Abstract

Berdasarkan wawancara diperoleh bahwa sebagian guru menggunakan metode ceramah. Dengan membandingkan model pembelajaran TPS dan STAD, studi ini berupaya untuk memastikan perbedaan nilai belajar peserta didik satu sama lain. Metode penelitian eksperimental adalah salah satu yang digunakan. Model pembelajaran STAD digunakan pada kategori eksperimen 1, dan model pelatihan TPS di aplikasikan pada kategori eksperimen 2. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa jumlah thitung sejumlah 2,497 dan ttabel di cerapan 0,05 sejumlah 1,994 maka rerata nilai studi kategori eksperimen 1 dan 2 masing-masing sejumlah 87,2 dan 91,4. Oleh karena itu, dapat ditarik disimilaritas rerata nilai studi kategori eksperimen 1 dan 2.

Abstract

Career planning is a very important aspect of student development. This research aims to understand the scale of career planning levels of class XI students at Senior High School of Semarang. The use of this research method applies a quantitative descriptive methodology with a survey research type. There is a total research population, namely class XI of Senior High School of Semarang, totaling 432 students. The researchers used simple random sampling to collect samples, calculated using the Slovin formula, and obtained a total of 208 students. This research applies a career planning scale that has been validated as a data collection tool. Based on the results of the career planning scale analysis, we obtained the percentage results of the level of career planning for class The low category obtained 8.17% with a total of 17 class XI students. From the results of this analysis, it shows that the level of career planning for class XI students at Senior High School Semarang has a medium career planning level scale. This is a success in the career guidance services that guidance and counseling teachers have provided at schools, so that students have good career planning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Corporate Ethical Identity (CEI) on the saving interest of customers at BMT UGT Nusantara Arosbaya. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population consists of 1,094 customers, with 66 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analysed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that CEI has a significant influence on saving interest, explaining 84.7% of the variance in saving interest. This finding highlights the importance of strengthening the corporate ethical identity in building trust and customer loyalty in Islamic financial institutions. The study contributes to the development of strategies for managing customer relationships based on ethical values in Islamic financial institutions.
