Abstract

Bollard merupakan salah satu fasilitas di dermaga sebagai tempat bertambatnya sebuah kapal, Selain itu juga berfungsi untuk mengarahkan kapal merapat ke dermaga. Bollard ditanamkan pada dermaga dan harus mampu menahan gaya tarikan kapal. Gaya tarikan kapal dikarenakan gaya akibat angin dan gaya akibat arus. Desain pada bollard harus mempertimbangkan ukuran dan material yang digunakan serta perhitungan yang akurat, agar bollard mampu menahan beban yang diberikan kapal. Kapal yang bertambat ialah jenis kapal curah kering dengan beban maksimum kapal yaitu 50.000 DWT. Pada studi kasus ini bollard di desain dengan tiga pemodelan, yaitu bollard tipe harbour, bollard tipe bitt, bollard tipe tee. dengan menggunakan material Cast Steel JIS 5101. Ketiga model tersebut diberikan gaya (Force) sebesar 82,8 Ton. Analisis yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai tegangan, displacement, faktor keamanan. Analisis ini menggunakan bantuan software Solidwork . Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan tegangan maksimum yang didapatkan dari ketiga bollard masih berada dibawah nilai Yield strength. Maka dari itu bollard tidak mengalami deformasi plastis. Untuk nilai tegangan maksimum pada tipe bollard Harbour yaitu 183,673 N/mm2 , sedangkan untuk tipe Bitt 188,048 N/mm2 dan tipe Tee 176,618 N/mm2 . Nilai displacement maksimum yang didapatkan sebesar 1,335 mm pada tipe Harbour, tipe bitt sebesar 0,864 mm, dan pada tipe Tee 0,663 mm. Pada faktor kemanan dari ketiga model bollard dinyatakan layak digunakan. Dikarenakan hasil tersebut berada diatas nilai satu (1). Jika dibawah dari satu (≤1) maka pemodelan tersebut tidak dapat digunakan. Pada nilai faktor keamanan didapatkan tipe bollard Harbour sebesar 1,225. Sedangkan pada tipe Bitt sebesar 1,197, dan pada tipe Tee bollard sebesar 1,274.

Abstract

Vertical agencies of the Ministry of Religion are agencies within the Ministry of Religion that carry out the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religion in the regions. The vertical agencies of the Ministry of Religion consist of regional offices of the provincial Ministry of Religion and district/city offices of the Ministry of Religion. Ministry of Religion office services are activities carried out by an organization or agency in order to meet the needs of the community. A strategy in service is needed to improve service quality. The strategies implemented include: Increasing service innovation by utilizing online media, providing computers in the sub-district area to assist the service process, providing direction and socializing the community to be administratively orderly by being good within the scope of service.

Abstract

This research investigates the phenomenon of premeditated murder using cyanide poison in the context of the Routine Activity Theory perspective. The focus of this research is a case study of premeditated murder using poison committed in Sukabumi City. The research method used involved qualitative analysis of data from various sources, including police reports, forensic results, and interviews with relevant parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the compatibility between routine activity theory and premeditated murder, which in this study used cyanide poison. The results showed that the crime of premeditated murder using cyanide poison often involves a planning process that is integrated with the routine activities of the perpetrator and victim. Routine Activity Theory provides an in-depth understanding of how such crimes are planned, executed and ultimately executed. In the context of the case studied, the perpetrator provided magical money-multiplying services through rituals, capitalizing on the victim's belief in the supernatural without conducting prior research, which ultimately led to the victim's death from poisoning. The findings highlight the importance of understanding the factors that influence offenders' success in planning and executing crimes, and the implications for prevention and law enforcement efforts. This research also contributes to the theoretical understanding of the relationship between routine activities and premeditated crimes, as well as providing practical insights for law enforcement officials in dealing with similar cases in the future.
