Abstract

Design / Methodology / Approach: the data used for analysis in this study isqualitative data , the variables in this study are motivation , workenvironment , work culture and performance achievement . The population inthis study is the Regional Revenue Service Employees Palembang ,amounting to 256 employees . The sampling technique used in this study issimple random sampling . The sample in this study using the formulaobtained slovin to 156 people . The method of analysis in this study usingOLS regression ( Ordinary Least Square ) Findings : Overall variablemotivation , work environment and work culture have a significant effect onthe performance of the Regional Revenue Service employee Palembang .But individually , motivation significant effect on work performance , workenvironment variables have a significant effect on work performance andwork culture variables significantly influence the achievement of RegionalRevenue Office of Palembang .

Abstract

Sistem pakar (expert system) secara umum adalah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli. atau dengan kata lain sistem pakar adalah sistem yang didesain dan diimplementasikan dengan bantuan bahasa pemrograman tertentu untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang dilakukan oleh para ahli, seperti halnya dalam penentuan kaidah hukum dalam ilmu nahwu pada babul marfu’atul asma’. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menampilkan 7 buah kesimpulan (konklusi) dari 12 pertanyaan (premis) sesuai kaidah yang ada pada babul marfu’atil asma’. Metode inferensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah inferensi forward chaining, penelusurannya dimulai dengan menelusuri ciri-ciri kalimat dan berakhir pada kesimpulan berupa kaidah hukum. Sistem ini dibuat dinamis, sehingga jika suatu saat nanti ada perubahan pengetahuan, maupun penambahan, penghapusan pertanyaan maupun kesimpulan, dapat dilakukan oleh admin setelah melakuka login.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation. This system is used to assist in decision-making processes in semi-structured situations of unstructured situations, in which no one knows uncertainly how decisions should be made. Application of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method with the final result shown in the ranking of the weighting process based on the criteria and sub criteria. Habitable home category can be directly seen from the value and ranking so that it can be determined whether or not the people get help, whether in the form of home renovation or home surgery. With this application is expected all problems to the determination of the category of for the poor wrong target will be solved and no more people complain about this, and for the government is expected to convey the mandate that is correct and no errors

Abstract

Reproductive health is a state of mental health, physical and social welfare as a whole in all related to the systems and functions and processes and not just conditions that are free from disease and disability and are formed based on legal marriage, able to meet the proper spiritual and material needs, devoted to God Almighty, spiritual have a harmonious, harmonious, balanced relationship between family members and between family and society and the environment. Reproductive health includes three components, namely: ability, success, and safety. Expert sys tem is the right answer to the above problems because the expert system is a system designed to be able to imitate the expertise of an expert or expert in answering questions and solving a problem. Problem-solving is given to users through dialogue with them so that helps someone who is not an expert in answering questions, solving problems and making decisions that are usually done by an expert. The method used in knowledge representation is forward chaining. The results provide the possibility of venereal disease experienced by the user, the diagnosis in this system is done by the user filling out complaints or symptoms experienced when using this system. The results of the design will be made using the Delphi 7 Programming Language because it can create application programs that match the user-friendly appearance.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad and is one of his greatest miracles. Reading the Qur'an in Tartile is the way of reading that the Prophet taught to his companions as he was taught by Jibril. In order to read the Qur'an properly, one needs to learn the science of recitation. The scholars stated that the law of studying tajwid is fardhu kifayah but practicing tajwid when reading the Al-Qur'an is fardhu ain or obligatory for men and women who are mukallaf. This expert system was built and designed to make it easier to learn tajwid so that it is not boring, so that it can be learned without having to meet face to face with the Koran teacher and can be learned anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the world. Nearly 85% of Indonesia's population is Muslim. One of the problems faced by the majority of the Indonesian population, especially those who are Muslim, is the problem of the distribution of inheritance rights. Many Muslims no longer use the inheritance distribution system according to Islamic Shari'a due to the lack of heirs and lack of knowledge about the distribution of inheritance rights according to Islam so that inheritance issues are often a trigger for disputes that lead to flattening family relations. On the other hand, currently the technology that is developing rapidly is Android technology. Almost everyone has an Android-based mobile phone. Android itself is an operating system that runs on smartphones and adjusts specifications from low-end to high-end classes. Almost all vendors are currently developing their products with the Android operating system because the demand is increasing sharply. Based on the problems and conditions above, an expert system application for the distribution of inheritance based on Islamic law based on Android was made with the forward chaining method, which can help solve the problems faced by the community above

