Abstract

The purpose of the research is to address a series of “why do you want to do research and what do you want to get” questions. Research can be distinguished as follows: exploratory is research that aims to find new knowledge that has never existed. Verification is research that aims to test an existing theory. So that the discovery of a research result that can invalidate or strengthen existing knowledge or theory. Development is research that aims to develop existing research. Therefore, in this scientific paper, the author has a goal, namely: First, to find out how much influence the work environment has on teacher performance.

Abstract

Ada alasan untuk pertumbuhan gereja di gereja karena kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh hamba atau pendeta Tuhan dalam pelayanan mereka dapat membawa pertumbuhan rohani yang baik untuk jemaat. Dan juga karakter yang mendukung dalam kehidupan hamba Tuhan atau pendeta bisa menjadi berkat bagi gereja yang dipimpinnya. Seorang pemimpin adalah orang yang pantas menjadi teladan bagi orang lain karena para pemimpin memiliki karakter yang baik dan merupakan berkat bagi para pemimpin yang dipimpinnya. Melalui penelitian tentang Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pelayan Tuhan dalam Proyeksi Rohani Gereja Krebet 'Zion' GPdI, Tembalang, Wlingi - Blitar, penulis ingin mengetahui tingkat pengaruhnya.

Abstract

God only created two types of people, men, and women. There is no third type. And the existence of both of them is to complement each other. So to unite the two God formed an institution called family. That's where they will unite as husband and wife. They have their respective roles. The existence of a wife is a helper for her husband. And this is where a wife of noble character is needed to be a helper. What is a wife of noble character? Through the exposition of the book of Proverbs 31: 10-31 it will answer. A wife of noble character is a wife who has all the parts of a respectable character, and an extraordinary power to carry out all her duties and obligations, especially in her household, she is able to make a decision that can be useful for herself and her entire family.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity on the learning motivation of junior senior high school students in Cambridge School Surabaya. The method used a quantitative method which first carried out by testing the validity and reliability of the study, then normality test, the test variable X abd Y is completely normally distributed, with to test linearity to show results linearity. From the regression analysis, it is known that the calculated F value is 10.262 with a signicance level 0.002>0.05 which indicates that there is a directing variable of teacher creativity (X) on student’s learning motivation (Y). While the hypothesis testing is based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient2 (coefficient of determination) of 0.316 or 31.6%. Based on the results of the study, teacher creativity has a significant effect on the student learning motivation. This is evidenced by the acceptance of the results of hypothesis testing conducted by researchers. Therefore, in order to increase students’ learning motivation, teachers must be able to increase creativity in teaching.
