Abstract

The Region of interest (ROI) of the fundus photography is an important task in medical image processing. It contains a lot of information related to the diagnosis of the retinal disease. So the determination of this ROI is a very influential first step in fundus image processing later. This research proposed a threshold method of segmentation to determine ROI of the fundus photography automatically. Data to be elaborated were the fundus photography’s of 13 patients, captured using Nonmyd7 camera of Kowa Company Ltd in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital, Padang. The results of this processing could determine ROI automatically. The automatic cropping successfully omits as much as possible the non-medical areas shown as darkbackground, while still maintaining the whole medical areas, comprised the posterior pole of retina captured through the pupil. Thus, this method is  helpful in further image processing of posterior areas. We hope that this research will be useful for researchers.

Abstract

Abstrak -Penggunaan jaringan komputer berskala besar yang ada saat ini terbentur masalah biaya yang mahal   dalam   pengadaan   dan   pemeliharaan   perangkat   keras   (hardware).   Hal   ini   mendorong perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer yang hemat sumber daya, tempat, dan biaya. Teknologi jaringan komputer tanpa hardisk (diskless) menjadi jawaban akan permasalahan ini. Namun bagaimana dengan kualitas layanan yang menjadi isu utama dalam trend jaringan komputer. Penulis memanfaatkan teknologi jaringan tanpa disk (diskless) menggunakan PXE Linux yang bersifat opensource dipadukan dengan konsep Quality of Service (QoS) dapat mengurangi konsumsi daya dan biaya serta dari segi pemakaian bandwidth menjadi efisien dan efektif. Optimalisasi kualitas layanan dengan mengatur penggunaan bandwidth jaringan dapat diterapkan dengan teknologi Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) pada setiap paket data sehingga terarah sumber dan tujuannya. Kinerja teknologi MPLS pada jaringan diskless PXE Linux dengan parameter yaitu bandwidth, jitter, dan packet loss. Kata Kunci-  Network Booting PXE Linux, Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Quality of Service(QoS).

Abstract

The background of this research is the geography teacher's perception of the Merdeka curriculum, which has not been implemented evenly in all SMA schools in Solok Selatan district. The purpose of this research is to find out the perceptions of teachers seen from their absorption, understanding and evaluation of the independent curriculum at SMA Solok SelatanThe type of research used in this research is descriptive. The population in this study were all geography teachers at SMA Solok Selatan, totaling 17 geography teachers. In this study using total sampling. The sample in this study were all geography teachers in Solok Selatan district. data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis techniquesBased on the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1). Teacher perceptions seen from the absorption of the independent curriculum at Solok Selatan High School have a percentage of 87% with good qualifications. 2). The teacher's perception seen from the understanding of the independent curriculum at Solok Selatan High School has a percentage of 85% with a Good qualification. 3). Teacher perceptions seen from the assessment or evaluation of the independent curriculum at Solok Selatan High School have a percentage of 83% with good qualifications.

Abstract

The assistance provided to PKK mothers aims to introduce hydroponic plants to PKK mothers, increase the mothers' insight into hydroponic plants and build a sense of concern for plastic bottle waste. The methods used are the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method and the lecture method for delivering material directly. This assistance has resulted in increasing the enthusiasm of housewives to implement the knowledge gained and building a sense of concern for plastic waste. The material in this assistance is collaboration with hydroponic plant owners in the field to obtain detailed and accurate information.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan suatu unit yang penting dalam suatu perguruan tinggi karena membantu dalam melaksanakan kegiatan proses pembelajaran, dengan adanya kurikulum baru yaitu kulikulum Outcome Based Education (OBE) perguruan tinggi harus melakukan perubahan terhadap kurikulum yang sudah ada, namun manajemen dokumen berlanjut hingga hari ini Artinya menyimpan data dan dokumen dikomputer Saat ini khusus untuk produk pemantauan, dokumen perlu dicetak untuk didistribusikan. Kedua hal ini menyulitkannyaakses oleh Civitas AkademikaPerancangan sistem ini nantinya akan pemantauan dokumen itu sederhana, menyimpan, mencari dan mengelola dokumen itu sederhana ,diperbarui atau dibagikan kepada pihak lain dan memiliki keamanan saat diakses. Dalam analisis, desain dan pembagunan sistem diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan solusinya, serta melakukan evaluasi kondisis sistem dan hasil desain dievaluasi menggunakan Framework PIECES dengan menggunakan Pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Berdasarkanhasil akhir terlihat bahwa perancangan Website OBE memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik untuk beberapa komponen evaluasi yaitu informasi, kontrol, kemamanan, performa,efisiensi dan pelayanan.

