Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruhROA, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan insider,likuiditas, dan DPR terhadap nilai perusahaan.Tujuannya untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja rasiokeuangan perusahaan (ROA, kepemilikan institusional,kepemilikan insider, likuiditas, dan DPR) terhadapnilai perusahaan di industri manufaktur selama periode2009-2012.Teknik sampling yang digunakan di sini adalahpurposive sampling. Data tersebut diambil DirektoriPasar Modal Indonesia (ICMD). Hal ini diperoleh jumlahsampel 15 data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalahregresi berganda dengan perbedaan kuadrat terkecil danuji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk mengujikoefisien regresi parsial dan f-statistik untuk mengujimean efek menguntungkan dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%.Kata kunci: ROA, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikaninsider, likuiditas, DPR, dan nilaiperusahaan

Abstract

Pajak dibayar guna kepentingan Negara Indonesiasendiri seperti untuk pembangunan daerah dari Sabanghingga Merauke.Dalam menanamkan rasa percaya untuk wajibpajak itu muncul dalam hati nurani wajib pajak. Namunsampai saat ini, Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat untukmembayar pajak masih rendah, sehingga tugas pemerintahdaerah harus berupaya terus untuk meyakinkan danmenambahkan pengetahuan bagi para wajib pajak,diantaranya melalui penyuluhan, iklan - iklan yanglebih mudah dimengerti dan lebih cepat mendapatinformasi perpajakan.Keyword : Kepercayaan, Wajib Pajak

Abstract

Mewujudkan kepemimpinan moral dan etika terhadapkinerja pegawai di BMT (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil)Demak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode responden sampelberdasarkan insiden (accidental sampling). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the development of Demakan batik as a form of local wisdom to improve marketing performance through product innovation at UKM batik handicrafts. This type of research is explanatory. Research sample with the saturated sample method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale and the data analysis uses linear regression with intervening variables. The results of the study are that there is a significant influence on entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation on product innovation and there is a significant influence on product innovation on marketing performance.Keywords : entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, product innovation and marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the involvement of the people of Tempuran Village in realizing village achievement through village competitions. Village competition which is a village government program activity for the evaluation of the government under it which refers to article 5 Permendagri No. 66 of 2007. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. This research data obtained by data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were: Village Head, Village Secretary, Village RT / RW Management, Tempuran Village Community, Demak District, Demak Regency. Data analysis is carried out by examining all data from various sources, reducing data, categorization, checking the validity of the data, interpreting data, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study can be concluded that the programs and activities that exist in the competition winners can make a possibility of situations and conditions to improve village development, through various initiatives in smoothing and streamlining activities, policies, suggestions and local wisdom.Keywords: Community Participation and Empowerment, Environmental Competition, Development.

Abstract

This research were aims to see what commodities can become regional superiors in SalatigaRegency, so that they are able to make a high contribution to the economy of Salatiga Regency. Itis hoped that by knowing the superior potential, the right policies for regional economicdevelopment can be identified based on regional potentials. The results of this study, whichbecame the leading commodities were: enting gepuk, lung chips, brown rice and black rice drinks,upcycle tire crafts, D-9 cassava cheese, Plumpungan Batik, Selotigo Batik, handicrafts from flour(clay), and education station.

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as the producer of Bakso Balungan Mak Jah in Tempuran Village, Demak, are increasingly using social media as a key strategy in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on consumer purchase decisions by considering the mediating role of purchase intention. A quantitative method is used in this research, employing the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, supported by SmartPLS version 3.2.9. Data were collected from 100 individuals who actively use Facebook. The analysis results show that e-WOM significantly affects both purchase intention and purchase decision. Furthermore, purchase intention partially mediates the influence of e-WOM on purchase decision. The findings indicate that credible and positive online reviews can enhance consumers’ desire to purchase and support better decision-making. This study offers practical recommendations for digital marketing strategies for local SMEs and highlights the importance of managing online reputation.