Abstract

Seeing the current state of society, they rarely pay attention to diseases of their pets/livestock and how to handle them. Livestock disease can be caused by many things, such as poor housing management, attacks by infectious agents, viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi. Even today, disease in cattle is found to be caused by prions, which are a type of protein molecule that has changed its configuration. Not to mention the cattle breeders were shocked by Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD), which spreads very quickly. FMD virus enters the animal's body through the mouth or nose and the virus multiplies in the epithelial cells in the nasopharynx. The FMD virus then enters the blood and multiplies in the lymph glands and epithelial cells in the mouth and feet (scratches on the feet) resulting in sores/blisters. Technological developments demand that all problems must be resolved quickly and precisely. So researchers are trying to overcome this problem by creating an expert system application to identify diseases in cattle. The discussion in this study contained 18 cow symptoms and concluded 6 cow diseases. In general, the goals and benefits to be achieved in this research are to make it easier for all of us and more specifically for the community to identify diseases in cattle and how to treat them.

Abstract

Tuntutan dunia pendidikan agar mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sebagai konsep dalam dunia pendidikanpun akan mengalami perubahan. Konsep pendidikan yang berubah akan mempengaruhi cara dan sistem pencapaian pembelajaran. Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin Nahdlatul Wathan Anjani memiliki kualifikasi tersendiri dalam memilih tenaga pengajar. Selama ini proses penentuan guru terbaik menggunakan cara manual yaitu menggunakan cara musyawarah atau diskusi. Hasil dari diskusi dari tim penilai tersebut kemudian disampaikan kepada kepala sekolah untuk persetujuan menetapkan siapa yang layak menjadi guru terbaik. Tetapi ketika ditetapkan guru terbaik berdasarkan penilaian dari tim penilai, menjadikan hasilnya yang tidak sesuai. Tentu saja hal tersebut karena tidak maksimalnya pada proses penilaian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya sistem untuk membantu tim penilai dalam proses menentukan guru terbaik yang akan dipilih dan ditetapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Dalam memilih dan menentukan guru terbaik, maka dibuatlah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan guru terbaik menggunakan metode Profile Matching di Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin Nahdlatul Wathan Anjani.

Abstract

Current technological developments are so rapid and there are many human activities, encouraging people to think they can work effectively and efficiently. One way to make work easier is to make a mechanical device automatic. The use of a dispenser for filling water into a glass can be done automatically as a substitute for a dispenser for manually filling water. With the prototype method we can design or create an Automatic Dispenser tool using ultrasonic sensors and Arduino Uno. This tool uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller as its main controller, ultrasonic sensors as input and as a measuring device when the water is full or with a specified limit, a relay as an introduction to power to the water pump which will drain water from the gallon to the measuring cup provided. From the results of the design, it makes it easy for the user because it has been automated in terms of filling and then a predetermined amount of water.

Abstract

Berdasarkan kurikulum pendidikan yang berlaku di seluruh Indonesia, calon siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) akan mendaftar dan memilih jurusan tertentu yang sesuai dengan kemampuan yang ada pada dirinya. Untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam memilih jurusan, siswa diharapkan mampu mengevaluasi minat, keterampilan, dan kemampuannya. Langkah pertama dalam memilih karir masa depan bagi calon siswa SMK adalah memilih jurusan. Pada saat pemilihan jurusan, terkadang siswa memilih jurusan berdasarkan pengaruh temannya. Akibatnya, tidak menutup kemungkinan siswa akan merasa tidak cocok dengan jurusan yang diambil sehingga mengakibatkan ketidaknyamanan pada jurusan yang dipilih. Memilih jurusan ketika berada di SMK akan mempengaruhi apakah akan melanjutkan ke jenjang berikutnya seperti perguruan tinggi atau berkarir. Jurusan akan ditetapkan sesuai dengan kemampuan akademis dalam hal ini berdasarkan nilai rapor, tes mental dan minat siswa. Maksud dari pemilihan jurusan ini adalah supaya siswa dapat dengan mudah mencerna pelajaran yang sesuai dengan bakat dan kemampuannya. Penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan jurusan yang sesuai berdasarkan bakat, minat, dan kemampuannya untuk calon siswa pada SMKN 1 Pringgabaya sangat membantu petugas penerimaan siswa baru. Dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam pengambil keputusan didapatkan hasil berdasarkan ranking yaitu jurusan Teknik Permesinan (TPM) 31 %, jurusan Teknik Komputer & Jaringan (TKJ) 28 %, jurusan Teknik Pengelasan (TPL) 21 %, dan jurusan Teknik Audio Video (TAV) 20 %.
