This study aims to see the contribution that contributes to improving people's welfare which is moderated by the weakening of rubber prices and the pests that attack cocoa. This study used 200 samples of serei wangi farmers who had switched from rubber and cocoa farming to serei wangi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a survey method. The survey data survey technique used a self-managed survey in which each questionnaire was filled in directly by the respondent. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of lemongrass has no effect and is not significant in improving the economic welfare of the community. The contribution of Serei Wangi is influential and significant in improving the economic welfare of the community which is moderated if the weakening price of rubber and pests that attack cocoa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi serei wangi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan perekonomian masyarakat yang dimoderasi oleh melemahnya harga karet dan hama yang menyerang kakao. Penelitian ini menggunakan 200 sampel para petani serei wangi yang sudah baralih dari berkebun karet dan kakao ke serei wangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan surve ini menggunakan self administered survey yang mana masing-masing kuesioner diisi langsung oleh responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa kontribusi serai wangi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahtreraan perekonomian masyarakat. The Central Statistics Agency provides data which states that the unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2021 is very high. Every year unemployment remains a problem that must be solved. One solution is to provide job opportunities by increasing the entrepreneurial spirit by establishing small businesses (MSMEs). Padang is a city rich in the potential of MSMEs of wood-based artisans and the potential of wood natural resources. Wood is a material that has many advantages and has many benefits. Therefore, the motivation to improve the entrepreneurial spirit needs to be increased. As well as participants are expected to be able to have the ability to manage technology in the face of increased competitiveness. This socialization activity aims to provide motivation about entrepreneurship and can benefit from the potential that exists and can be applied to MSMEs Hobby Kayu in the city of Padang. Technology capabilities can increase the income of the Hobby Kayu MSME community in padang city. Socialization is given to 20 employees of UMKM Hobby Kayu. The results of socialization show the increasing entrepreneurial spirit in developing MSMEs Hobby Kayu in the city of Padang. To increase competitiveness, it takes training and technological skills to hone the skills they have.

Pajak merupakan salah satu devisi utama dalam menunjang keberhasilan pembangunana nasional sehingga menjadi pemungutan yang memiliki konsekuensi logis dalam hidup bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara sebagai pencerminan suatu keadilan untuk kesejahteraan.Pajak tersebut dibebankan kepada setiap warga negara yang memiliki kewajiban membayar pajak. Dalam ajaran islam terdapat kelompok orang yang berkewajiban mengeluarkan sebagian kecil hartanya sebagai zakat. Pajak pada dasarnya dimanfaatkan unutk membiayai kegiatan kegiatan dalam bidang dan sektor pembangunann. Istilah pajak dalam hukum islam yang menjadi sumber pendapat negara tidak dikenal. Oleh karena itu, para ulama berbeda pendapat mengenai status hukum pajak ditinjau dari konsep hukum islam. Eco enzyme adalah cairan multifungsi yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi 3 bulan dengan bahan sederhana, gula merah/tetes tebu, limbah atau sampah organik dengan menggunakan komposisi 1:3:10. Selama proses fermentasi eco enzyme ini, akan menghasilkan ozon dan oksigen, ini setara dengan yang dihasilkan oleh 10 pohon. Beberapa manfaat Eco enzyme yaitu dapat membersihkan sungai yang tercemar, seperti antiseptik, menyuburkan tanah dan pengganti produk kimia rumah tangga harian. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Memberikan gambaran bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan Kampung Tematik. 2) Menganalisis faktor yang mendorong keberhasilan pola pemberdayaan Kampung Tematik. 3) Untuk mengetahui analisis karakteristik sampah, nilai jual sampah organik dan marketing margin dalam pemasaran sampah padat yang menjadi daur ulang di Kampung Tematik Kelurahan Andalas Kota Padang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan PKL kampung tematik ini akan dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan serta adanya dukungan sosial dan pemberdayaaan masyarakat terhadap hasil olahan daur ulang sampah organik. Secara keseluruhan, program pelaksanaan kegiaan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik

The aim of this study was to examine the extent to which the influence learning motivation and interest in learning have on student achievement with parental attention as an intervening variable. Method collection data through survey and spread questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by the saturated sample formula at The population of the UPI YPTK campus is 100. The analytical method used is the inner model and path coefficients. Results study which obtained based on path coefficients obtained: 1) None influence positive which significant motivation to learn to student learning achievement significant value 0.994 <0.05. 2)There are influence positive which significant interest to learn to performance student study where significant value 0.000>0.05. 3) None influence positive which significant motivation to learn to parents attention where significant value 0.063 <0.05. 4) There are influence positive which significant interest in learning to parents attention. where score significant 0.000<0.05. 5) No there is influence positive which significant parents attention to student learning achievement. where significant value 0.422>0.05. ABSTRACTPerformance is the behavior displayed by someone in carrying out work according to their potential, where a work target can be completed at the right time or does not exceed the time limit provided so as to produce something meaningful for the organization, the wider community, or for himself. This study aims to evaluate employee performance based on the level of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and provision of incentives at the Post Office in the city of Bukittinggi. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 145 employee respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. Thus Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. (b) partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Thus it is obtained that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. (c) partially there is a significant influence between Incentives on Employee Performance. Thus it is obtained that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. (d) simultaneously there is an influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and giving incentives to employee performance. The contribution of organizational commitment, organizational culture and incentives variables is 0.644 or 64.4% on employee performance while the remaining 35.6% is influenced by variables others not examined.

There are many factors that influence teacher performance through digital literacy, including emotional intelligence and competence. Based on the results of the achievement level values performance through UKG scores in Indonesia, it is proven that the quality of teachers is still not optimal. And it can be seen from the UTBK results that only 6 schools out of 17 schools are included in the National UTBK ranking. Research has a purpose For test and analyze in a way empirical influence direct intelligence emotional and competence to teacher performance. As well as influence No direct intelligence emotional and competence through mediation digital literacy towards teacher performance. Method used approach quantitative as well as use questionnaire . Deep sample study This using random sampling with total 253 people. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis method with application smartPLS. Research result This show teacher performance, intelligence emotional, competence and digital literacy as construct and reliability with coefficient the lowest is 0.6 and Cronbach's alpha is above 0.7. Study This show that intelligence emotional and competence own significant impact to teacher performance. Other research shows that intelligence emotional and skill own impact big on digital literacy and digital literacy has an impact on school teacher performance. There is influence significant digital literacy in mediation intelligence emotional to teacher performance . This study investigates the intricate dynamics of employee engagement, adaptive leadership, job satisfaction, and work productivity within the organizational context of PT Gangking Raya office in Makassar. Through a sample of 47 individuals, the study employs a rigorous analysis using SmartPLS to examine both direct and indirect relationships among these key variables. The results indicate a significant positive impact of employee engagement on job satisfaction and work productivity, emphasizing the pivotal role of an engaged workforce. While adaptive leadership shows a positive association with job satisfaction, its direct influence on work productivity is not statistically significant. Notably, job satisfaction emerges as a significant mediator between both employee engagement and adaptive leadership with work productivity. This suggests that cultivating high job satisfaction levels is crucial in maximizing the positive outcomes of employee engagement and adaptive leadership on overall work productivity. These findings offer valuable insights for organizational strategies, underscoring the importance of fostering employee engagement, adaptive leadership practices, and job satisfaction for a thriving and productive workplace environment at PT Gangking Raya.
