Abstract

Among Muslim communities, love of the Prophet Muhammad embodied in a religious tradition known as shalawāh tradition. Shalawāh is an expression of deep gratitude for the guidance to Muslims on the right path. Sufism that emphasizes reading Shalawāh of the Prophet Muhammad as dhikr primarily is Shalawāh Wāhidiyah. The main purpose of Shalawāh Wāhidiyah is to alleviate people from the shirk and return to the straight and true that by pleasing Allah. The focuses of this study are: (1) how do the precepts and values of Sufism in the Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? (2)  How do the precepts and values are promoted and practiced by Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? (3)  How does the experience of spirituality Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? This study is a qualitative study by using a naturalistic paradigm and phenomenology approach. The data were collected by in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary in the form of journals, magazines and so on. While the data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation of data, the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Shalawāh Wāhidiyah precepts include: a. li Allāh, bi Allāh; b. li al-RasÅ«l, bi al-RasÅ«l; c. li al-ghauts bi al-ghauts; d. yuthÄ« kull dzÄ« ḥaqq; e. taqdÄ«m al-hamm tsumm al-hamm, fa al-fa’ tsumm al-fa. The values contained in Shalawāh Wāhidiyah Sufism, among others: taubah, ikhlāsh, syukr, mahabbah. (2) Socialization Shalawāh Wāhidiyah precepts are done by 1. individual, 2. packaged in a formal form as mujāhadah nishf al-sanah and mujāhadah kubrā, 3. through dreams, 4. implemented in the form of books, magazines, newsletters, and CDs. While this practice Shalawāh Wāhidiyah carried out in different ways mujāhadah usbÅ«iyyah, mujāhadah syahriyyah, mujāhadah rub’ al-sanah, mujāhadah nishf al-sanah, and so forth. Abstract

Discourse on Islamic economics was intoduced by classical theologian before. But, Islamic economics had an ups and down experiences that eventually disappeared and replaced by the conventional economic system that doesn???t touch the Islamic teaching, resulting the conventional economic ignoring the community welfare and give the benefit for a few people, they are the owners of capital.Indonesia is no different from other countries in the implementation of the economic system,although the theory presented policy holders of this country is based on Pancasila economy populist, but in practice, instead of applying the conventional economy. Unavoidable, that the Kiblat of the national economy is the developed countries that implement economic system by individulist-liberlist character.Islamic economic in Indonesia can not be separated from the contribution of Adiwarman Azwar Karim. He offers a concept that the Islamic economic is the economy system which built on the universal values of Islam. The mean values are unity (tauhid), justice ('adl), government (khilafah), prophethood (nubuwwah), and return (ma'ad). This article examines the concept and contribution Adiwarman Azwar Karim to Indonesia economic system. Researcher concluded that the Islamic economics offered by Adiwarman Karim takes a historical and jurisprudence approach. His contribution in developing the concept of Islamic economics aims to find solutions to a growing problem in society.

Abstract

In conducting various economic activities, Muslim society is often faced with the problem of usury. Seen to be a problem because usury is a normative thing that is forbidden religion and applicative apparently detrimental to certain parties. In Islam, levying usury or obtaining profit in the form of borrowing usury is haram. Prohibition of usury in various transactions of economic activity, presents the consequence that all economic activities should be clean and free from the element of usury. The writing of this article aims to reveal the nature of usury, the type of usury, the cause of prohibition of usury and the negative side or adverse effects of usury in economic activities. The author concludes, among other things: the negative impact of usury is causing discord and dissatisfaction among society and resulted in economic instability. Abstract

