Abstract

The low level of work productivity is due to the lack of training received by employees. In addition, employee dissatisfaction with co-workers can lead to negative employee behavior towards the company and a decrease in commitment which in turn will reduce work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of training, job loyalty and job satisfaction on work productivity in Gresik Muhammadiyah Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik. The sample used is as many as 128 employees. The types and sources of data used are primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires from respondents. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study concluded that the variables of training, job loyalty and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work productivity at Muhammadiyah Hospital Gresik. This research can be used as a reference, but can use different research methods and indicators and hospitals. Muhammadiyah Gresik is expected to pay more attention to the ability of employees, especially job satisfaction, so that in the future it can increase productivity again according to the predetermined target. This study still has limitations, namely the limited time when distributing questionnaires due to the COVID-19 pandemic and sometimes respondents' answers differ from the actual reality

Abstract

The beauty and makeup industry has undergone a remarkable transformation driven by rapid technological innovations. This study explores the integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) within the makeup industry and how these tools influence consumer behavior, brand loyalty, and digital shopping experiences. Employing a qualitative descriptive method through literature review, the research highlights the impact of digital platforms, virtual try-on applications, and personalized product recommendations on consumer decision-making and satisfaction. Findings reveal that technology not only enhances consumer engagement and convenience but also fosters inclusivity and self-expression. However, challenges such as limited technology access, data privacy concerns, and counterfeit products persist. Addressing these issues is crucial to optimizing digital transformation in the beauty sector. This study contributes to the understanding of technological influence in modern consumer practices and offers strategic insights for industry stakeholders to develop more effective and ethical marketing approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya pangkasan rambut terhadap persepsi dan kepercayaan diri individu. Dalam era modern yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan media sosial, penampilan fisik, termasuk gaya rambut, menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk citra diri seseorang. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber akademik untuk memahami hubungan antara gaya rambut dan aspek psikologis individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individu yang merasa puas dengan gaya pangkasannya cenderung memiliki persepsi positif terhadap diri mereka sendiri dan tingkat kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi, terutama di kalangan remaja. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran media sosial dalam mempengaruhi standar kecantikan dan harapan penampilan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan gaya rambut dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, meskipun terdapat keterbatasan dalam pengambilan sampel dan desain penelitian. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel yang lebih beragam untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena ini lebih lanjut.
