Abstract

This PTS discusses the managerial competence of school principals in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri Sapugara, Brang Rea District, West Sumbawa Regency, motivated by the important role of the principal in improving teacher performance, implementing school quality and at the same time in improving the quality of learning management, because of the steps a school organization controlled by a principal. This study is intended to answer the problem of how the principal's leadership is viewed from managerial competence in improving teacher performance in SD Negeri Sapugara, Brang Rea District, West Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that in the context of managerial competence, the principal of SD Negeri is able to prepare school plans for various levels of planning, develop school organizations according to needs, lead schools in order to optimize school resources, have the right strategy to improve the performance of educational personnel. at his school. Creating a conducive school climate, providing advice to school residents, encouraging all teachers, and implementing interesting learning models. It is human nature, besides the advantages there are also disadvantages, namely the Principal of SD Negeri because of his too discipline, sometimes in certain situations he is active in filling the lesson hours which are actually a portion of the teacher concerned. This condition gives the impression that the principal's level of trust in teachers is lacking

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and study the teacher performance model of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) which was built based on the associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables: (1) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work ethics, (2) the influence of organizational culture on work ethics. , (3) the influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, (4) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (5) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance, (6) the influence of organizational culture on performance, (7) the effect of work ethic on performance, and (8) the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. The methods used to achieve the objectives of this study are survey, sampling and quantitative methods. The population of this research is MAN teachers in North Sumatra Province, amounting to 1177 teachers (sampling frame) and involving 298 respondents (proportional random sampling). This research is also classified as an explanatory study which explains that to determine the magnitude of the influence of a variable with other variables, both direct and indirect effects can be used path analysis. The results of this study are (1) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (2) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (3) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (4) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on satisfaction. work, (5) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, (6) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on performance, (7) work ethic has a positive direct effect on performance, and (8) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on the performance of MAN teachers in North Sumatra. Overall, the perfect fit model has been tested, a model of MAN teacher performance improvement which is proportionally influenced directly and indirectly by job satisfaction, work ethic, self-efficacy, and MAN organizational culture.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DMT2) is associated with atherosclerosis, which causes the disease. cardiovascular and increased mortality. It is still difficult to detect ateroskelerosis in the early stages. Arterial stenosis often develops without symptoms in patients. DMT2, then causes cardiovascular disease. Therefore, development diagnostics to easily detect early-stage atherosclerosis are needed. In this study, we focused on cystatin C serum, an inhibitor of cysteine proteinase. Some research results, it has reported a significant correlation between serum Cystatin C levels and Arterial stiffness in a group of normal individuals. Cystatin C serum has a correlation strong with a value of elasticity of the carotid artery walls that reflect the degree of atherosclerosis subclinical. This is a new sign that is quite potential as a biomarker of early detection atherosclerosis. The purpose of the study is to know the picture serum Cystatin C levels as an early marker to determine the presence of possible complications of atherosclerosis in DMT2 patients, as well as the usefulness of Cystatin-C in predicting atherosclerosis of the early stages. Research methods are analytical research with use cross-sectional design. The study was conducted by calculating the value of Cystatin C blood serum with DMT2. The study subjects were people with DMT2 in RSUD.Labuang Baji Makassarand its network. Sum the sample in this study was 20 people. Determination of the research subject is done by conducting a search on medical records of DMT2 patients who meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion to achieve minimum number of samples. The study subjects were classified into two groups based on medical record data searches are subclinical atherosclerosis group and nonclinical group ateroskelorosis. The research sample is a serum sample. Serum sample examination is carried out in the Clinical Prodia Laboratory using PENIA method. The results of this study reported the results that Cystatin-C Serum is closely correlated with subclinical atherosclerosis (arterial stiffness. Increase in serum cystatin-C levels indicates the risk of atherosclerosis in Patients with DMT2. The results of this study reported that serum cystatin C levels in dmt2 patients in the nonclinical atherosclerosis group (n = 10) showed normal cystatin levels (0.50 - 0.96 mg/L), while serum Cystatin-C levels in dmt2 group patients showed normal cystatin levels (0.50 - 0.96 mg/L), while serum cystatin-C levels in DMT2 group patients Subclinical atherosclerosis (n = 10) has an increase in serum cystatin-C levels (> 0.90 mg/L). Level cystatin C serum is associated with SA in DMT2 patients. Cystatin C was identified as a predictor of atherosclerosis risk, after adjusting for a variety of factors associated with diabetes.

