Abstract

Education is a substantial field for human life because education can encourage the improvement of human quality both in the form of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. It seems that in this day morals are declining due to the lack of serious attention in education. In nowadays, education expects students not only to have cognitive embedded in their self, but also to have noble manners and morals. This research aims to determine the importance of manners and morals of a student towards his teacher. On the other hands, manners and character play a very important role in the blessing of the knowledge gained by students. The method used in this research is the library method with a qualitative approach. From this research, it was found that manners and morals are two important things in the learning process. How a student should focus on his studies, align his intentions and humble himself and be obedient to his teacher is important for students. In the quran surah al-kahfi verses 64-70 have also been told the importance of manners and morals of a student. Indeed, the prominent of manners and morals can be used as a reflection of a student in seeking knowledge.

Abstract

The problems raised in this study relate to literary criticism in the poem W.S. Rendra. Poetry is one of the right literature to describe the mind of the author, concerning the social life of the community with its various inequalities, as well as one of the media to convey criticism to individuals and groups. The purpose of this research is to keep literary works away from deviant things that endanger the existence of the author. The method used in this study is qualitative method. The data analysis techniques the authors used in this study are : 1)Read Poetry by W.S. Rendra carefully. 2) then write the value of social criticism contained in the poem. 3) Mark supporting sentences containing social criticism. 4) Analyze social criticism based on data obtained. Social criticism contained in the poem by W.S. Rendra entitled Sajak Orang Miskin, Sajak Joki Tobing untuk Widuri, Sajak Seonggok Jagung, Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa, and Sajak Sebatang Lisong contains social criticisms that include the related social life faced by society, the social life gaps experienced by students, and the social lives of the rich and poor people.

Abstract

Each educational process requires a strategy in delivering the learning curriculum that will be learned to students. He gives too many goods of examples in everything, including how if a teacher conveys knowledge to his students. Of all the learning methodologies taught by the Prophet Muhammad, there is one core thing that becomes a guideline for every teacher or educator, namely civility. Conscientiousness is the source of examples from educators to students. Because a simple example of what students get is, of course, the educator. There are three concrete and simple things that students can see and model from their teachers, namely polite, compassionate and simple. There are many methods that can be learned also taken from the Prophet Muhammad. But in this paper, the author will only discuss 14 learning methods, Namely Exemplary Methods, Training and Familiarizing Methods, Giving Guidance and Direct Descriptions Methods, Explaining with Parables Methods, Gentle Teaching Methods, Methods of Giving Punishment and Rewards, Question and Answer and Discussion Methods, Presenting Stories that Contain Lessons Methods, Phasing and Repetition Methods, Situational and Conditional Methods, Advice Methods, Problem Solving Methods, Direct Practice Experience Methods, Communicating According to Children's Ratio Ability Methods.

Abstract

Rasulullah SAW, said, "That the best generation is the generation in my day then the generation afterwards then the generation afterwards ...". The generation in which the Prophet was sent is the generation of friends. They are the best generation, from the aspect of the faith they are very strict about Islamic teachings, and love Allah and His Messenger more than anything. This can be seen from the story of the friends in maintaining their aqeedah, although it must be tortured and beaten by various tortures and insults from the infidels of Quraysh. They are the generation that we should set as an example, both from the strength of the faith, from its application in daily life and the efforts of the Companions to not just become pious themselves but it is they who spread the teachings of Islam (aqeedah, morals and sharia) to others. The scholars categorize qaul as-shahabi as one source of legal decision that is still contested for its validity. In contrast to the Qur'an, the sunnah, ijma ’and the qiyas of the ulama have agreed to it as a source of law-making in Islam. What is meant by jumhur ulama here are the four Imams of the school who don't teach. Therefore, to find out the opinions of the scholars who differed on the validity of qaul as-shahabi, the author tries to give a little picture of this in this simple paper.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool to interact with the environment. In general education institutions, especially at the junior and senior high school levels, Arabic has become the main choice of teaching foreign languages ​​besides English. Submission of Arabic material properly must be supported by appropriate methods for accelerating the mastery of Arabic by students. The problem in this study is (1) how do students respond to the use of the Qowaid wa tarjamah / grammar and translate method)? (2) how the effect of student learning activities using these methods on students' Arabic learning motivation and achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Qowaid wa tarjamah / grammar and translate in Arabic learning, as well as its influence in increasing students' motivation and learning achievement in Arabic. The data source in this study were the results of student learning tests for classes X.2 and X.7 in Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung High School in the 2008/2009 academic year as a control class by using descriptive research methods. While the data collection techniques are through questionnaires and tests, essay tests and multiple choice. With Qowaid wa tarjamah / grammar and translate method increases 24.42% in test questions about the vocabulary structure. While translating test questions increased by 20.53%. Learning motivation is quite good, there are 83.25% of students who like learning Arabic. From the above analysis the researchers concluded the cause of increased motivation and achievement of students' Arabic lessons depends on the methods used by the teacher in the learning process both in sentence structure, vocabulary, and learning motivation.

Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive and universal religion, because its teachings cover aspects of theology and humanism. Islam is not an arrogant / egocentric religion that only requires each adherent to glorify its creator, but furthermore Islam exists to lift human dignity and dignity. Various problems in Islam, Islam provides the best solution which is then translated through its shari'ah according to the masses and conditions in realizing the Shari'a and its laws as indicated in the Qur'an وماجعل عليكم في الدين من حرج (and He never made it for you in religion narrowness). In other words, Islam requires the creation of the benefit of all mankind without exception. The concept of maslahat becomes interesting for us to map because there are many wild understandings of this theory related to solving a law that is not interpreted by the Qur'an textually so that it raises pros and cons not only among contemporary intellectuals but, salaf scholars first was not free from debatable about the concept and fiqh of this benefit. To map the concept of maslahatul mursalah, of course we must explore in detail about one of these mukhtalaf (arguments argued) with a persuasive approach to many things that are questions from the theory of this problematic maslahatul. Does Islam accommodate the problem of this problem as mashodirut tasyri '(source of law), what is the object / target of the problem, how is the law practiced by using the problem of the problem and many more problems that we must explain so that it does not appear to be the problem that sets the context (maqasid) and leaving the text because it is often used as a shield by the privatization of Islam which reduces the texts of the Qur’an by resting on the concept of this benefit.

Abstract

In a physical sense, the word environment is identical to all aspects concerning air, water, soil and plants and their interactions around us. In the Qur'an, there are many verses that mention the environment, even on a very large scale, covering land, sea, mountains, atmosphere, earth, and sky. Unlike the modern scientific approach which is often separated from religion, the scientific approach in Islam is always associated with piety. For example Allah Almighty likens a person who does riya and does not believe in Allah and the last day is like earth on a rock that is poured by heavy rain, and clean the stone (QS 2: 264). The final verse for environmentalists is the accelerated erosion process. Al-Qur'an here describes the worship activities that are wrong (do riya, do not believe in Allah and the end of the day) are identical with events in nature that also harm humans, namely accelerated erosion. Because God's verses include the written (Al Qur'an) and the unwritten (the universe), this paper approaches environmental problems from both sides. The first side is the extent to which the mind-given man is able to read the unwritten verses that exist in nature, and then pour them in a so-called science of the environment, and the other hand how the written verses instruct humans to pay attention and managing the environment. So that this discussion is in-depth and focuses on one topic, then this paper is limited according to the expertise of the author in the field of soil science, specifically soil and water conservation.

Abstract

This research is based on the poor ability of students to understand Arabic texts and the lack of interest in reading that is owned by students. So, the students have difficulty in understanding Arabic lessons. The problem in this research is "Is the Al-Qiroah method able to improve reading comprehension in Arabic languageand how to increase the use of the Al-Qira'ah method in reading comprehension in Arabic class lessons VII A HafshohDarul Fattah Qur'an Middle School? " while the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Al-Qira’ah method on reading comprehension in Arabic class VII A Hafshoh Middle School Qur'an Darul Fattah and to describe the increased use of the Al-Qira’ahmethod in reading comprehension in Arabic class VII A Hafshoh Middle School Qur'an Darul Fattah. The type of research that researchers use is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is class VII AHafshoh Middle School Qur'an Darul Fattah amounting to 27 students. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle has four learning meetings. In this research, the average value of the students reading comprehension test in the pretest was 60.72, in the first cycle was 66.60 and in the second cycle was 82.02, with the difference in the increase in the pretest to the first cycle increasing by 5.88 points or equivalent to 9.68%. Meanwhile the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 15.42 points or equivalent to 23.15%. It can be concluded that learning by using the Al-Qiro’ah method can improve reading comprehension in Arabic class VII A Hafshoh students at Darul Fattah Qur'an Middle School.

Abstract

Poetry that is enough to provide moral criticisms, one of which is the stroke poems of W.S. Rendra's pen. His poems were enough to give a scathing critique of his time and to the end of his life. W.S. Rendra in writing his poems dared to launch a considerable criticism of the risk. The purpose of this research is so that the resulting literary works do not deviate from things that endanger the existence of the author. The method used in this study is the qualitative method. Data analysis will be done using the analysis of the contents of the document (content analysis document) namely by recording the important content expressed in the document or archive, but also its implied meaning. That W.S. Rendra's poems containing the value of moral criticism include poems titled poor people, nursery rhymes, spy rhymes, corn rhymes, rhymes of an old man under a tree, and rhymes of girls and masters.
