Abstract

Advances in information technology play a very important role in human life. By mastering information technology, humans have sufficient capital to become winners in global competition. Digital marketing (digital marketing) is defined as the use of digital technology to achieve marketing goals as well as efforts to develop or adapt the marketing concept itself, to be able to communicate on a global scope, and change the way companies do business with customers. The development of information technology is growing rapidly. Most Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) activities utilize information technology to run their business. The increasing number of competitors is a consideration for business actors to innovate in winning the competition. The right marketing communication strategy is used to be able to reach the target market share so as to increase sales. One way to keep even increasing sales is to utilize the right marketing strategy through e-marketing or digital marketing. Marketing is a business process that seeks to align the human, financial and physical resources of an organization with the needs and wants of its customers in the context of a competitive strategy. Therefore it is necessary to do training and mentoring.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan beragam, penelitian ini melakukan analisis mendalam mengenai peran strategis internal auditor dalam menilai risk governance pada sebuah organisasi dengan menerapkan pendekatan enterprise risk management (ERM) ISO: 31000, serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja korporasi. Proses assurance yang dilakukan oleh internal audit menjadi sangat signifikan dalam konteks ini, terutama dengan menggunakan pendekatan three lines method. Pendekatan ini secara khusus menekankan pentingnya peran tiga lini pertahanan yang saling terkait, mulai dari lini pertama yang merupakan bagian terdepan dari perusahaan dalam menghadapi risiko, lini kedua yang berperan sebagai pengontrol dan pengawas terhadap lini pertama, hingga lini ketiga yang diwakili oleh internal audit yang bertanggung jawab atas evaluasi dan analisis independen terhadap performa pengendalian yang telah diimplementasikan. Analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa internal audit memegang peran kunci dalam penerapan ERM, khususnya dalam proses identifikasi dan penilaian risiko yang mungkin timbul dalam operasional perusahaan, serta memberikan rekomendasi terkait peningkatan efektivitas pengendalian internal guna memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan assurance yang efektif, internal auditor dapat berkontribusi pada optimalisasi risk governance yang pada gilirannya menciptakan budaya risiko yang sehat dan terintegrasi dalam setiap aspek operasional perusahaan. Dengan demikian, peran internal auditor bukan hanya sebatas melakukan audit dan memberikan rekomendasi, tetapi juga membentuk landasan kuat bagi manajemen risiko yang berkelanjutan dan efektif dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Corporate Governance (CG) is a core concept in modern corporate strategy, especially in the banking industry. This article examines the relationship between implementing CG, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and organizational culture in the banking context. The research background details the impact of technological change, globalization, and transactions on enterprise risk management challenges. Lack of adequate governance was a significant cause of corporate bankruptcies and financial crises, particularly the 2008-2009 crisis. The research explains how effective CG implementation can influence ERM and how organizational culture is crucial in aligning ERM with the company's internal values and norms. This proposed research framework shows that effective CG positively impacts the company, creating a solid foundation for managing risks wisely. A positive organizational culture is also a critical factor in ERM effectiveness. Harmonious integration between CG, ERM, and organizational culture is the primary key to achieving full effectiveness of ERM implementation. It was found that good governance creates benefits such as integrated risk management, clear leadership structures, openness, robust oversight systems, compliance, reputational benefits, risk-based decision-making, and an emphasis on innovation.

Abstract

Tujuan pembahasan tulisan ini adalah: (1). Untuk mengetahui Visi, Misi, Tujuan, dan Strategi Perusahaan ACE Hardware Indonesia. (2). Untuk menganalisis Lingkungan Internal dan Lingkungan Eksternal Perusahaan Perusahaan ACE Hardware Indonesia. (3). Untuk menganalisis Isu Manajemen dan Isu Operasional Perusahaan ACE Hardware Indonesia. (4). menganalisis Evaluasi dan Pengendalian Perusahaan ACE Hardware Indonesia. (5). mengetahui CSR yang dilakukan Perusahaan ACE Hardware Indonesia. (6). Untuk mengetahui strategi untuk meraih Sustainability dan Competitive Advantage yang dilakukan Perusahaan ACE Hardware Indonesia. ACE Hardware masih eksis dan bertahan hingga saat ini meskipun sudah banyak perusahaan pesaing baru yang lebih modern dan kekinian. ACE sudah berhasil menjalankan strategi-strateginya dalam mencapai sustainability dan competitive advantage. Meskipun mempunyai banyak kelebihan seperti banyaknya gerai yang tersebar di Indonesia, menjual berbagai produk hingga 68.000 jenis, keunggulan sumber daya manusia profesional yang berkualitas dalam bidangnya, hingga berbagai peran ACE dalam pelaksanaan CSR membuat mereka meraih keberhasilan dalam bersaing dengan para kompetitor, namun ACE masih memiliki berbagai kekurangan. Saya berharap kekurangan-kekurangan yang dimiliki oleh ACE Hardware Indonesia dapat diperbaiki dan dikembangkan agar dapat menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

This study examines current literature on the impact of information technology on entrepreneurial performance through socio-cultural adaptation. This review reveals the role of information technology as a key driver of innovation and entrepreneurial growth by facilitating global communication and rapid exchange of information. However, research in the field of digital entrepreneurship still faces the challenges of fragmentation and a lack of a unified framework. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the unique characteristics of adaptive and generative digital technologies. In conclusion, information technology plays a strategic role in increasing efficiency, innovation and entrepreneurial collaboration. Future research is expected to integrate various disciplines to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital entrepreneurship and develop business models that are more responsive to technological and market changes.
