Abstract

Tanaman pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca L.) telah dikenal memiliki banyak efek farmakologi dan digunakan sebagai obat tradisional. Salah satu dari tanaman yang dimanfaatkan di masyarakat adalah daunnya sebagai pembungkus makanan sebagai penambah cita rasa ternyata memiliki khasiat sebagai antioksidan dan antimikroba. Agar dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku obat tradisional maka perlu dilakukan uji parameter spesifik dan nonspesifik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai parameter spesifik dan nonspesifik dari ekstrak etanol daun pisang kepok diperoleh dengan cara ekstraksi dengan menggunakan etanol 96% metode maserasi dan menghasilkan nilai rendamen sebanyak 4,62%. Dilakukan pengujian parameter spesifik dan nonspesifik yaitu uji organoleptik, uji senyawa larut air dan etanol, dan uji susut pengeringan. Ekstrak daun pisang kepok yang dihasilkan merupakan ekstrak kental, berwarna coklat tua, memiliki bau khas, dan rasanya pahit. Kadar senyawa yang terlarut pada air sebesar 66,66%±6%, sedangkan kadar senyawa yang larut etanol sebesar 57,33%±2,08%. Dan kadar susut pengeringannya sebesar 3,95%±1%.

Abstract

This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research using a sociological approach method. Data sources in this study are based on primary data sources, namely 2 from the Takalar Social Service in the field of handling the poor and 2 recipients of KUBE program assistance. Secondary data sources in this study used literature list studies through books, articles and scientific papers. This research instrument is a researcher who descends directly by using several field instruments in collecting data, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. After all the data was collected, the researcher analyzed the data with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy of the social service of Takalar district in empowering the poor through the KUBE program, namely: (a) socialization of the joint business group program (KUBE), (b) formation of joint business groups (KUBE), (c) implementation of the joint business group program (KUBE), (d) counseling on business skills for joint business group recipients (KUBE), (e) allocation of joint business group program funds (KUBE) and (f) monitoring and evaluation of joint business group programs (KUBE), (g) program assistance personnel (KUBE). The constraints of the Takalar district social service in empowering the poor through the joint business group program (KUBE) are: (a) lack of joint business group program assistants (KUBE), (b) not maximizing socialization in the joint business group program (KUBE) and (c) not maximizing the skills counseling of the joint business group program (KUBE).

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with 5 informants with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique starts from the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: the benefits of waste banks for the community's economy in Balla Parang Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City, including: empowerment in the form of (1) top-down empowerment (2) implementation of waste saving services (3) community participation (4) assistance, monitoring and evaluation. The benefits that are felt by the problem with the existence of this waste bank are (1) increased income of the community as customers (2) customers also get income other than basic income (3) people save waste and exchange it for money (4) create a community that cares about the environment and the environment is clean from garbage.

Abstract

The research discusses the Socialization of the Mappatabe' Pada Tradition Early Childhood Education at Raudathul Athfal Perwanida Tokka for Minimizing Shifts in Civilization Values in Sinjai. The main problem in this research: 1. What are the factors causing the shift in civilization values in children at PAUD Raudathul Athfal Perwanida Tokka, Sinjai Regency?. 2. What is the socialization method for the Mappatabe tradition in PAUD RA Perwanida Tokka Sinjai Regency?. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research which is located at PAUD Raudathul Athfal Perwanida Tokka, Alehanuae Village Sinjai Regency. The approach used is a sociological approach social transformation. There are 9 primary data sources, namely school principals, teachers teaching, 2 religious leaders, 2 youth leaders, and 3 parents of students while data secondary data obtained from digital books, research journals and other data sources can be used as complementary data. The data collection method applied is: observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data through word reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the causal factors the shift in civilizational values in PAUD Raudathul Athfal Perwanida Tokka, namely: changing times, creating modern traditions. Technological development, increasingly sophisticated which makes individuals prefer a simple and simple life ignore cultural life. Lack of parental attention is very common occurs in children because there is no time to spend together. Method socialization of the Mappatabe' tradition at PAUD Raudathul Athfal Perwanida Tokka, namely: Primary socialization, socialization related to the family. Socialization Secondary, a level higher than primary, begins to adapt, is sensitive to school environment, playmates and the surrounding community. Socialization Tertiary, wider scope, world of work, new social world and are in the maturity phase.

