Abstract

Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi siswa SMK saat menjalani PKL adalah kurangnya pemahaman terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab di tempat kerja. Selain itu, kesiapan mental siswa masih menjadi permasalahan yang signifikan, seperti tekanan psikologis, kurang percaya diri, serta penyesuaian diri dengan budaya kerja profesional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan psikoedukasi kepada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 3 Gowa mengenai kesiapan mental sebelum memasuki dunia kerja (PKL). Metode yang digunakan menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test. Partisipan dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 70 siswa kelas XI SMKN 3 Gowa. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa tentang kesiapan mental sebelum memasuki dunia kerja (PKL) setelah diberikan materi psikoedukasi dengan nilai pre-test dan post-test p<0,05 serta nilai rata-rata pre-test 3.43 meningkat menjadi 9.44 yang menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi yang telah dilakukan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang kesiapan mental sebelum memasuki dunia kerja (PKL).

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aimed to analyze the levels of junior secondary school students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in English vocabulary learning using Quizizz. It was conducted among grade 8 students at SMP Negeri 4 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi province, in the 2025/2026 academic year. A mixed method approach was employed in this study. To gather the data, an online questionnaire and semi-structured interviews were used. The total participants were 31 students, who filled out the online questionnaires and 5 of them were chosen purposely that were consented to be interviewed. The data were analyzed quantitively and qualitatively. Those listed statements in the questionnaires were validated through Self-Determination Theory before they were administered to the observed group. The findings showed that the level of intrinsic motivation was at a high degree level, which had a total mean score 3.72, while the extrinsic motivation level of students was at 3.69, indicating that the level was also high. These results were further confirmed through in-depth interviews with students, where they were highly motivated and engaged in English vocabulary learning by using Quizizz as an interactive digital learning application in the classroom due to its interactive, score and feedback features in the application. The future researchers may investigate the impact of such application on other language skills, its effectiveness at various proficiency levels, and the implementation in long – term duration. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and operational efficiency on profitability in conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of all conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 10 banks selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, including classification as BUKU 4 banks, availability of complete financial reports, and no recorded losses during the observation period. The study utilized secondary data obtained from annual financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews version 13. Model selection was conducted through the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test. The results indicate that liquidity, measured by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), has a positive and significant effect on profitability measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, operational efficiency measured by Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) has a negative and significant effect on profitability. These findings indicate that effective liquidity management and improved operational efficiency are important factors in enhancing the profitability performance of conventional commercial banks.
