Abstract

Abstract - Accounting information systems help in making effective decisions. The company's profits cannot be separated from the support of human resources because they have provided energy, thought and expertise in the company's operations. The need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important. Various agencies are trying to develop their businesses by making many changes by utilizing sophisticated technology such as computers as a substitute for manual labor processes. D'Besto Bogor is a fast food restaurant that has many competent employees in each branch. However, currently D'Besto still uses manual methods in the process of reporting employee attendance data, namely by filling in the attendance form on paper, then the form is recapitulated using Microsoft Excel. This has several obstacles such as data loss or data manipulation. So that it really influences the payroll process. Therefore, as a solution to these problems, the authors use observation and interview methods as data collection methods and waterfall as a method of software development. In addition, the authors use the PHP programming language and databases as storage media. This Employee Salary Processing Information System can make it easier for users to input data, manage reports, and process payroll quickly and accurately, so as to minimize errors or fraud.  Keywords: Accounting Information Systems,Attendance,Recitation,Processing Employee Salaries Abstrak - Sistem informasi akuntansi membantu dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektif. Keuntungan perusahaan tidak lepas dari dukungan sumber daya manusia karena yang telah memberikan tenaga, pikiran dan keahlian dalam operasi perusahaan. Kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat sangat penting. Berbagai instansi berusaha untuk mengembangkan usahanya dengan melakukan banyak perubahan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi canggi seperti komputer sebagai pengganti proses kerja manual. D’Besto Bogor merupakan restoran makanan cepat saji yang memiliki banyak karyawan yang kompeten dimasing-masing cabang. Namun, saat ini D’Besto masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses pelaporan data kehadiran karyawan yaitu dengan mengisi form absensi pada kertas, kemudian form tersebut direkap menggunakan microsoft excel. Hal tersebut memiliki beberapa kendala seperti kehilangan data atau manipulasi data. Sehingga dangat berpengaruh pada proses penggajian. Oleh karena itu, sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan waterfall sebagai metode pengemangan software. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database sebagai media penyimpanan. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Gaji Karyawan ini dapat memudahkan user dalam proses penginputan data, mengelola laporan, dan proses penggajian secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan atau kecurangan.  Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Absensi, Pengajian, Pengolahan Gaji Karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract - In running a medical equipment Inventory report PT. Bumi Permata Medika can still work conventionally, there are have problems in making reports. The number of stocks, the name of the item that must be recorded, causes data to be mixed and the need for a relatively longer time to do it, it must be done carefully. Lack of accurate information causes companies not to know the minimum storage limits and stages of medical equipment inventory for the next period. To overcome the problem at PT. Bumi Permata Medika in the supply of medical devices, the author makes information system inventory of medical devices using the program. To simplify the work in processing data on medical supplies that are useful. Abstract

Abstract: In the current era of globalization, information technology advancing rapidly. Developments in information technology have led to a new revolution in the form of a conventional shift working system into the digital era. This change has also changed the perspective of each person in doing various activities one of which is on the activities of government agencies. The number of managed data and the need for rapid delivery of information in the public service activities at the Village Office Sambeng Kulon, Banyumas District. Public services such as the pcopulation census should be carried out continuously, continuous, timely and accurate. Because every day people must have come to the village office for various purposes such as making a written request KTP, KK, cover letters moving, death certificates, birth certificates and a letter was not able to take a long time and every resident who apply for the required letter is not uncommon back to the house to complete the necessary requirements for at least information about the documents needed to make the required letter. It is of course not efficient. To solve the above problem, a computerized system should be applied over existing systems to ensure the accuracy of the data. With so all processes can be fully realized public services effectively and efficiently because it does not have to require a longer time. Abstract

SMA Mandiri Balaraja - Kab. Tangerang continues to strive to offset the development of education to compete and reliable. The assessment system is still manual and not computerized. This causes difficulties in the assessment process, as many require files to be recorded. Academic information system of web-based value processing answer the problem, because it can be accessed online anywhere and anytime with the internet network. The model used in this research is waterfall method supported by programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL database.

Abstract

Pakubumi piling spare parts are very much needed when there is a lot of infrastructure development in the capital city and in small cities. Spare parts that are used at the time of construction and for stocks carried out by project workers that will be prepared by suppliers as well as in CV. Abadi Perkasa. With a lot of available sales data, an algorithm is needed to manage the sales data. Data processing sales data mining with a priori algorithm technique can look for the highest frequency pattern where the highest frequency value is above a certain threshold which is called minimum support. After getting the highest support value, then the confidence value is sought to determine the association rules for one product with another. Looking for a minimum of support and confidence can also be found with the help of rapidminer tools. From this research, it can be seen that the a priori algorithm can find out which products are often purchased as well as determine the patterns of relationships between products and help to develop future marketing strategies.

