Abstract

ABSTRACTPerformance is the behavior displayed by someone in carrying out work according to their potential, where a work target can be completed at the right time or does not exceed the time limit provided so as to produce something meaningful for the organization, the wider community, or for himself. This study aims to evaluate employee performance based on the level of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and provision of incentives at the Post Office in the city of Bukittinggi. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 145 employee respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. Thus Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. (b) partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Thus it is obtained that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. (c) partially there is a significant influence between Incentives on Employee Performance. Thus it is obtained that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. (d) simultaneously there is an influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and giving incentives to employee performance. The contribution of organizational commitment, organizational culture and incentives variables is 0.644 or 64.4% on employee performance while the remaining 35.6% is influenced by variables others not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of leadership style and work motivation as employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at PT Incasi Raya Padang. This method uses total sampling in which all populations are sampled with a total population and sample of 55 employees, from the sample who filled out the questionnaire as many as 55 employees. The analysis methods used in this study are Outer Model, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Reliability Assessment, and Inner Model Testing (Structural Model) using Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results showed that leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Incasi Raya Padang, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Incasi Raya Padang, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance moderated by the work environment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance moderated by the work environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan malalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai Inspektorat Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Selanjutnya, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, serta Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Namun demikian, hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dan Motivasi Kerja juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci.
