Abstract

Learning the Al-Qur'an is something that must be emphasized to Muslims, therefore reading and memorizing the Al-Qur'an is a recommendation for Muslims. Arabic is the main staple for Muslims because Arabic is the key to the broad repertoire of Islam, especially the Al-Qur’an. One of the Islamic education institutions in Lampung PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang requires its students to memorize the Al-Qur’an and learn Arabic in their daily life, so that it aims to make PTQA Umniyati graduates memorize the Al-Qur'an who understands Arabic in order to facilitate understanding in Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find a correlation between memorization of the Al-Qur'an and the learning outcomes of Arabic students of class XII PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang which aims to determine the extent of the correlation between memorization of Al-Qur'an students of class XII PTQA Umniyati. Based on the research objectives, this type of research is an associative quantitative study, with a saturated sample of 17 students. The data collection technique used in this research is through documentation. The analysis technique used is statistical analysis with the product moment correlation technique. Based on the data analysis, the calculation result is 0.856, that there is a relationship between memorization of the AQur'an and the learning outcomes of the students in class XII PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang. This is evidenced by the analysis of the hypothesis test obtained with the results of rxy in the interval 0.70 - 0.90 with the criteria "between X and Y variables there is a strong or high correlation", and obtained rxy ≥ rtable, namely 0.856 ≥ 0.482 with a significance level. either 5% (0.482) and 1% (0.606). The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between memorization of the Qur'an and the learning outcomes of the XII grade students of PTQA Umniyati Gunung Terang in the academic year 2020/2021.

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning is nolonger an option, but online is an obligation. Onlinelearning is the only option to ensure learning goes on.This certainly adds new challenges for every educationactor in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was todetermine whether or not online learning had an effecton Arabic learning outcomes at SMP IT Permata Bundaclass VIII Bandar Lampung in the 2020/2021 schoolyear.This research method uses quantitative research, theinstrument used in the form of questionnaires andpopulation documentation in this study is class VIIISMP IT Permata Bunda Bandar Lampung number 55, asfor the results of research that has been carried out byresearchers after conducting a normality test, thenresearchers conducted a linearity test to find out the data.is linear and can be used, then the researchers tested atthe final stage, namely a simple linear regression test,namely to find out the results of the study, it can be seenthat the value of tcount < ttable (0.-948 < 0.200) and thesignificance value is obtained 0.347 which means thevalue is more greater than 0.05, it can be seen that if thesignificance value > 0.05 means that the x variable hasno effect on the y variable, so it can be concluded that:There is no effect of online learning on Arabic learningoutcomes at SMP IT Permata Bunda Bandar Lampungwith a t value smaller than table meaning yes onlinelearning at SMP IT Permata Bunda Bandar Lampung isquite effective, and other factors that affect studentlearning outcomes such as: physical, psychological,family and so on.
