to provide a ranking of alternatives based on predetermined criteria, such as urgency of need, service impact, funding availability, and alignment with the regional strategic plan. Next, the K-Means algorithm is applied to group the calculation results into several priority classes, ranging from the most urgent to the least urgent. As an innovation, this research also utilizes image processing techniques to visualize the K-Means classification results, allowing for a more intuitive and easily understood presentation of priority grouping patterns for decision-makers. In this research, data were collected from 52 OPDs within the Padang City Government as a case study. The test results show that the hybrid DSS approach combining WASPAS and K-Means successfully produces priority scale classification with an accuracy level of 94.75%, which demonstrates consistency and accelerates the application evaluation process at OPDs. Integration with image processing for visualization of clustering results also successfully helps clarify data interpretation and facilitates analysis. Thus, this system is expected to support more effective, transparent decision-making in accordance with the principles of electronic-based governance in Padang City.
