Abstract

PT. BPD Kaltim Kaltara is one of the regional development banks that plays a crucial role in supporting regional economic development in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan. The company's total assets reflect significant financial stability and growth, making it an interesting topic to analyze in the context of strategic financial planning. The purpose of this study is to use the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) approach to forecast PT. BPD Kaltim Kaltara's total assets. In the forecasting process, alpha 0,3, alpha 0,6, alpha 0,7, and alpha 0,8 are tested to determine the best value that gives the most accurate results. Based on the forecasting accuracy analysis, the SES method with alpha = 0,7 proved to be the most optimal in predicting the company's total assets, achieving MAE = 1454272,737, MSE = 4764920751283, and MAPE = 4,0433% (excellent forecasting ability). The forecasting results show an upward trend in assets, with total assets in September 2024 estimated to reach IDR 48.440.683,75. This method provides valuable guidance in thecompany's financial strategic planning, helping to anticipate future asset developments more precisely. These forecasting results also emphasize the importance of selecting the right parameters in the forecasting model to improve prediction accuracy.

Abstract

To better serve its customers and make financial transactions easier, BNI Bank developed Wondr by BNI, a type of digital innovation in the banking industry. Users may access and download the Wondr by BNI application via the App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices. To gauge the app's usefulness, reviews are required, and reviews can greatly impact the app's future updates. Consequently, the purpose of this research is to ascertain, by sentiment analysis, if reviews of the Wonder by BNI application are favorable or negative. The data used for this study came from the Google Play Store, and it was labeled using Microsoft Excel to get the positive and negative review counts. Then, it was processed with Data Preprocessing, and then weighting was done with TF-IDF to get the word counts. The data was then classified using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, and finally, it was evaluated to find out how accurate the results were. The dates of this study's execution are September 23, 2024, and January 10, 2025. Based on the data, Naïve Bayes produced rather accurate predictions, with a recall of 86.55%, a precision of 80.85%, and an accuracy rating of 83.03%. Because of its strong recall, the model was successful in identifying a small number of genuine positive cases.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Corporate Ethical Identity (CEI) on the saving interest of customers at BMT UGT Nusantara Arosbaya. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population consists of 1,094 customers, with 66 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analysed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that CEI has a significant influence on saving interest, explaining 84.7% of the variance in saving interest. This finding highlights the importance of strengthening the corporate ethical identity in building trust and customer loyalty in Islamic financial institutions. The study contributes to the development of strategies for managing customer relationships based on ethical values in Islamic financial institutions.
