Eksistensi budaya lokal seringkali menghadapi tantangan di era modern. Budaya lokal harus berjuang untuk mempertahankan identitas dan keunikan mereka dalam menghadapi budaya global. Salah satu budaya kesenian yang mempertahankan ekistensinya adalah kesenian tari Kubro Siswo di Kabupaten Magelang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai karakter pada kesenian Kubro Siswo dan eksistensinya di Desa Paremono Kabupaten magelang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa , kesenian Kubro Siswo masih dilestarikan sampai saat ini. Terbukti adanya masyarakat yang melibatkan paguyuban Kubro Siswo Setora Remaja dalam kegiatan, adanya partisipasi masyarakat, dan dukungan dari pemerintah. Ada dua nilai karakter yang sangat menonjol pada kesenian Kubro Siswo yaitu nilai religius dan nasionalis. Nilai tersebut terdapat dalam lirik lagu yang dinyanyikan. Selain itu ada juga nilai karakter lain seperti kedisiplinan yang terinternalisasi dari para pelaku seninya.

Salah satu perkembangan akibat kemajuan teknologi yaitu fenomena budaya belanja online yang semakin populer. Banyak aplikasi online di antaranya yaitu Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia. Belanja online memiliki manfaat karena mudah diakses. Sebaliknya juga menimbulkan perhatian terkait masalah keamanan data dan bagi masyarakatnya sendiri menimbulkan sifat hedon. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan belanja online menggunakan aplikasi Shopee bukan hanya memenuhi kebutuhan melainkan juga memenuhi keinginan karena memenuhi keinginan termasuk memenuhi kebutuhan psikologis. Adapun cara belanja dan cara pembayaran beragam menyesuaikan kemampuan, yaitu bisa melalui pengiriman langsung ke alamat dan melalui agen shopee. Pun dengan cara pembayarannya melalui toko waralaba mitra, ATM/M-banking, atau COD. Untuk hari belanja, mereka lebih memilih saat tanggal kembar dan tanggal 25 karena ada gratis ongkir. Belanja online memiliki kelebihan yaitu mudah, murah, bisa kredit. Sementara kekurangannya terkadang barang yang datang tidak sesuai dan kebiasaan belanja online ini membawa kesenangan serta menjadi candu sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pemborosan. Terlepas dari kelebihan dan kekurangan, penggunaan aplikasi belanja online ini ada di depan mata, masyarakat harus bisa memanfaatkannya dengan baik karena merupakan perkembangan dari sistem jual beli yang semula barter.Â

The purpose of this study is to determine the management strategy of the Backpack Book Reading Park by first looking at its limitations. This research method uses a qualitative research approach. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that in Ransel Buku there were limited human resources which included the busyness of the managers and the lack of volunteers from outside. Management strategies included arranging books in rows, upgrading reading materials, opening dance classes, involving learners to participate outside Ransel Buku, involving parents/community in activities, maintaining good relations with donors and volunteers, and involving teachers to attend workshops. The conclusion is that these limitations do not make Backpack Book's performance decline, but with various strategies, efforts are still made so that students, especially children, enjoy studying at Backpack Book. Each reading park has its own strategy that adapts to the situation and conditions. Keywords: Community Reading Park (TBM), Management, Ransel Buku, Strategy.

This study aims to analyze the driving factors and strategic roles of women in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) producing Petho crackers (Peyek Petho) in Paremono Village, Magelang Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, this study found that women's involvement is driven by four main factors: economic needs to support uncertain family income, family inheritance, and business regeneration; promising business opportunities; and skills acquired through social learning. Women play a central and integrated role in all business aspects from capital provision and production processes to marketing strategies encompassing manual, digital, and sales agent methods. The income contribution from this business is significant for fulfilling basic household needs, financing children's education, and meeting social obligations within the community. The study concludes that women's participation in MSME transcends economic activity; it is a potent form of empowerment that successfully reconfigures traditional gender roles. Through this venture, women have expanded their agency from the domestic to the public sphere, simultaneously acting as key agents in preserving the local culinary heritage and strengthening the village's economic identity.