Hadis atau sunnah merupakan segala aktivitas Rasulullah SAW. baik yang berupa perbuatan, ucapan atau diamnya beliau terhadap sesuatu perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh para sahabat. Segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh Rasulullah saw, sebagian ulama memandang sebagai suatu perbuatan hukum yang harus diamalkan oleh umatnya. tetapi sebagian ulama lainnya berpendapat bahwa yang mempunyai kaitan hukumlah yang ditetapkan sebagai hukum yang harus diamalkan. Sedangkan yang tidak berkaitan dengan hukum dipandang sebagai perbuatan sunnah. Hadis merupakan sumber hukum Islam kedua setelah Alquran yang dijadikan pegangan atau hujjah bagi umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, hadis menjadi pegangan atau hujjah dalam menetapkan suatu hukum yang tidak ada di dalam nash Alquran. Hadis yang dijadikan sumber hukum, para ulama sepakat memberikan kreteria yang ketat, hal ini karena hadis merupakan pedoman bagi umat Islam untuk menjalani dan melaksanakan perintah-perintah Allah baik yang berhubungan dengan ibadah ritual maupun ibadah sosial. Pengetatan yang dilakukan oleh para ulama ini bermaksud agar terhindar dari hadis-hadis palsu yang bertebaran di masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang demi kepentingan dirinya dan golongannya. Karena itu para ulama mengklasifikasikan hadis menjadi tiga macam yaitu : hadis shahih, hadis hasan dan hadis dhaif. Abstract

In this millennial era, many buying and selling transactions were found that did not exist at the time of the Prophet Muhammad. One of them is buying and selling bouquets in the form of money. There is no discussion of this transaction in the classics. However, this problem is interesting to study in the perspective of Sayyid Abu Bakar Syāthā in his book I’ānah al-Thālibīn. This is descriptive qualitative research using the Content Analysis method. Data sources include primary data sources, namely the perspective of Sayyid Abū Bakr Syāthā in his book I’ānah al-Thālibīn, and secondary data sources, namely Syafi'iyyah fiqh books, journals, and literature relevant to the material being studied. The data collection technique is to examine primary sources and secondary sources. The results of the study show that there are 3 important points in buying and selling a bouquet of money, namely: (1) buying and selling a bouquet of money is permissible if the pillars and conditions are met. (2) the buying and selling of bundles of money does not include usury so that there is no addition to the transaction (3) money is not included in the category of assets.

Abstract

As the second source of Islamic law after the Qur'an, Hadith is divided into three, namely Sahih, Hasan and Dhaif Hadith. Sahih hadith is a hadith that fulfills the conditions: Sanad hadith is continuous, the narrator is fair, dhabith, not syadz and safe from 'illat. Hasan Hadith is a hadith that has the following criteria: Sanad is continuous, the transmitter is fair. dlabith, not syadz and not violating the history of more tsiqah narrators. Dhaif hadith is a hadith that does not meet the requirements of qabul. This is due to: Defects in the narrator and the discontinuity of the sanad. On this basis, this research was conducted with a focus on: What is the position of Sahih, Hasan, Dhaif Hadith as Hujjah in Islamic Law? This research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach using the Content Analysis method. The findings in this study are the practice of Sahih, Hasan and Dhaif Hadith. Scholars agree that the Hadith Sahih and Hasan must be practiced except according to Imam Bukhari and Ibn 'Arabi, Hasan Hadith cannot be practiced. Meanwhile, there are 3 madzhabs of Dhaif Hadith: (1) It is permissible to practice absolutely, both in fadhail a'mal, and in Shari'a law with the condition that the daif is not a dhaif syadid, (2) It is permissible to practice in terms of fadhail a'mal, zuhud, advice, stories -the story, apart from sharia law and creed, as long as the hadith is not a maudu hadith, (3) it is not permissible to practice a daif hadith absolutely.

Abstract

Bani umayyah merupakan dinasti pertama dalam Islam yang berentuk monarkhi setelah berakhirnya masa Khulafaur Rasyidin. Dinasti Bani Umayyah didirikan oleh Mu’awiyah bin Abu Sofyan. Meskipun berbentuk monarkhis, namun Bani Umayyah telah membawa kemajuan peradaban dalam Islam baik dalam pemerintahan, keilmuan maupun ekspansi wilayah. Oleh karena itu dalam kajian ini difokuskan pada bagaimana Perkembangan Budaya dan Peradaban Dinasti Bani Umayyah Dalam Dunia Islam. Kajian ini adalah kajian pustaka dengan sumbernya berupa buku dan jurnal yang sesuai dengan pokok bahasan Hasil kajian ini yaitu bahwa berdirinya dinasti Bani Umayyah terjadi, setelah adanya kesepakatan dengan Hasan bin Abi Thalib. Walaupun akhirnya Mu’awiyah mengingkarinya dengan menjadikan pemerintahannya pemerintahan absolut-monarkhi dan mengangkat putranya Yazid sebagai penggantinya. Keputusan ini diambil karena memiliki alasan yang rasional yaitu menghindari terjadinya konflik yang di antara sesama umat Islam karena pada waktu itu muncul kelompok-kelompok lain yang memiliki ambisi untuk menjadi Khalifah dengan jalan menentang dan memberontak kepada perintahan yang legal. Kelompok-kelompok ini, tampaknya bersatu dalam melawan Mu’awiyah namun sesungguhnya terjadi persaingan di antara mereka. Di antara kelompok ini adalah Husen bin Abi Tholib dan Abdullah bin Zubeir. Dinasti Bani Umayyah berkuasa selam 90 tahun dengan 14 Khalifah. Dalam rentang waktu 90 tahun, yang telah dicapai diantaranya (1) Penataan Organisasi Negara yang meliputi L a). Organisasi Politik (b) Tata Usaha Negara (c) Angkatan Laut (d) Organisasi Keuangan/Ekonomi (e) Organisasi Kehakiman (2). Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan: (a) Ilmu pengetahuan Agama (b) Ilmu Pengetahuan Umum (c) Seni dan Budaya. Abstract

