Abstract

The importance of sports activity to public fitness must be supported through available sports facilities and infrastructure. This study was a descriptive research with mixed methods. Access facilities and sports infrastructure are essential factors vital to increasing people's interest in practising to enhance the community's physical health. This study aims to recognise the need for a sports information system in the city in industrial 4.0 that require human beings to improve their physical condition and health to stay productive. It has a shut connection with the availability of information systems and sports activities infrastructure accessible around the residence. The subjects of this research were 137 public of Yogyakarta city by convenient sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and correlation among indicators-item themselves with Software SPSS.25. The results showed TCR in the Good category in each item that these indicate that there was a lack of a productive sports activities information system to locate the capability and sports activities infrastructure around the public, which affect the lack of public interest and participation in the exercise knowledge became strong management tools that help physical education, sports medicine, coaching training managers to decide how to improve peak of performance, to maintain the excellent quality of public health: This study is the first to apply to evaluate the needs of the Community's Sports Information System In The Industrial 4.0.

Abstract

The use of technology in evaluating the results of football matches has been used in various countries. This study aimed to identify and analyze the match results of the Argentina national team as the 2022 World Cup champion team. This research was a descriptive quantitative research that was analyzed in statistical form. The data sources were collected by the researcher by analyzing statistical data and video recordings of matches from the official FIFA website, Whoscored and Vidio. A total of 7 matches had been played by the Argentina national team in the 2022 World Cup competition, analyzed in terms of goals, ball possession, attempts at goal, direction of attack, distribution and defense. The results showed that most goals were scored in the 31-45th minute and most conceded in the 76-90 th minute, with the most ways being open play, most goals scored in area 3 with the striker being the top scorer. Argentina is quite dominant and controls the match in ball possession, attempt on target and total distribution (passing success, crossing success, and line breaks success) in every match with many attacks started from the right. When carrying out defensive pressure and tackles, Argentina is also more effective than its opponent. In this study, it could be concluded that the parameters to achieve victory were not only from ball possession, attempt success, and passing success but also seen from distribution parameters (crossing and line break success) and defensive parameters, especially defensive pressure which was also an indicator of team success in a match. It is hoped that in the future there will be further research discussing the successful journey of a team in several competitions followed by analysis parameters that are not much different, especially with a more detailed analysis of distribution and defense systems.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a training model product utilizing resistance bands for post-injury rehabilitation in football players, which can be employed by athletes recovering from injuries. The research method applied in this study follows the Research and Development framework, adapting Sugiyono's steps into seven stages: (1) Identifying potential and problems, (2) Collecting information, (3) Designing and creating the initial product, (4) Validating the design, (5) Revising, (6) Finalizing the product, and (7) Product testing. The training program book that employs resistance bands for post-injury recovery was validated by one content expert and one media expert. It was tested with three coaches and twelve sports coaching students, totaling fifteen participants. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Quantitative data was derived from questionnaires, which were expressed as percentages to indicate the product's feasibility level. The results of the development research for the training book using resistance bands in post-injury rehabilitation for football players revealed a content validity score of 88.3% from the content expert, indicating it is feasible. The media expert's validation yielded a score of 85.6%, categorizing it as highly feasible. During product testing, the overall assessment resulted in a score of 86.9%, placing it in the "Highly Feasible" category. Therefore, the developed product of this training manual is deemed appropriate for use. Consequently, the model of training using resistance bands for post-injury recovery in football, packaged as a guideline book, is suitable for use as a learning medium that is easy to understand and can be directly practiced.

Abstract

Fleksibilitas merupakan komponen penting dalam performa sepak bola, berpengaruh terhadap rentang gerak, efisiensi tendangan, agilitas, dan pencegahan cedera. Program stretching terstruktur banyak direkomendasikan, namun efektivitasnya dibandingkan latihan sepak bola rutin tanpa tambahan latihan fleksibilitas masih kurang terdokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas program stretching terstruktur selama delapan minggu yang mengombinasikan teknik dinamis dan statis dibandingkan latihan rutin terhadap fleksibilitas hamstring dan punggung bawah. Dengan menggunakan desain dua kelompok pretest–posttest, empat puluh pemain sepak bola dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima program stretching terstruktur (n = 20) dan kelompok kontrol yang menjalani latihan rutin tanpa intervensi tambahan (n = 20). Fleksibilitas diukur menggunakan tes Sit-and-Reach sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Program stretching diberikan tiga kali per minggu berdasarkan protokol ACSM. Hasilnya, kedua kelompok menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari pre-test ke post-test (p 0.001), namun peningkatan lebih besar terjadi pada kelompok eksperimen. Skor Sit-and-Reach meningkat dari 29,20 ± 1,61 menjadi 36,70 ± 2,39 cm, sedangkan kelompok kontrol meningkat dari 27,70 ± 1,45 menjadi 31,90 ± 1,37 cm. Perbandingan antar kelompok menunjukkan keunggulan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen saat post-test (perbedaan rerata = 4,80 cm; p 0.001). Kesimpulannya yaitu pogram stretching terstruktur selama delapan minggu menghasilkan peningkatan fleksibilitas hamstring dan punggung bawah yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan latihan sepak bola rutin, sehingga mendukung integrasi protokol stretching dinamis–statis yang terencana sebagai komponen efektif dalam program kondisi fisik pemain sepak bola.