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam meningkatkan daya saing di era digital. Salah satu bentuk transformasi tersebut adalah melalui promosi produk secara daring. NA Corner, sebuah UMKM yang dikelola oleh kader Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kalimantan Tengah di Kota Palangka Raya, telah memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana promosi. Namun, pengelolaan konten pada akun tersebut masih belum optimal, khususnya dalam hal penyediaan video promosi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan video promosi menggunakan aplikasi CapCut kepada kader Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kalimantan Tengah untuk meningkatkan kualitas konten digital NA Corner. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) persiapan materi dan peralatan, (2) pelatihan pembuatan video promosi yang mencakup penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik langsung, serta (3) evaluasi hasil pelatihan melalui penilaian video peserta dan kuesioner umpan balik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kelompok 5 menghasilkan video promosi terbaik berdasarkan kriteria penilaian yang ditentukan. Evaluasi terhadap pemahaman peserta menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transfer pengetahuan mencapai lebih dari 90%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas promosi produk, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan omzet harian NA Corner. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya memperkuat kapasitas digital kader, tetapi juga mendukung peningkatan daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the role of Dayak motif body painting in contemporary performance art, focusing on how these motifs function as a system of signs that convey symbolic meaning to the audience. The approach used is qualitative with Peirce's semiotic analysis, which divides signs into icons, indices, and symbols. Data were obtained through observations of the Dayak Opera Nyai Nyalong Apoi 3 performance and interviews with Dayak artists and cultural experts. The results of the study show that Dayak motif body painting not only serves as a decorative element but also as a symbolic text that enriches the dramaturgy of the performance. Although there are aesthetic changes in body painting, such as changes in color and technique, the symbolic meaning contained in each motif remains preserved, reflecting spiritual strength, social status, and the relationship between humans and nature. Body painting functions as an icon representing nature and specific powers, an index linking the wearer to social or spiritual status, and a symbol understood based on cultural consensus. The study also shows that the symbolic transformation of body painting remains relevant in contemporary performance art, despite the influences of modern cultural development. A deep cultural awareness is crucial to ensure that body painting remains an effective symbolic communication tool and does not reduce to merely a visual ornament.

Background: The role of women in the family has evolved, with more women working outside the home in response to economic and social demands. Consequently, women face dual roles, balancing domestic responsibilities with work demands. This double burden affects their informal educational responsibilities towards their children. As a result, both fathers and mothers spend more time at work and return home tired, reducing time available for educating their children. Aim: This study aims to explore the family education process in families with mothers who work as Civil Servants and to identify challenges in children's education. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings indicate that working mothers strive to be involved in their children's education despite time constraints, consistency in emotional interactions, and teaching moral values. Result and Disscusions: Informants attempt to maximize quality time on weekends and interact before bedtime, though emotional involvement is often hindered by work demands. Care from third parties, such as grandparents or professional caregivers, provides emotional stability but may create inconsistencies in the values desired by parents. Conclusion: In conclusion, despite the challenges in family education for working mothers, effective time management strategies, open communication with caregivers, and being a good role model are essential for optimal child education.

Aim: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of managing the Ransel Buku community library The research was conducted at Ransel Buku in the lower Petuk Katimpun Village, located along the Rungan River. Method: The researchers employed a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman technique, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was ensured through source and technique triangulation. Result and Discussions: The findings indicate that the situational leadership demonstrated by the management is highly adaptive to various conditions. The learning programs include activities such as basic literacy and numeracy (calistung), dancing, English language instruction, as well as counseling and training. The partnership programs reveal collaborations with various institutions. In terms of infrastructure, the facilities and equipment are adequate. Regarding educators, the teaching staff primarily consist of volunteers, while educational roles can still be managed by the management or permanent volunteers. The output indicates the elimination of early marriages among children and their active involvement in activities outside Ransel Buku. The achievement of objectives shows that the primary goal of Ransel Buku to prevent early marriage-has been successfully attained. Additional indicators include community involvement as learners and external support for activities at Ransel Buku, as well as the benefits and satisfaction of service users. Conclusion: In conclusion, the management of Ransel Buku can be considered effective, despite certain shortcomings, such as the absence of professional educators and a formal curriculum.
