Abstract

Peneliti melaksanakan penelitian ini karena hendak menelaah bagaimana penerapan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana BOS dalam program RKAS di SD Negeri Made 1 Surabaya. Dana BOS ini membutuhkan suatu pengelolaan yang efektif yaitu dengan transparan dan akuntabel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengenal serta memahami bagaimana penerapan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana BOS dalam program RKAS di SD Negeri Made 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif beserta jenis penelitiannya yaitu studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai peneliti yakni melakukan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Sementara itu, analisis data yakni dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Dalam menguji keabsahan data peneliti juga memakai triangulasi sumber dan triangulasu teknik. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang dilaksanakan SD Negeri Made 1 Surabaya dapat dikatakan baik. Pelaksanaan transparansi dengan perencanaan penggunaan dana BOS yang dilakukan secara keterbukaan dengan mengikutkan Komite Sekolah, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Sedangkan akuntabilitas dapat dilihat dari hasil pembuatan dan pertanggungjawaban dari pelaporannya secara online dan offline.

Abstract

The researcher carried out this research because he wanted to examine how to improve the quality of human capital through entrepreneurship learning at SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik. In improving the quality of human capital, one of them is requiring an effective learning, namely by implementing this entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observing, interviewing and documenting. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out using data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. In testing the validity of the data, researchers also used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik has implemented entrepreneurship learning in creating superior quality human capital so that graduates become entrepreneurship, especially in grades eleven and twelfth. Not only that, SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik already has excellent products, namely Skandry Water and Skandry Hygenice. Therefore, it is hoped that all residents of SMKN 1 Driyorejo will apply the KISS method, namely Consolidation, Integration, Synergy and Synchronization so that school plans can be realized and implemented perfectly because they are supported by all school members.

Abstract

This research was carried out by researchers with the aim of being able to evaluate and explain how the implementation of the adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 47 Surabaya. This research uses evaluative research type. This study uses the CIPP evaluation model which includes evaluation of Context, Input, Process, and Product through the implementation of the adiwiyata program at SMPN 47 Surabaya which will be assessed for the program. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observing, interviewing and documenting. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. In testing the validity of the data, researchers also used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that the context component at SMP Negeri 47 Surabaya has met the criteria for fulfilling the adiwiyata school program components in the form of vision, mission and school goals already in the 2013 Curriculum which contains efforts to manage the environment. The input component shows the source of funds used, namely from BOS and BOSDA for plant maintenance. The process component contains the learning and maintenance process for SARPRAS. As well as the product component contains many works or products produced through school creativity activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's leadership style and its impact on improving teacher performance at the Wijaya Putra Vocational School in Surabaya. Effective leadership style can affect teachers' motivation, commitment, and involvement in carrying out their duties. This study uses qualitative methods involving interviews, observation, and document analysis as data collection tools. The impact of this leadership style is an increase in teacher performance at the Wijaya Putra Vocational School in Surabaya. Teachers feel motivated and engaged in the learning process, which is reflected in improved student achievement and parental satisfaction. The principal's leadership style also encourages collaboration and collaboration between teachers, strengthens a positive school culture, and promotes a conducive work climate. This research makes an important contribution to the development of education management and provides practical guidance for school principals in leading schools effectively.