Abstract

The Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) in carrying out the testing service process still uses the system of meeting directly with service users to carry out tests and use paper media for recording service user data. Services and data processing like this require considerable effort and time, the risk of damage to paper as a medium for recording service user data is also a problem. Therefore, a web-based animal product testing service information system design was made at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) which uses the waterfall model as a software development method and the data collection techniques used consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. This designed system provides online testing services where service users can fill out test forms anywhere without having to go directly to BPMSPH. Hopefully this web-based testing service system can make it easier for service users to carry out tests at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH).

Abstract

In a industry, service record are very meaningful for industries engaged in service,because service records serve as atrack record of work and are proof of work by technicians to customer who have entered into service usage agreements wth the company. But at this time service records technicians perform service records manually which causes service records to be lost without a trace due to improper storage of service records. customer name, customer phone number and data that should not be disseminated. To facilitate service, maintain privacy and anticipate things that are not wanted in the service records, these technicians require computerized data collection using an Android-based information system that can store customer data that only the company and customers see, using an information-based system. Android can make it easier and useful for all parties, including the company between customers, companies and between these texts who perform updated service work to customers

Abstract

Pengenalan dan penguasaan huruf hijaiyah yang merupakan dasar untuk membaca dan mempelajari Kitab Suci Al Quran sejak dini sangatlah penting, karena jika pada saat membaca huruf hijaiyah sudah terbiasa dengan kata-kata yang salah maka akan dapat menimbulkan arti yang berbeda sehingga kita dituntun untuk membaca secara baik dan benar. Metode dalam belajar huruf hijaiyah biasanya diberikan oleh Guru ngaji secara tradisional (konvensional) atau orang sering menyebutnya metode turutan. Dengan metode seperti ini anak cenderung pasif dalam menerima pelajaran mengajinya, karena guru ngaji menerangkan anak dalam membaca huruf hijaiyah secara lisan, tulisan dan Bahasa tubuh. Media Pembelajaran untuk mempelajari huruf hijaiyah sendiri dianggap masih kurang interaktif selain itu minat membaca bukusemakin menghilang dengan adanya mobile smartphone android. Maka, media pembelajaran huruf hijaiyah akan dirancang menjadi aplikasi mobile android yang akan memuat konten gambar dan audio sehingga mempermudah dalam mempelajari huruf hijaiyah dan membuat menjadi lebih interaktif. Model yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi android tentang huruf hijaiyah adalah model pengembangan waterfall. Model waterfall menyediakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak secara sekuensial atau terurut. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah untukmeyediakan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan agar anak tidak mudah bosan untuk belajar mengenal huruf hijaiyah sekaligus untuk memanfaatkan teknologi yang sekarang serba modern apalagi dimasa pandemi ini.

Mandjha Hijab merupakan salah satu Perusahaan yang bergerak dibldang fashion, dimana Produk yang dljualnya berupa Hljab dan Busana yang dl rancang langsung oleh Deslgner sekaligus artls ternama yaitu Ivan Gunawan. Sistem yang digunakan oleh Mandjha untuk dijadikan device pendaftaran data membership yaitu aplikasi Moka. Sistem ini dianalisa oleh peneliti bertujuan agar database Member loyal Mandjha Hijab lebih tersusun rapih dan mudah dibedakan sesuai level kartu Pemilik Member. Pada penelitian ini metode service quality (Servqual), adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan sebuah aplikasi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebar link kuisioner yang berupa pertanyaan dengan permasalahan yang ditelitl untuk memperoleh data berupa jawaban responden mengenal variabel kinerja aplikasi Moka. Setelah data diperoleh untuk menentukan nilai persepsi dan nilal harapan, kemudlan data tersebut dlolah menggunakan metode service quality, sehlngga penellti dapat menylmpulkan bahwa nllai persepsl leblh kecll darl nilai harapan, yang artlnya aplikasl Moka yang dlgunakan pada Mandjha Hljab saat pendaftaran member perlu perbaikan.

Abstract

The problem faced by companies in general is the delay in agreeing to apply for leave, this is caused by two things, namely too many stages to be skipped and the difficulty of meeting with the boss whenever he wants to apply for leave. The purpose of this research is to design a proposed design for a leave application information system. The development method used is the prorotype method, while the method used to find the root of the problem is one of the techniques in Root Cause Analysis, namely Fault Tree Analysis. The results of this study are a prototype proposal that can be taken into consideration for companies to start implementing a digital-based system for submitting employee leave. The results of this study are expected to provide information as a basis for consideration, support, and contributions to ideas for companies to be able to use technology in the process of applying for employee leave
