Abstract: This study aims to design a model in achieving superior performance of MSMEs. The mixed strategic orientations of demography, economy and cultural values are used to design this model. The population of this study consists offood MSMEs in Central Java. The 750 samples are chosen with convenient sampling technique. Data analysis method used the Crosstab Analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research is a model explaining that demography, economy and cultural values influence antecedent variables of customer orientation, dimension of strategic orientations and organizational performance. The antecedent variables affect customer orientation; the dimension of strategic orientations affects performance; Variable of change of capacity unmoderated customer and competitor orientations on innovation orientation. Variable of competitive advantage unmediated customerand competitor orientations on performance. Keywords: Mixed strategic orientations, Demography, Economy, Cultural values, Performance

Ada alasan untuk pertumbuhan gereja di gereja karena kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh hamba atau pendeta Tuhan dalam pelayanan mereka dapat membawa pertumbuhan rohani yang baik untuk jemaat. Dan juga karakter yang mendukung dalam kehidupan hamba Tuhan atau pendeta bisa menjadi berkat bagi gereja yang dipimpinnya. Seorang pemimpin adalah orang yang pantas menjadi teladan bagi orang lain karena para pemimpin memiliki karakter yang baik dan merupakan berkat bagi para pemimpin yang dipimpinnya. Interest in learning is an interest in a lesson and encourages individuals to learn and pursue the lesson, Interest in learning is an actualized desire or intention to be involved in certain learning activities while online learning is a learning process with the help of information and communication technology which is done online or virtual with not face to face. The online learning process carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on education. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of online learning on student interest in Evangelical Theological Seminary of Indonesia - Surabaya. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research design with a survey method. Characteristics of respondents from 166 respondents who were the student population of Evangelical Theological Seminary of Indonesia – Surabaya studied consisted of age, education, and domicile. The contribution of the online learning variable in shaping the student's learning interest variable at Evangelical Theological Seminary of Indonesia – Surabaya is 55.6%, the researcher argues that online learning is effective for continuous use and becomes a learning system that complements the traditional learning process.

Priority Evangelists will be the object of study in this chapter focus on letter 2 Corinthians 4: 1-6. Where this topic is divided into four parts: Basic Services evangelist is because of God's mercy and receives the service. The second part talks about Exemplary Evangelists who should not lose heart in preaching the Gospel, Refuse act sneaky hidden and does not apply in the gospel. The third is the method in which the Not Faking Preaching the Word of God, Expressing Truth, Submit Yourself to Consider All People in the Face of God. Then the fourth is the focus of the preaching of the Gospel, in which the preacher must declare Jesus Christ as perso nal Lord and Herald as a servant who proclaim the greatness of Christ. Furthermore, the final section concludes with Affirmation of the news it self is Personal Testimony of Paul (of the light shine in the dark.

This is to examine the effect of child service on church growth at the Jawi Wetan Christian Church (GKJW) Wiyung Surabaya. This type of research is to explain the influence of child services on the growth of Jawi Wetan Wiyung Christian Church in Surabaya. Respondents who were the sample of this study were 50 people who were members of the Jawi Wetan Wiyung Christian Church congregation in Surabaya. In this study using data analysis techniques, namely methods that relate to the data in the sample, using descriptive statistics that is collecting, summarizing and presenting data systematically based on the sample analyzed with the aim to determine the relationship between a veriabel with other variables namely veriabel X ( independent) and the variable Y (dependent) with the analysis technique is the Pearson correlation technique. From the results of the data analysis test that has been obtained shows that the variable X has an influence with the Y variable which can be seen from the existing value where R Square = 0.595. This means that the influence of children's services on the growth of the GKJW Wiyung Surabaya church has a very influential relationship. With the correlation value R obtained at 0.696 with the influence on Y or R Square (coefficient of determination) = 0.484. This shows that the percentage contributing to the influence of X on Y. R Square = 0.484 implies that 48.4% of the contribution of X to Y. R Square ranges from 0 to 1. Note that the smaller the number of R Square, the weaker relationship X to Y. Because the data above the value of R Square is greater then it indicates that the stronger or increasing the relation of X to Y. So this can be said that the correlation value or the influence of the relationship on X and Y is good.

