Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and impact of distributing zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) funds for educational programs at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat, Southeast Sulawesi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with field research methods. The approach used is a case study with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research results, it was found that the distribution of ZIS funds to the education program at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat, Southeast Sulawesi has not been effective, because the Zakat funds collected from 2020 to 2022 have not been distributed as a priority to the education program. However, Wahdah Inspiration Zakat Sultra has distributed these funds for routine education every year in a scholarship program. Apart from that, the zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) distribution program at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat Southeast Sulawesi has had a positive impact on zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) mustahik, including students with assistance with education costs.

Abstract

Judul pada penelitian ini adalah Cash Ratio Pengaruhnya terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah (studi Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Bank Sariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kendari, Peneltian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif, dengan klasifikasi penelitian parametrik, sebab unit analisisnya adalah nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kendari.Dari Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Pengaruh Cash Ratio Terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif yaitu dari salah satu uji statistic pada uji one sample tes yaitu 0,00. Ini berarti bahwa semakin sehat dan semakin baik cash ratio pada suatu bank maka akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia atau disingkat (BSI) pada Cabang Kota Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the welfare conditions of the people of Watu-watu Village use the Maqashid Syari'ah approach, and the role of the PT industry. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri in improving the welfare of the people of Watu-watu Village according to the principles of Maqashid Syariah. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing, describing, and at the same time summarizing various conditions, situations, various data collected in the form of interviews and observations of problems that occur in the field with using data collection techniques Interview, Observation, and Documentation. The results of the study show that the welfare conditions of the people of Watu-watu Village using the Maqashid Syari'ah Approach fulfill five main elements, namely protecting religion (Hifdzu din), protecting the soul (Hifdzu Nafs), protecting the mind (Hifdzu Aql), protecting offspring (Hifdzu Nasl), guarding property (Hifdzu Maal). Meanwhile, the role of the industrial presence of PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri in Watu-Watu Village, Lantari Jaya District, Bombana Regency has provided a source of basic and additional income for the community, this is because PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri opened job vacancies and recruited some of the people of Watu-watu Village as employees so that the surrounding community experienced an increase in the economy in a better direction and the community was able to support their needs. In addition to increasing welfare in terms of food, clothing, shelter and health, the surrounding community can also feel well-being on the spiritual side so that the presence of PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri, Watu-Watu Village, Lantari Jaya District, Bombana Regency is in accordance with the principles of Maqashid Syari'ah in this case the industry not only increases welfare in the world but supports welfare in the afterlife.

Abstract

Third Party Funds (DPK) at Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) are funds sourced from the wider community collected by the bank through the products offered such as savings, deposits and current accounts based on sharia principles. The movement of third party funds can be influenced by several external and internal factors rather than the bank itself. This research aims to test whether the interest rate and profit sharing ratio have an effect on the collection of third party funds in Islamic commercial banks that have registered with OJK for the 2015-2021 period partially and simultaneously. This research is research quantitative, the data source uses secondary data in the form of 84 time series sample. The method used in this research is a multiple linear regression method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Partial research results (t test) show that the variable, the interest rate, has a negative and significant effect on third party funds and the profit sharing ratio variable has a positive and positive effect. significant impact on third party funds. Simultaneously (f test) shows that the interest rate and profit sharing ratio influence third party funds in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor pendukung untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi. Tercapainya kinerja yang positif tentunya dengan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Penggunaan teknologi informasi akan mampu meningkatkan transformasi bisnis, ketepatan, dan efisiensi pertukaran informasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 sampel Usaha Mikro dan Kecil ada 90% yang telah memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran produk. Media sosial yang dominan digunakan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kecamatan Puuwatu Kota Kendari adalah media sosial facebook. Media sosial telah memberikan banyak kontribusi terhadap pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kecamatan Puuwatu Kota Kendari yaitu, meningkatkan penjualan produk, membangun kesadaran merek, serta memudahkan interaksi secara online dengan konsumen. Pembiayaan bank umum syariah masih minim dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kecamatan Puuwatu Kota Kendari. Dari 10 sampel Usaha Mikro dan Kecil hanya ada 1 pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil yang memanfaatkan pembiayaan di bank umum syariah yaitu dalam bentuk akad mudharabah. Disamping itu mayoritas dari pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil terus memutar keuntungan penjualannya sehingga sangat minim pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil yang menggunakan jasa bank umum syariah dalam menyimpan modal usahanya.

Abstract

PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri adalah industri perusahaan tebu yang terletak di desa watu-watu Kecamatan Lantari Jaya, Kabupaten Bombana yang yang berdiri pada tahun 2017 dan memiliki tanah seluas -+ 4700 Ha dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 634 orang. PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri memiliki peran dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan masyarakat desa watu-watu. Selain itu PT. Jhonlin mampu membuka lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa watu-watu. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data lapangan, dimana data-data dalam penelitian ini diambil langsung di PT. Jhonlin Batu Mandiri yang terletak desa watu-watu.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of productive Zakat on poverty reduction in Kendari City using the CIBEST model. The research addresses two main questions: (1) What is the distribution model of productive Zakat for poverty alleviation at BAZNAS Kendari City (2) What are the effects on recipients (mustahiq) after receiving productive zakat assistance from BAZNAS Kendari City using the CIBEST model. The research adopts a qualitative, descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that: (1) The productive zakat distribution model focuses on planning, organizing, and implementation stages, with limited supervision due to human resource constraints. (2) Using the CIBEST Model, changes in mustahiq households were observed before and after receiving productive Zakat. Notably, the number of prosperous households increased from 14 to 22 in Quadrant I, while material poverty decreased from 8 to 6 households in Quadrant II. Spiritual poverty decreased from 8 to 2 households in Quadrant III, and no households fell into the absolute poverty category in Quadrant IV, both before and after receiving productive Zakat.
