Abstract

Abstrak :  Program MBKM UM ini memberikan kesempatan bagi seluruh mahasiswanya untuk belajar serta mendapatkan pengalaman diluar perkuliahan, serta merasakan langsung terjun kedunia pekerjaan. Arsip merupakan rekaman kejadian atau kegiatan pada setiap instansi atau perusahaan. Kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan kearsipan adalah pengelolaan dan pendataan arsip. Dalam melakukan pengelolaan dan pendataan arsip ini masih banyak lembaga atau instasi yang belum melakukan pengelolaan arsip dengan baik dan sesiau dengan prosedur yang ada. Artikel ini di tulis menggunakan pendekatan Fokus penelitian adalah pokok persoalan yang menjadi pusat perhatian dalam penelitian. Penelitian kualitatif dibatasi berdasarkan pada tingkat kepentingan, urgensi dan fasebilitas masalah yang akan dipecahkan, sehingga kegiatan ini memfokuskan pada kegiatan pengelolaan arsip dan penataan ulang arsip. Kata Kunci: MBKM UM, Pengelolaan arsip, Pendataan ulang arsip. Abstract : This internship provides an opportunity for all of her students to learn and gain experience outside of college, as well as experience coming directly into the work world. Archives are recordings of events or activities on any agency or company. Archival operations are the management and filing. For the management and application of these archives there are many institutions or instations that have not done properly and properly. This article was written using the focus of research as a subject of interest in the study. Qualitative research was limited to the level of interest, the urgency and immobility of the problem to be solved, so this activity focuses on archival management activities and archive restructuring. Keywords: MBKM UM,Archive management, Archive restructuring.

Abstract

The development of advanced information technology can make it easier for every agency to manage important documents. Archives are one of the important documents that must be managed by archivists, which will later be used as accountability materials. The development of information technology has given rise to various archival systems. Archives that are stored electronically can make it easier for archive users to fulfil their information needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques obtained from informants involved in digital archive management activities carried out by DPUPRPKP Malang City. The existence of electronic archives can affect the effectiveness of organisations in carrying out archive management, archive maintenance, and archive shrinkage. The theory used in this research is the record continuum. The record continuum theory is a model of archive management with control through the system from the time the archive is created until the archive can be accessed by the public. The purpose of this research is to describe the digital archive pattern in supporting organisational effectiveness at DPUPRPKP Malang City and describe the obstacles found in the digital archive management pattern in supporting organisational effectiveness at DPUPRPKP Malang City.
