Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Information and Knowledge Networks (IKN) development on the tourism sector in East Kalimantan through a quantitative analysis. A sample of 150 participants, comprising tourists, local businesses, and stakeholders, provided insights into the relationships between IKN development and Increasing Tourism Sector Competitiveness, Increasing Tourist Income, and Increasing the Number of Tourism Visits. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze the data. The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model analysis revealed significant positive relationships between IKN development and the dependent variables. The overall model fit was assessed using various indices, and hypothesis testing supported the significance of the paths. The R-Square values indicated that the model effectively explains a substantial proportion of the variability in tourism outcomes. The findings contribute to the understanding of the role of IKN in shaping the tourism sector and offer practical implications for stakeholders in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

This bibliometric study explores the quality of research in psychology concerning Human Resource Management (HRM) practices within the manufacturing industry. With a focus on assessing trends, patterns, and gaps in existing literature, the study employs a systematic approach to evaluate the depth and rigor of scholarly inquiry. Through a comprehensive analysis of publication metrics, including citation counts, authorship patterns, and thematic clusters, key insights emerge regarding the state of HRM research in manufacturing. Findings reveal a dynamic landscape characterized by diverse thematic clusters, ranging from the psychological dimensions of HRM to strategic practices and organizational behavior. While certain areas receive significant attention, such as psychology, strategic HRM, and HRM practices, others, including human capital management and industrial relations, are relatively underexplored. This study highlights the importance of addressing methodological inconsistencies and theoretical gaps to advance both theoretical development and practical implications in HRM research within the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential to the Indonesian economy, yet they frequently encounter obstacles when trying to obtain financing and implement ethical business practices. This study looks into how MSME performance and sustainable financing in Indonesia are affected by financial inclusion, ethical investing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Using survey data from 287 Indonesian MSMEs, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis is used quantitatively. The findings show a strong positive correlation between sustainable finance, CSR, ethical investing, financial inclusion, and MSME performance. More specifically, enhanced MSME performance and sustainable finance outcomes are linked to increased financial inclusion, ethical investing practices, and participation in CSR initiatives. These results highlight the significance of encouraging equitable and conscientious approaches to economic growth to improve the competitiveness and long-term viability of MSMEs in Indonesia.