Abstract

Technological developments are very dynamic so that the information produced is fast and accurate, starting from an office to the educational level. Management of facility maintenance data at State Senior High School 2 Sijunjung is still done manually. Determining facility maintenance work based on manual management can cause the determination of facility maintenance work to be irrelevant. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed that can improve the process of managing and determining facility maintenance work using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The Weighted Product (WP) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method used to solve the problem of selecting the best option from several available alternatives. Based on the results of the analysis in the process of determining facility maintenance, the researcher made manual calculations using the weighted product method where there are 5 criteria and 15 alternatives. From the results of these calculations, the researcher made a decision by looking at the ranking of the WP calculation where the art room was ranked first with a value of 0.0900. This system is expected to be able to assist schools in managing facility data that affects the determination of facility maintenance work priorities and as a basis for decision-making in determining facility maintenance work

Abstract

Technology is currently used in various ways, one of which is businesses engaged in selling daily products. The right marketing strategy makes knowledge of consumer shopping patterns important to study because consumers are the main actors in carrying out transactions. The more diverse the types of goods sold in a company, the more diverse the resulting consumer spending patterns will be. Data mining is an analysis process that is carried out automatically on complex and large amounts of data to obtain patterns or trends that are generally not realized. The FP-Growth algorithm is an alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the data set that appears most frequently (frequent itemset) in a data set. The method used in this research is the FP-Growth method which is implemented in the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. Designing a data mining program using the FP-Growth method can analyze and manage consumer purchasing patterns based on goods purchased simultaneously. The data processed in this research is transaction data that has been processed into information so as to gain knowledge in calculating stock of goods sourced from the owner of Toko Asra. From testing this method, results were obtained from the 10 transactions in December 2021, by limiting the minimum support value to 0.2 and minimum confidence to 0.75, 33 patterns of consumer shopping habits were obtained, meaning that 33 products were most frequently purchased by consumers. Designing a data mining program using the FP-Growth method can help analyze consumer purchasing patterns based on items purchased simultaneously. The results of frequent itemset calculations can help find a sequence of combinations that can be used as product recommendations in business decision

Abstract

Every agency or organization must be able to select and determine competent employees to fill vacant positions so that the main duties of that position can be carried out. To obtain information quickly and accurately about the assessment of permanent employees in accordance with the expected criteria, a decision support system is needed. Objective decisions are usually fair because they are in accordance with the facts and supported by data to produce a decision/recommendation that can make things easier for agency or organization leaders. By using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, it is hoped that it can help in making decisions about evaluating permanent employees. The SMART method uses a multiattribute decision technique which is used to support decision makers in choosing between several alternatives. This research aims to assist the leadership of the West Sumatra Ministry of Religion in making decisions regarding permanent employee recommendations for employees. The method used in this research is qualitative. Based on the test results, a weighting system is produced that takes into account the assessment factors that exist in employees. The results of the assessments that have been carried out will immediately produce data on employees who have competencies worthy of being promoted to a better career level. In the research, 6 criteria were used, namely cooperation , work ability, work discipline, loyalty, responsibility and communication. With 5 alternative data, calculations were carried out using the SMART method, the result that got the highest score was Endang Mesfitra with a final result of 0.7425. With the research results, the application can help leaders in providing assessments and the results of these assessments produce objective decisions so that leaders can recommend employees according to the criteria

Abstract

The development of e-government has encouraged every Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the Padang City Government to submit various digital applications to improve the quality of public services. However, the large number of applications often creates challenges in determining priorities, primarily due to limited resources and budgets. This research aims to design a Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS) that combines the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method and the development of the K-Means Clustering method to provide a more objective and measurable priority classification. The WASPAS method is used to provide a ranking of alternatives based on predetermined criteria, such as urgency of need, service impact, funding availability, and alignment with the regional strategic plan. Next, the K-Means algorithm is applied to group the calculation results into several priority classes, ranging from the most urgent to the least urgent. As an innovation, this research also utilizes image processing techniques to visualize the K-Means classification results, allowing for a more intuitive and easily understood presentation of priority grouping patterns for decision-makers. In this research, data were collected from 52 OPDs within the Padang City Government as a case study. The test results show that the hybrid DSS approach combining WASPAS and K-Means successfully produces priority scale classification with an accuracy level of 94.75%, which demonstrates consistency and accelerates the application evaluation process at OPDs. Integration with image processing for visualization of clustering results also successfully helps clarify data interpretation and facilitates analysis. Thus, this system is expected to support more effective, transparent decision-making in accordance with the principles of electronic-based governance in Padang City.