Abstract

This research is how the strategy of developing Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism empowers the community in Bontominasa Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. Then it is described into several sub-problems, namely: 1) How are the efforts to develop Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism in empowering the community? 2) How is the development of the community's economy in Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism?. This type of research is qualitative research using a sociological approach. Furthermore, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. For data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction stage, data presentation stage, data verification stage or drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that efforts to develop Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism in empowering the community, namely: 1) the community contributed to the success of Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism in the form of contributions of thoughts (ideas/concepts), contributions of energy to establish facilities and promote through social media. 2) The development of the community's economy in Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism has increased since the establishment of this tour until now which is felt by traders and employees. The implication of this research is that cooperation is needed between the owner and the community in developing Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism in Bontominasa Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism has a very high selling value so that it attracts the interest of visitors and community efforts that are able to develop Wae Tuo Temboe bathing tourism and can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

The main topic of this research is to discuss: 1) How is the resilience strategy of fishermen seeking flying fish eggs to increase their resilience to climate changes and market prices on Masalima Island? 2) What are the challenges faced by fishermen seeking flying fish eggs on Masalima Island? This thesis is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis and a sociological approach. Data collection techniques used include direct observation, interviews, and documentation on Masalima Island, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkep Regency. The data analysis techniques applied include the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are not optimal and require improvement. Regarding the resilience strategy of Pattorani or flying fish egg seekers, it provides an overview of the ability of coastal communities to face social, economic, and ecological challenges adaptively and sustainably. However, fishermen face threats of climate/weather changes and sea conditions, barges on the northern and southern routes, engine damage, and broken epe-epe as well as limited access to market prices. In dealing with fluctuations in catches, they rely on adaptive strategies such as income diversification and community cooperation. The implications of this study indicate that Pattorani fishermen or flying fish egg collectors have high adaptive abilities in facing social, economic, and ecological challenges through sustainable traditional practices on Masalima Island.

Abstract

Dakwah antar agama diteakkan di atas landasan yang kokoh dari konsep Al-Qur'an. QS. al-Baqarah (2): 62, misalnya, menekankan perlunya pengakuan terhadp komunitas agama lain. Pengakuan ini sangat penting untuk memulai implementasi dakwah lintas agama. Agak sulit untuk berdakwah kepada pengikut agama lain jika seorang dai bertolak dari penolakan dan kecurigaan. Pengakuan ini menandai kesamaan antara komunikator dan komunikan, baik dalam kerangka acuan maupun pengalaman lapangan. Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi konsep dakwah lintas agama dalam Al-Qur'an, khususnya metode dan tujuannya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tematik kontekstual. Pendekatan tematik menempuh beberapa langkah sebagai berikut: 1. Meneliti dan mengumpulkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an tentang dakwah antaragama, 2. Mengelompokkan ayat-ayat tersebut ke dalam klasifikasi metode dakwah antaragama dan tujuan dakwah antaragama. 3. Menganalisis ayat-ayat dalam kedua klasifikasi dengan berkonsultasi dengan karya-karya tafsir. 4. Menghubungkan analisis dengan dakwah para rasul dan konteks dakwah saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa metode dakwah lintas agama adalah: debat, pendekatan dakwah struktural, pendekatan dakwah kultural, kemitraan dan kolaborasi. Dakwah lintas agama sendiri bertujuan antara lain: 1. Memerkenalkan ajaran Islam, 2. Meluruskan kesalahpahaman tentang Islam, 3. Mewujudkan rasa peduli pada keprihatinan bersama, dan 4. Mendorong kehidupan yang lebih kompetitif.
