Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing communications and price discounts on the purchasing decisions of economic education students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University for oriflame products. The population of this research is economic education students, Faculty of Economics, State University of Makassar, 2015-2021, and a sample of 61 students who are consumers of Oriflame. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) marketing communication had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products, (2) price discounts had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products, (3) marketing communications and price discounts together had a positive and significant effect on Oriflame product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study describes about management audit of human resource function that conducted in human resource development department at PT.XXX include organizational development function, recruitment-selection-orientation function, training and developing of human resource function, and performance appraisal function. Research method that used for this study is the descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection methods that been used for this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review. The findings of this study showing that overall activities of the human resource function accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP) that applied in this company.Yet there are some items that need to be noted which mainly related with training and development of human resource is not optimal yet. Some recommendations that can be provided based on audit are socialization of the program as well as an evaluation of the socialization of the program itself, procurement, recruitment, partnership whit third-party organization, oversight and monitoring of the program execution, improvement of form that used for training and development function of human resource, and last but not least by using online platform as main platform for training and development function of human resource department. Keyword: Management Audit of Human Resource, Human Resource FunctionAbstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang audit manajemen pada fungsi sumber daya manusia yang dilaksanakan di departemen pengembangan sumber daya manusia PT.XXX meliputi fungsi pengembangan organisasi, fungsi rekrutmen-seleksi-orientasi, fungsi pelatihan&pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan fungsi penilaian kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan aktivitas fungsi sumber daya manusia telah sesuai dengan standar operasional dan prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku. Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi fungsi pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang pelaksanaannya belum optimal. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berdasarkan temuan audit adalah sosialiasi terhadap program serta evaluasi atas sosialisasi tersebut, pengadaan kerjasama rekrutmen dengan pihak ketiga, pengawasan dan pemonitoran terhadap pelaksanaan orientasi, perbaikan formulir pada fungsi pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, serta mengubah sistem pada fungsi pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi sistem online. Abstract

The study aims to know the impact of economic literacy, the social status of parents and modernity on consumption behavior students class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Selayar. The study was categorized as quantitative work with a population of 96 students, and a samples of 96 students. Data collection is done with documentation and questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis technique. Research shows that: (1) Economic literacy does not have a positive and significant impact on consumption behavior students class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Selayar. (2) The social status of parents has a negative and significant impact on consumption behavior students class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Selayar. (3) Modernity has a positive and significant impact on consumption behavior students class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Selayar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business development strategy of Anjoroku Handicraft Center in Selayar Islands Regency. This research is categorized as qualitative research. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results show that the development strategy that can be applied in the Anjoroku Handicraft Center business in Selayar Islands Regency is in quadrant I, which is a strategy to support aggressive growth policies. This aggressive strategy is more focused on the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities. The SO strategy is: maximizing the production of souvenirs with various variants, developing businesses using capital assistance from the government, maintaining product uniqueness in order to dominate the market, maximizing promotions to be better known to consumers, and improving service quality in order to always create a good impression in the eyes of consumers.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Staf SDN 27 Palakku. Adapun permasalahan prioritas yang mendasari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan mengingat sebagian besar diantara mereka masih berumur mudah. Secara khusus masalah dalam pengabdian ini adalah upaya-upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk memberikan bimbingan agar dapat mengetahui dan memahami kewirausahaan adalah bukan harus memulai suatu usaha dan mengelola usaha dengan baik, dengan kata lain harus memiliki usaha, akan tetapi juga mampu menjawab tantangan-tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang ada. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan mitra pendamping. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan terkait kewirausahaan, (2) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan terkait karakter-karakter kewirausahaan. Dan (3) Mitra memiliki kemampuan dalam membangun kolaborasi berwirausaha dengan pemuda lainnya. Kata kunci: Literasi Kewirausahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumsi rumah tangga petani padi di Desa Manjalling Kecamatan Ujung Loe Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat (ibu rumah tangga) sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Manjalling cenderung memaksakan diri dalam membeli suatu barang yang terlihat dari adanya pembelian barang-barang secara kredit. Hal ini menunjukkan faktor kebutuhan tidaklah menjadi pertimbangan yang utama, namun adanya faktor keinginan, yang menyebabkan tidak seimbangnya antara pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Selain itu ada beberapa ibu rumah tangga yang memilih mengalokasikan dananya untuk belanja kebutuhan sehari-hari namun sisanya tidak dijadikan sebagai saving atau investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of giving rewards and punishment partially and simultaneously on improving the quality of education and 2) the variables that have a dominant influence on improving the quality of education. The variables in this study are reward as the first independent variable (X1), punishment as the second independent variable (X2) and quality of education as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were all students at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar, totaling 1400 students consisting of 415 male students and 985 female students with a total of 40 groups. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the sample was based on interests and limitations so that it takes 5% of the entire population, namely 70 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and relevant school document data. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis with percentages, instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Instrument test consists of validity test and reliability test. The classic assumption test consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), multiple determination coefficient (R2), partial test (t test) and partial determination coefficient ( r2). The results of this study indicate that giving rewards partially has a significant effect on improving the quality of education with a significant level <0.05 and punishment partially has a significant effect on the quality of education with a significant level <0.05. Giving reward and punishment simultaneously has a significant effect on the quality of education with a significant level of <0.05, and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.547 (54.7%) which means that the effect of reward and punishment on the quality of education is 54. 7% while the remaining 45.3 is influenced by factors that have not been studied.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to 1) Knowing the partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake branch in Gowa, 2) Knowing the partial effect of price on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake branch in Gowa, 3) Knowing the partial effect of promotion on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake Gowa branch, and 4) Knowing the simultaneous effect of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction Futry bakery & cake branch in Gowa. questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test), and hypothesis testing (partial test (t test), determinant test (R2), and simultaneous test ( test f). The results of hypothesis testing show 1) there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.151 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of price on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient having a positive value. of 0.285 and a significance value of 0.032 < 0.05, 3) there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on customer satisfaction with the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.318 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and 4) there is a simultaneous influence on service quality, price , and promotion of customer satisfaction with a calculated F value of 41,695 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Government Apparatuses in Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study involved 63 Cicendo District government officials, Bandung City, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Cicendo District Government Apparatuses, Bandung City. While partially it was found that the leadership style factor had the most dominant significant influence on the performance of the Cicendo District Government Apparatus, Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of members' savings and non-performing loans on the performance of business capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. This research uses descriptive research method.And.verification with a quantitative approach. The objects in this study were members of the Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 24. The results of the study found that members' savings, non-performing loans and working capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung were good. There is a significant influence between members' savings and non-performing loans simultaneously on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. There is a significant influence between member savings partially on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. Non-performing loans have no significant effect on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung simultaneously. Therefore this can be used by the cooperative as an evaluation material for the performance results so that it can be taken into consideration for making decisions in improving the performance of venture capital in cooperatives. This research is different from other researchers because there are no other researchers who have examined specifically members' savings and problem loans on business capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung, besides that indicators of member savings variables have a greater value and influence than problem credit variables
