Abstract

Kompetensi professional guru berperan bagi berlangsungnya pembelajaran di kelas, guru diharuskan memiliki pengetahuan yang luas terhadap bidang studi yang akan diajarkan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa cukup rendahnya kompetensi profesional guru di SMK Kristen Salatiga seperti kurangnya penggunaan media dan proses penyampaian materi dirasa belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengalaman mengajar, iklim kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kompetensi professional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Kristen Salatiga sebanyak 30 guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, jadi semua populasi dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 17. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji F hitung = 29,476 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y = 17,773 + 0,677X1 + 0,393X2 +0,454X3. Secara parsial (r2), pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh 22,3%, iklim kerja berpengaruh17,5% dan kompensasi berpengaruh 15,4%. Secara simultan (R2) pengalaman mengajar, iklim kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi profesional sebesar 23,5%. Professional competence of teacher is contribute to ongoing learning in the classrom, teacher are required to have extensive knowledge of the subject areas to be taught. Problems in this research based that lack sufficient professional competence of teachers in Kristen Vocational Higs School of Salatiga such as low use of media and process of extending material deemed not optimal. This research aims to determinate is there any effect of teaching experience, work climate and compensation to the professional competence of teachers. This research uses quantitive methods. The population in this research were teachers in Kristen Vocational High School of Salatiga as many as 30 teachers. This research a population research, so all the population used as responder. The technique of collecting data using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSS for windows release 17. The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 29, 476 with significance 0,00<0,05, while the results of multiple linear regression analysis with equation Y = 17,773 + 0,677X1 + 0,393X2 + 0,454X3 + e. Partially (r2) teaching experiences influential 22,3%, work climate 17,5% and compensation 15,4%. Simultaneously (R2) teaching experience, work climate and compensation and influential on the professional competence of 23,5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the procedure for preparing student learning outcomes assessment instruments on archival management elements at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang in accordance with the mechanism for implementing the independent curriculum. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the preparation of assessment instruments had been carried out in terms of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In planning, teachers develop learning tools and types of assessments to be used. On organizing, teachers make a cooperation, division of labor, and designing forms of assessment. In actuating, teachers do not compile assessment grids, but compile worksheets and assessment rubrics. In addition, the teacher only conducts qualitative analysis of question items. In controlling, teachers set criteria for achieving learning outcomes that refer to the criteria for achieving learning objectives. The conclusion of this study is that the preparation of learning outcome assessment instruments in terms of the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling stages has been carried out in accordance with the mechanism for implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Evaluating the Quality of Archival Learning Programs Using the CIPP Model: A Case Study at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Objective: This study seeks to examine the evaluation of learning in the independent curriculum by applying the context, input, process, and product models. The Office Management and Business Services expertise program at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang has a subject, namely the sub-element of archive storage procedures, which has used the independent curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the learning program using the CIPP Model. Methods: This study used a qualitative method design with 11 informants consisting of 2 teachers and 9 students. Furthermore, a content analysis was conducted by analyzing the curriculum content based on the construction of the CIPP model. Findings: In terms of context, archiving is embodied in the elements of archive management and focuses on practice, archiving is important in the Office Management and Business Services skill program, and there is no E-Archive training. Input aspects, teachers prepare teaching modules, students prepare learning materials, learning facilities are not optimal, PBL and PjBL learning models. Process aspect, learning for 3 hours and found obstacles. Product aspect, students practiced archive storage simulation. Conclusion: This study concludes that the implementation of learning the sub-element of archive storage procedures based on the independent curriculum is quite good, so it recommends that further research be carried out in various aspects of education, continuous and comprehensive evaluation, and development of archival learning content. Keywords: learning evaluation, CIPP model, archives, independent curriculum.