Christian education is important in the family and school environment. There is no exception for schools that accept students / students with special needs. However, it should be noted that the teaching and learning process of Christian education often has problems, especially in public schools. Problems that arise are mainly caused by unpleasant learning conditions, which are caused by not having a permanent learning place. Always moving around, and the place is sometimes not suitable for students to study, such as in a warehouse, in rooms that have never been used, near bathrooms that are not insulated, in the teacher's room, in the library, etc. thus experiencing obstacles in the teaching and learning process. This of course does not meet the maximum yield target. There are also internal barriers, namely from the students themselves. one of them is disabled children, both physically and mentally. The learning process of disabled children cannot run smoothly due to their disability. Based on the hypothesis test there is a relationship and influence of "Christian Religious Education (PAK) with Children with Special Needs (ABK) in Understanding the Word of God." From thetable ANOVA, it was concluded that there was a significant effect of Christian Religious Education (PAK) with Children with Special Needs (ABK) in Understanding the Word of God.

The concept of parenting is tested in the character building of the youth of churches members of BAMAG in Blitar City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether parenting styles influences to the character building of the youth of churches members of BAMAG in Blitar City. The technique used in this research is the quantitative method. The respondents needed are 160 youth churches that are members of BAMAG in Blitar City and the author focuses on charismatic churches that are members of BAMAG. The results of the study concluded that the hypothesis in this study, namely the tendency of the influence of parenting styles (X) to the character building of the youth of churches members of BAMAG in Blitar City (Y) is "high" is proven, because the influence of parenting styles to the character building of the youth of churches members of BAMAG in Blitar City are 75.4% in the high category.

The text of Psalm 68:19, quoted by Paul and used as a citation in Ephesus, is categorized by biblical scholars as a crux interpretetum, one of the verses that are difficult to interpret. There are two problems found in Paul's use of the quotation from Psalm 68:19 in his writing in Ephesians 4:8, making this a challenging verse to interpret. First, there is no apparent textual connection between Psalm 68:19 and Ephesians 4:3. Second, the motif and meaning of Paul's use of Psalm 68:19 as a reference in Ephesians 4:8 have not been clearly identified by the author. Among the eight biblical scholars, six different answers have been found, each differing from the others. The approach used to analyze the use of Psalm 68:19 in Ephesians is an intertextual approach, which is a method to find solutions to the three issues mentioned above. The result of this research is that Paul quotes Psalm 68:19 in Ephesians 4:8 as the foundation of his kerygma, asserting that his teaching in the context of Ephesians 4 is the same truth as the teaching in Psalm 68:19, which also harmonizes with the context of Numbers 8. The quotation of Psalm 68:19 in Ephesians 4:8 by Paul affirms that what he teaches is the same truth as the Old Testament. God and Jesus Christ are the same Person acting on His people, both giving and receiving among humanity.

The phrase, "Yet I have loved Jacob, but Esau I have hated," found in Malachi 1:2-3, has sparked significant debate, particularly concerning the concept of election in the doctrine of salvation. Therefore, this study aims to explore the intended meaning of the author of the book of Malachi. Utilizing a qualitative exegetical method, alongside several specific analytical steps, this research seeks to produce objective findings that align with the truth of Scripture. After conducting the study through this method, it concludes that the phrase in this verse does not pertain to the concept of election in the doctrine of salvation, but rather reflects the nature of God, who is capable of both love and hatred. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that God's love and hatred cannot be equated with human emotions.

This study discusses the phrase “image and likeness” in Genesis 1:26, which has caused much debate regarding the creation of man from the perspective of theologians and lay Christians. Genesis 1:26 is conflated with Genesis 5:1-3, as well as the appearance of the conjunction “and” in Genesis 1:26 which is not found in the original Hebrew text. In addition, practices such as the marriage of humans with animals and humans with objects further damage the image of God in humans. The purpose of this study is to provide a proper explanation of the true meaning of the phrase “image and likeness” in man. The method used is qualitative exegesis with eight steps of analysis: grammatical, lexical, textual, contextual (near and far context), structural, historical, theological, and exegetical. The results show that the addition of the conjunction “and” is a mistake, because in the Hebrew text there is no conjunction ? (we) which makes it seem as if the two words have different meanings, and that humans as the image and representative of God in the world must display God's authority. In conclusion, “image” and “likeness” have the same meaning; and man as the image of God must display authority and have dignity that is different from the rest of creation.
