Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Tiktok application on the behavior and character of elementary school students. The method used in this research is literature study, namely reviewing regulations, books, and journals. Based on data from several books and journals, the results obtained are that the use of the tiktok application causes two impacts, namely positive and negative impacts. For the positive there is no change in student behavior and character, while the negative impacts are changes in student behavior and character, they behave impolitely towards teachers and even parents, get emotional easily, and are indifferent to the surrounding environment because they are too engrossed in playing tiktok..

Abstract

Abstrak Literasi budaya dan kewargaan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertindak atas lingkungan sosial sebagai upaya dalam mencintai budaya dan negara. Hal tersebut harus dibarengi dengan penguatan karakter setiap individu dalam hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan karakter siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi literasi budaya dan kewargaan terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui studi pustaka atau studi literatur dengan sumber referensi dari buku, jurnal, artikel laporan penelitian dan situs-situs di internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip literasi budaya dan kewargaan berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa yang mana dapat diberikan dengan bantuan guru, keluarga, serta masyarakat.Kata kunci:Literasi Budaya dan Kewargaan, Pendidikan KarakterAbstractCultural literacy and citizenship is an activity that acts on the social environment as an effort to love culture and country. This must be accompanied by strengthening the character of each individual, in this case it can be done through character education for students at school. This study aims to determine the urgency of cultural literacy and citizenship for the character education of elementary school students. This type of research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. The data collection technique used in this research is through literature study or literature study with reference sources from books, journals, research report articles and sites on the internet. The results of this study indicate that several activities carried out based on the principles of cultural literacy and citizenship have an effect on student character education which can be provided with the help of teachers, family, and the community.Keywords: Cultural Literacy and Citizenship, Character Education

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of mechanic competency and creativity on competitive advantage in motorbike repair shops in East Cikarang District. The method of research applies a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method in this research is the questionnaire and Likert scale. In this study, the population was 50 motorbike repair shop business actors in East Cikarang. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique where all population members became research subjects in data analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques with a significance level of 0.05. Comprehensive analysis calculations using the SPSS version 27 program. The results of the research reveal that (1) partial competence has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage in East Cikarang motorbike repair shop business actors, (2) partial creativity has a significant positive impact on competitive advantage in repair shop business actors motorbikes in East Cikarang District, (3) simultaneously the competency and creativity of mechanics have a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage of motorbike repair shops in East Cikarang District. Motorbike repair business operators must develop the competency and creativity of existing mechanics to increase their competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research has several objectives, namely: 1) to determine the improvement in narrative text listening skills of students who receive learning using the SAVI model assisted by media literacy cloud and students who receive learning using the problem based learning model; 2) determine the effect of implementing the SAVI learning model assisted by media literacy cloud on students' narrative text listening skills. The method used is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group. The research sample was students in class III A and class III B in one of the elementary schools in Subang Regency with a total of 20 students in each class. Data before and after learning was obtained through student listening skills test instruments. The research obtained results that the SAVI model assisted by media literacy cloud improved students' narrative text listening skills as evidenced by the results of the n-gain test which obtained an average of 0.5898 in the medium category. The influence of the SAVI model assisted by media literacy cloud on narrative text listening skills is shown by the results of the t test which gets a significance value of <0.05, so H0 is accepted so that a significant difference is obtained.

Abstract

The development of patriotism behavior is one part of several important points in character education. In the context of culture, art is an important and inseparable part of human culture. In fact, in a narrow view, it is not uncommon for people to interpret and identify culture as art. Art is one element of culture. Art is a very important part of culture. Art is an expression of creativity from the culture itself. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the art of angklung buncis in Cireundeu village as a means of developing patriotism behavior for elementary school students in Cireundeu village. For what factors cause angklung buncis in Cireundeu village to develop love for the country. This study uses qualitative research. The research subjects used in this study were parties who became informants for the research being carried out. The approach used in this study is a qualitative research approach, namely research conducted by collecting data, questions that have been prepared by researchers to solve the focus of the problems set in the research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The Cireundeu tradition seeks to continue to preserve the art of angklung beans. One way is to introduce and maintain the tradition and invite the younger generation to always protect it by practicing playing the Angklung Buncis for ceremonial purposes or other purposes such as entertainment and performing arts.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of parenting styles on the formation of children's character based on the results of a literature study. In this study a descriptive method was used using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using literature studies from national journals and other internet sources relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that parenting style has a very important influence on the development of children's character. The type of parenting that parents do for children will form different characters in developing the child's potential. Some types of parenting styles include authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policies of the Government of Purwakarta Regency regarding the implementation of character education policies. The research approach used is descriptive analysis. With the data collection method in the form of interviews with curriculum officers at one of the public elementary schools in Purwakarta district. From the results of observations, the techniques used were literature study and interviews. The instruments used were an analysis of the literature and interviews as a guide. The results of this study found that the organization of the implementation of character education policies in Purwakarta Regency was in accordance with Perbub no. 69 of 2015 was developed through several policies namely 5 (Five) Pillars of Character Education. The five flowers of character education include Seven Poe Atikan Purwakarta Istimewa, Religious Education and Book Deepening, Anti-Corruption Education Insertion, Child Friendly Schools, and Tatanen in Bale Atikan. With the enactment of the Perbup, character building must begin in the classroom and in each learning activity by adopting a useful and innovative learning model, namely the Pancaniti learning model which is rooted in Sundanese philosophy.

Abstract

In the learning process, students' success in participating in learning activities is greatly influenced by their reading ability. In this case, it means that reading is a strong foundation that students must have in the learning process. One of the problems faced in the world of education is the low level of reading comprehension ability. The aim of this research is to determine the ability to read and comprehend the influence and before and after the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division type cooperative learning model with the help of flipbook media in elementary school students. This research was carried out in the experimental class and control class at SD Negeri Aren Jaya IV. The method used in this research is quantitative. The type of research used was a quasi experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. Based on the research conducted, the conclusion was that the increase in reading comprehension skills of elementary school students in the experimental class was better than the control class, with a score for the experimental class of 80.00 and the control class of 72.73.   Keywords: flipbook media, reading comprehension, student Teams Achievement division learning model
