Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study attempts to know how large variations products, kuality service, prices and the location on CV.Modelman the.This research consisting of four independent variable namely variation products, the quality of services, the price and location and one variable dependent customer satisfaction.The method of analysis that used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. Data collection method to research this is using a questionnaire hosted by respondents, consumers CV.Modelman as an object. This research indicated there is positive influence and significant of location on consumer satisfaction, positive influence of product variation on consumer satisfaction, positive influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction and negative influence of price on consumer satisfaction.Keywords : Variation of products, service quality, price, location   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui produk variasi seberapa besar, layanan kuality, harga dan lokasi penelitian CV.Modelman the.This yang terdiri dari empat variabel yaitu produk variasi independen, kualitas layanan, harga dan lokasi dan satu variabel kepuasan pelanggan tergantung. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Metode pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diselenggarakan oleh responden, konsumen CV.Modelman sebagai objek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel variasi produk terhdap kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan kosumen dan  terdapat pengaruh negatif harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata kunci : Variasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga, lokasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan terkait prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai jenjang strata 1 yang kuliah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pertama, mengidentifikasi kondisi social ekonomi keluarga dan kebutuhan kuliah mahasiswa Mentawai yang kuliah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kedua, menganalisis pengaruh kondisisosial ekonomi keluarga dan kebutuhan kuliah terhadap prestasi belajar menggunakan OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berupa data cross section prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai, kondisi social ekonomi keluarga dan kebutuhan kuliah mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Mentawai jenjang strata 1 yang telah kuliah minimal semester 3 sebanyak 76 orang. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresis linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa factor social ekonomi keluarga (pendidikan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua, pendapatan orang tua, jumlah saudara, dan rata-rata pendapatan saudara adik/kakak) dan kebutuhan kuliah (biaya konsumsi, biaya komunikasi, informasi dan internet, biaya kesehatan rekreasi dan hiburan, biaya tempat tinggal, jenis tempat tinggal, biaya alat tulis dan perlengkapan kuliah) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai. Secara individu variabel pendidikan orang tua, pendapatan orang tua, biaya konsumsi, biaya alattulis, buku dan peralatan kuliah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai. Kesimpulan ini kembali menegaskan teori-teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang mengungkapkan bahwa factor social ekonomi dan kebutuhan kuliah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Mentawai.This research has a purpose related to the achievement of students Mentawai undergraduate level 1 who lectures in Yogyakarta. First, identify the socio-economic condition of the family and the needs of college students studying in Mentawai Yogyakarta. Second, analyze the influence of socio-economic conditions and the need lectures on learning achievement using OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The data used are primary data in the form of cross section data Mentawai student achievement, socio-economic condition of the family and the needs of college students. The sample in this study is the first undergraduate level Mentawai students who have a minimum of 3 semester tuition as much as 76 people.Analysis of the execution of the descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test and multiple linear regresis analysis. Conclusions from the study revealed that social factors of economic family (parents 'education, parents' work, parental income, number of siblings, and the average income of your brother / sister) and the need lectures (consumption costs, the cost of communications, information and internet, recreation and entertainment cost of health care, housing, type of dwelling, the cost of stationery and supplies lecture) jointly have a significant effect on student achievement Mentawai. Individually variable parental education, parental income, consumption costs, the cost of stationery, books and equipment tuition significant effect on student achievement Mentawai. This conclusion was reiterated theories and previous research revealed that socio-economic factors and the needs of college have a significant effect on student achievement Mentawai.

Abstract

 The study aims to determine whether the effect of perceived service quality, price and customer promotion spackage delivery services on customer loyalty in PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Guguak Payakumbuh. The sample selection is done based on the average customer in acertain time and the samples obtained in this studyof 60 people.Methods of data analysis used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis method, the classical assumption and hypothesis testing(t test, F testand the test of determination). Testing in this study performed using SPSS16 computer program. Partial testshowed thatservice qualityhas positive and significant effect on customer loyal typackage delivery servicesin PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Guguak Payakumbuh. Price and no negative effecton customer loyalty to the package delivery services in PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Guguak Payakumbuh. Promotion and no significant positive effecton customer loyalty PT. Pospackage delivery service sin PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Guguak Payakumbuh. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Fanindo PT Bank Mandiri Syariah Branch. This research was conducted at PT Bank Mandiri Syariah Fanindo Branch which is located at Fanindo shop F Block No. 5-6. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people taken using probability sampling techniques with random sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 15 indicators. This research uses data analysis method using SPSS version 21 software with the name IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing using T test and F test. And first test result hypothesis is produc quality partial effect on customer satisfaction. The second hypothesis i that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction. The third hypothesis is product quality and service quality simultaneously or jointly influence the satisfaction of the customers of PT Bank Mandiri Syariah Fanindo Branch.

Abstract

Tri dharma higher education requires lecturers to carry out, research, warming and devotion to society. Therefore as a form of moral responsibility to the community to improve knowledge through formal education or non-formal. The purpose of this coaching is to introduce capital market products and how knowledge and costs for investments and costs. So far, people are still patterned with a project with a high cost and difficult for those who are afraid to invest, even if there is an investment community with a road to find a safe at home and maybe even raising. Investing in shares is something that is very important that the internet. These targets are students and teachers with the hope that these students will transmit their knowledge to the community.