The Sumber Maron Tourism Object is managed by Karangsuko BUMdes. Sumber Maron Tourism is semi-autonomous, that is, it has the authority to regulate and develop it. Sumber Maron Tourism Object has a positive impact on the community in improving the economy such as opening stalls, shops and parking. This situation certainly raises a problem, namely competition between them. This research is to find out how the management of Sumber Maron Tourism is a descriptive qualitative research. Data sources include primary sources, namely the village head and his staff, the Sumber Maron tourism manager, and secondary data sources, namely relevant journals and books. Data collection, namely interviews, observations and documents. The results of the study, that Sumber Maron Tourism provides employment to the community. The association was formed, namely the association of traders, parking and motorcycle taxis. Facilities include swimming spots, snorkelling, playing in waterfalls, flying fox, river tubing, PLTMH, toilets, prayer rooms, parking, stalls, shops, tire rental, changing rooms. Sumber Maron Tourism Manager involves the community and economic actors to ensure that tourism objects are not used as places of immorality and prohibit shops and stalls from selling alcohol in these attractions Key words: management; sharia; eco-tourism; community improvement; society

Abstract

Consumer protection in the halal industry is an increasingly important issue as the sector grows in the global market. This article discusses the challenges faced in the implementation of consumer protection regulations, particularly concerning compliance with halal standards. Despite the existence of the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK), many industry players have not fully complied with its provisions, to the detriment of consumers. From the perspective of Islamic law, consumer protection is not only concerned with legal aspects but also with business ethics and morality, where the principles of fairness, responsibility, and transparency are important cornerstones. This article also highlights the role of the government and relevant agencies in ensuring compliance with halal standards and the protection of consumer rights. Through this study, it is hoped that a comprehensive solution can be found to improve consumer protection in the halal industry, by the principles of Islamic law. This study recommends increased supervision, law enforcement, and education to the public to strengthen the position of consumers against business actors.

Abstract

Ta?aw?f and culture are two inseparably concepts. Those shall be affiliate to create a synergy in completing for each other. Culture can be defined according to anthropological perspective as the human’s ideas outcomes, customs, social behaviour of a particular people or society, and the other manifestation of human achievement. Culture constitutes of dynamic human creative manifestation, which complies human’s mental (non-material) and physical (material) needs. Material culture tends to has mechanical characteristic, while the non-material one has psychological types. If we relate this definition to ta?aw?f concept, then ta?aw?f indeed involves itself within culture definition. It because ta?aw?f has the very anvil on Al-Qur’an and Hadi?t. Ta?aw?f guides the human beings toward the right path according to their natural tendency which is willing by Allah swt. The technological advance has been mediate human’s culture to the spectacular one. It is not only make people’s life getting easier, but also made people’s life being dependency. We cannot easily getting off from these technological culture which is creating great disaster called comfortableness. The disaster, slowly, consumes people’s leisure time to corrupt their spirituality. In those condition, human being should walking back to ta?aw?f which has balancing aspect to reshaping human’s spirituality. Ta?aw?f means to guide human beings to find their natural tendency again. Ta?aw?f does not mean as killing another nafs aspect within human beings’ souls, but to give it another way to find the true self. Keywords: Culture, spirituality, ta?aw?f.
