Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the urgency of legal protection for children in Aceh Barat Daya district. Violence against children, sexual abuse of children, trafficking of children to be exploited as commercial sex workers, neglect of children, and killing of children are still common. This can prove that child protection in Indonesia is still very weak so that it must receive special attention from both the state, government, local government, parents, families and the community around the child. The large number of criminal cases against children in Aceh Barat Daya district indicates that the application of legal protection for children is still very weak, thus legal protection for children in Aceh Barat Daya district is an urgent matter. The method used in analyzing and reviewing is research on normative juridical law, namely research whose object is normative law in the form of legal principles and the legal system, in which this research describes the urgency of legal protection for children in Aceh Barat Daya district. The number of cases of criminal acts against children that occurred in Southwest Aceh district adds to the black list of poor legal protection for children in Indonesia. Therefore the protection of children in Aceh Barat Daya district is an urgent matter.

Abstract

Dinas Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura Kabupaten Aceh Barat menjadi fokus penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak pengendalian internal terhadap stafnya. Pengambilan sampel yang bertujuan digunakan untuk memilih sampel, dengan semua pekerja yang berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas kinerja dan mereka yang telah bekerja untuk perusahaan setidaknya selama satu tahun sebagai kriteria. Secara keseluruhan, 47 sampel pendapat dikirim. Untuk menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja pekerja pada Biro Jasa Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura Kabupaten Aceh Barat, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif analitik. Analisis regresi linier (R2 dan analisis regresi berganda) dan uji parsial (uji statistik t) digunakan untuk menilai validitas hasil pengujian dan, dengan perluasan, keandalan hipotesis yang diuji. SPSS 20.0 digunakan untuk melakukan analisis. Pengendalian internal terbukti berdampak pada produktivitas pekerja dan hasil panen tanaman pangan hortikultura Aceh Barat. Beberapa temuan dari eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa subsidi tidak meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja. Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura Aceh Barat. Produktivitas karyawan juga dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kontrol dan persetujuan internal. Pabrik Pangan Hortikultura Aceh Barat. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 58% menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 64% informasi dapat diperoleh dari pengendalian internal dan biaya kinerja serta pencapaian kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor lain di luar cakupan penyelidikan ini menyumbang 42% sisanya

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Beauty Influencers, Viral Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Using the Slovin formula, the required sample size was calculated as 98.5; therefore, 100 respondents were considered sufficient to represent the study. In collecting data, the researcher used primary data sources through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of this study indicate that Beauty Influencers, Viral Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific products

Abstract

Coastal tourism areas are increasingly challenged by marine litter, particularly plastic waste, which threatens environmental quality and reduces the attractiveness of tourist destinations. This issue is also evident at Kolam Bebek Tourist Beach in Kuala Trang Village, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, where a sustainable community-based waste management system has not yet been established. This community service program aimed to enhance environmental awareness among local communities and visitors, encourage stakeholder participation in beach clean-up activities, and provide supporting facilities for proper waste management. The program was conducted on 28 June 2026 using a participatory approach involving lecturers and students from the Marine Science Study Program of Universitas Teuku Umar, local residents, tourism managers, and the village government. The implementation consisted of four stages: preparation, environmental education and socialisation, beach clean-up activities, and the provision of waste management facilities and educational media, including waste bins and environmental awareness banners. The program successfully reduced waste accumulation along the coastal area, with plastic waste identified as the dominant type of debris collected. Educational activities improved participants' understanding of the environmental impacts of marine litter and the importance of waste segregation. Furthermore, the installation of waste disposal facilities encouraged responsible waste disposal practices among visitors and the local community. Collaboration among academic institutions, local communities, tourism managers, and village authorities strengthened collective commitment to maintaining environmental cleanliness and supporting sustainable coastal tourism. The program demonstrates that participatory environmental education combined with practical action and supporting infrastructure is an effective strategy for improving coastal waste management and can serve as a model for other coastal tourism destinations.
