Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of employee work culture at PT ITSA, a leading information technology company. A strong and positive work culture is an important factor in the company's success. The purpose of this study is to understand the work culture that exists at PT ITSA, identify strengths, weaknesses, and potentials that can be improved. This research also looks at the shift in values in the work environment which is influenced by the new generation of employees. The research method used is qualitative analysis involving interviews with employees and observations of work culture practices in the company. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for PT ITSA in building a healthy, inclusive, and achievement-oriented work culture. In addition, this research can also be a guideline for other companies that want to manage their work culture well.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of employee commitment at PT Glico Manufacturing Indonesia, a snack food company. Employee commitment is an important factor in the company's success. The purpose of conducting this research was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on the work performance of employees at PT. Glico Manifacturing Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive method, which is a problem solving procedure that is investigated by describing or describing the current situation or object of research based on visible facts or as they are. Data collection techniques are interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique is by testing the hypothesis. The results show that organizational commitment has a significant influence on the work performance of employees at PT. Glico Manufacturing Indonesia.

Abstract

Recruitment of employees is one of the important factors in a company. Recruitment is needed to find Human Resources (HR) to fill a job in the company. In the recruitment process, companies should be selective to avoid mistakes in recruiting employees. Writing Method In writing this report the writer uses a descriptive writing method, namely writing the results of work practices by describing or describing the employee recruitment process at PDAM Karawang. In describing the employee recruitment process at PDAM Karawang, a flow chart is made to show the stages in the employee recruitment process. Data Collection Techniques with Library Studies, Field Studies, and Interviews.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the compensation given to Roti Bakar HJ UMKM. Ade so that he can improve the performance of employees and wants to know how the form of compensation for the UMKM Roti Bakar HJ is. Ade and the role of compensation on employee performance. This study uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted at Perum Delta Jati Kota Block B3. No 5 RT/RW 005/013 Adiarsa Timur, East Karawang, Karawang, West Java. The data source used is the primary data source through interviews with previously determined informants. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the owner of Roti Bakar Hj. Ade's company consistently strives to meet the needs of its employees so it is clear that with the help of the tools provided by him, these employees are motivated to work harder and achieve greater success. The conclusion of this study is that the compensation provided by the company will make employees motivated to continue to develop so that their performance within the company also increases and develops.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a concept that emphasizes individual extra-role behavior in organizations. OCB includes behaviors such as helping co-workers, taking on tasks that are not listed in the job description, and promoting a positive work atmosphere. The purpose of this research is to find out the behavior of each individual outside of their main duties in the organization or work that helps strengthen the organization. Includes behaviors such as helping colleagues, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, and showing a high commitment to the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research Locus at PT. YOFC, the informants were one shift leader and one chief operator selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, field surveys and secondary data recording as needed.
