Abstract

A decision support system is a system that can quickly solve problems that occur in rankings and can find out the highest to lowest values in an election. This study aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Simple Additive Weighting methods in analyzing data on criteria and decision alternatives that can be used by prospective students who are still unsure about which major to take in college. The criteria used in this study were suitability with educational background, semester fees, employment, interests and talents and parents' requests. while the alternatives used are all faculties and study programs at Budi Luhur University. The analysis was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine the weight of the criteria used and the Simple Additive Weight method to find out the ranking of non-uniform assessments to determine the priority of alternative choices. The results of the analysis using the two methods are that the engineering faculty is ranked 1 (one), meaning that the best choice for majors based on the criteria compiled is the engineering faculty with a choice of two majors, namely architecture and electrical engineering.

Abstract

Visibility is an important aspect of server management. A system administrator needs to have visibility into the servers under his management. A system administrator needs to have a vision of the current conditions on the servers under his control. With this visibility, you can see whether there is a problem with the server, and action can be taken to deal with the problem. One of the problems that occurs in companies or institutions that have servers to run public services is the lack of flexibility in the supervision process to continuously monitor server performance and condition 24 hours a day. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can carry out monitoring and management remotely to increase the flexibility of system administrators. Telegram, which is a messaging platform, can be used as a remote management medium by utilizing the available bot features. The method used to communicate with the bot is the long polling method which is more efficient than the regular polling method. Using remote management via Telegram bot media can be an alternative way that system administrators can use to interact with the server. With this research, it is hoped that more efficient and flexible media or other methods can be developed for managing and monitoring servers

Abstract

Providing periodic rewards to employees with the best qualities has several functions, including strengthening employee motivation to achieve achievements and also retaining employees from being targeted by other organizations. A good and attractive reward system can minimize the number of employees leaving. The weakness that is generally found in the best employee assessment system is the accuracy of the calculation results and the unavoidable nature of the subjectivity of the assessment team. The aim of this research is to implement the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method in minimizing the weaknesses of the best employee assessment system that is already running. The result of this research is a calculation system for assessing the best employees

Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam pengambilan keputusan hukum memunculkan kekhawatiran mendasar terkait keadilan, akuntabilitas, diskriminasi, dan pelestarian penilaian manusia. Di Indonesia, tata kelola AI masih sangat bergantung pada pedoman etika dan instrumen hukum lunak, sehingga menimbulkan celah regulasi yang signifikan terkait penerapannya dalam keputusan yang memiliki konsekuensi hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kerangka hukum yang tepat bagi pengambilan keputusan hukum yang dibantu AI di Indonesia dengan mengidentifikasi tantangan regulasi, risiko potensial, dan praktik internasional yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods) dengan Desain Sekuensial Eksplanatori (Explanatory Sequential Design), yang mengintegrasikan bukti kuantitatif dengan analisis kualitatif untuk mengembangkan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai tata kelola AI dalam sistem hukum. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bias algoritmik, transparansi, akuntabilitas, pengawasan manusia, dan perlindungan hak-hak dasar. Dengan mengkontekstualisasikan praktik regulasi internasional dalam kerangka hukum dan sosial Indonesia, penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan tata kelola yang berpusat pada manusia yang memposisikan AI sebagai mekanisme pendukung pengambilan keputusan, bukan sebagai pengganti penilaian hukum manusia. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka regulasi AI di Indonesia yang akuntabel, inklusif, dan berbasis hak.
