Abstract

This research is entitled The study of the development of nutritional status applications in inmates penitentiary (wbp) in Class IIa Prison Narcotics Muara Beliti. The purpose of the research This is to determine the nutritional status of the food consumed by the inmates penitentiary (wbp) in Class IIa Prison Narcotics Muara Beliti. This research using research and development methods, according to Borg and Gall quoted by (Sari, Farida, & Syazali, 2016) research and development is a process used to develop products such as software (devices software) Computers in the form of applications. So, it can be concluded research and Development is a process in creating new products as well as new products developing and validating an existing product. Meanwhile according to (Putra, 2013) Research And Development is a research method that intentionally, systematically, aiming/directed to find, formulate, improve, develop, produce, test the effectiveness of products, models, methods/strategies/methods, services, certain procedures that are superior, new, effective, efficient, productive and meaningful. From the results of anthropometric measurements which include age, height and weight, from 100 inmates who were sampled or the subject of this study, the results can already be stated to meet nutritional standards balanced .. The implications expected from this research prison managers can concerned about the quality of the food they will eat.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a long jump learning model with varied hurdle jumping activities at the YP Indra Plaju Elementary School. The type of research used is research and development (R&D), which is research to produce a product in the form of a long jump learning model with varied hurdle jumping activities. The population of this research was 30 YP Indra Plaju Elementary School students. The sampling technique in this research is for small group testing of 10 students and for large group testing of 20 students. The data collection techniques used are product validity, interviews, observations, filling out questionnaires with students. The instruments in this research are validation sheets and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results, the results of the validator assessment with revisions and suggestions obtained an average of 4.3 in the feasible and usable category. From the limited scale test questionnaire, the average score was 4.45 with adequate criteria. The large scale test obtained a score of 4.6 which is at a good level and suitable for use. The effectiveness and interest of long jump learning materials with hurdle jumping activities varies in elementary schools according to the research results. It is very effective, according to the research results, the value obtained is 5. Based on the assessment criteria, a score of 5 is in the very effective category. This means that the long jump lesson material with varied hurdle jumping activities is very effective for learning the sport of long jump at school. The conclusion of this research is that the long jump learning model with varied hurdle jumping activities can be declared valid in its use and this learning model is practical to use and this learning model is effectively used to support long jump learning activities. The implementation of the results of this research is that the long jump learning model can be carried out with varied hurdle jumping activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of measuring athletic physical activity in the 100-meter running number. This type of research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach and using percentage data analysis. The sample used was all students of class VII, totaling 70 students. The instrument in this study used a test that measures physical activity in the 100-meter run by measuring speed (100-meter run), endurance (1000-meter/800-meter run), strength (sit ups and push ups), and flexibility (sit and reaches). Data analysis techniques were processed by using normality and percentage tests using computer assistance (excel) and the SPSS 22 program. Based on the analysis of the percentage of data obtained from the results of physical activity running the 100-meter run, this is in a good category with a result of 60.2%. By getting each result that is for speed 70%, endurance 41%, strength 80%, and flexibility 50% the average yield is 60.2% in the good category. The results of this study imply that even if the results of measuring physical activity in the 100-meter run are good, then the results of the speed in the 100-meter run will be good and can support the daily activities carried out by students.
