Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui disiplin belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 3 Pemalang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 6,4% (2) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 4,6% (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 9,6% (4) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 37,2% (5) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 30,2% (6) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 18,5% (7) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 14%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah memperbaiki indikator-indikator yang masih rendah sehingga hasil belajar akan semakin baik. The purpose is this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of internal locus of control and learning facilities toward learning outcomes through learning self-discipline. The population of the research is all of the 11th social students class at SMA N 3 Pemalang academic year 2015/2016. The researcher took 105 students as the sample. The researcher collects the data by using documentation and questionnaire. The result of this research shown that (1) there is impact of the internal locus of control toward to economics learning outcomes is 6,4% (2) there is impact of learning facilities toward to economics learning outcomes is 4,6%, (3) there is impact of learning self-discipline toward the economics learning outcomes is 9,6%, (4) there is impact of locus of control of internal toward the learning self-discipline is 37,2%, (5) there is impact of learning facilities toward the self-discipline learning is 30,2%, (6) there is impact of internal locus of control through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 18,5%, (7) there is impact of learning facilities through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 14%. Based on the research, we can conclude that there is an impact of the internal locus of control and learning facilities toward the learning economics outcomes through the learning discipline as the intervening variable. Suggestion from this research are it is to improve the indicators are still low so the result will be more get better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penerapan restorative justice yang diberlakukan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Kep. Selayar terhadap tindak pidana pencurian. Penelitian ini, jika dilihat tipenya maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dan dilakukan di Wilayah Hukum Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar tepatnya di Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Selayar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah di lakukan bahwa Penerapan Restorative Justice di Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Selaya kurang efektif karena Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Efektivitas penerapan Restorative Justice terhadap tindak pidana pencurian yaitu Faktor Hukum, Faktor Penegak Hukum, Faktor Sarana atau fasiitas, Faktor Masyarakat, Faktor Budaya., Terdapat beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan restorative justice di Kejaksaan Negeri Kepu Selayar diantaranya Pemahaman masyarakat tentang tujuan Restorative Justice masih kurang, Restorative Justice hanya diatur oleh peraturan Jaksa Agung dan Intervensi keluarga dan pihak ketiga. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of restorative justice implemented by the Kep District Prosecutor's Office. Appropriate for criminal acts of theft. Suppose you look at the type of this research. In that case, this research is empirical legal research and was conducted in the Selayar Islands Regency Legal Area, specifically at the Selayar Islands District Prosecutor's Office. The results of this research show that: Based on the research that has been conducted, the implementation of Restorative Justice in the Selaya Islands District Prosecutor's Office is less effective because several factors influence the effectiveness of the implementation of Restorative Justice in criminal acts of theft, namely legal factors, law enforcement factors, facility factors, Community Factors, Cultural Factors, several factors influence the implementation of restorative justice at the Kepu Selayar District Prosecutor's Office, including public understanding of the objectives of Restorative Justice is still lacking, Restorative Justice is only regulated by the Attorney General's regulations and family and party intervention.