Abstract

Zakat has a central position in fiscal policy and public finances in the early days of Islam. Besides being the main source of income for Islamic countries at that time, zakat was also able to support state expenditures in the form of government expenditure and government transfers. Zakat is also able to influence the economic policies of the Islamic government to improve the welfare of the people, especially the weak. This study aims to describe how the pattern of development of zakat, infaq and alms as Islamic public financial instruments in the Province of Gorontalo Serambi Medina. The methodology of this research is to use qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that in the management of zakat, infaq and alms, the Gorontalo Provincial government provides APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget) assistance as BAZNAS operational costs. This has been proven to increase the efficiency of collection and distribution of zakat at BAZNAS Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education, and the unemployment rate on the number of poor people in Aceh Province simultaneously and partially. This study uses secondary data from 2011-2020 using the Eviews program. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that education and the unemployment rate simultaneously had a significant effect on the number of poor people. Education partially has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people, while the unemployment rate partially has a negative and insignificant effect on the number of poor people.

Abstract

Jamaluddin Al Afghani is a true Islamic fighter, his whole life from when he was young until the end of his life was devoted to fighting for Muslims from the clutches of the invaders. According to Jamaluddin Al Afghani, the decline of Muslims is actually the result of Muslims themselves who have misunderstood the teachings of Islam, so that they really lag behind the Western world. In addition to the absence of a sense of unity and unity among Muslims themselves, not only among the common people but also among the ulama. The absence of communication and interaction between the ulama led to the breakdown of the ulama network which of course had an impact on the general public. Another factor is the absolute system of government that acts arbitrarily against its people, making the backwardness of Muslims worse. For Jamaluddin Al Afghani, a good and ideal government system is a republican or democratic government system, because this government system involves the people in making decisions through their representatives who sit in parliament. This democratic system of government is what the Qur'an actually wants, not the caliphate government system, where in this government, wisdom and authority are only in the hands of the caliph, and this allows violations of individual rights. Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan dikatakan bermutu ketika kondisi input, proses, output dan outcome-nya baik atau memuaskan. Namun bal tersebut tidak akan tercapai tanpa peran aktif seorang pemimpin atau gaya kepemimpinan yang ditampilkannya. Karena pemimpin adalah orang pertama dan figur utama dalam komunitas lembaga tersebut serta ujung tombak untuk menjadikan lembaga pendidikan bermutu tinggi. Pengertian mutu dalam konteks pendidikan adalah mengacu pada masukan (input), proses, hasil (output) dan outcome-nya. Mutu input dapat dilihat dan beberapa sisi, yaitu pertama, kondisi baik atau tidaknya SDM in-put-nya. Kedua, memenuhi atau tidaknya sarana dan prasarananya. Ketiga, memenuhi atau tidaknya kriteria masukan yang berupa perangkat lunak, misalnya peraturan, struktur organisasi, job descriptionnya dan lain-lain. Keempat, mutu masukan berupa harapan dan kebutuhan, seperti visi misi dan cita-cita. Sedangkan, hal-hal yang termasuk dalam mutu proses pembelajaran adalah derajat kesehatan, keamanan, disiplin, keakraban, saling menghormati, kepuasan dan lain-lain dari subyek selama memberikan dan menerima jasa pelayanan. Hasil (output) pendidikan dipandang bermutu jika mampu melahirkan keunggulan akademik dan ekstrakurikuler pada peserta didik. Di luar kerangka itu, mutu out-put dapat dilihat dari nilai-nilai hidup yang dianut, moralitas, dorongan untuk maju, dan Iain-lain yang diperoleh oleh peserta didik pada saat ia menjalani proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existing condition of the pond area that has the potential for aquaculture, estimate the business feasibility of aquaculture systems, build aquaculture models using dynamic analysis to see the most sustainable aquaculture system, develop dynamic models and simulate various scenarios for sustainable management. The applied aquaculture system was analysed with business feasibility by calculating total cost (TC), total revenue (TR), revenue, R/C and pay back period (PBP). Modelling of sustainable management of Vanname shrimp farming areas is done by formulating scenarios and simulation time and making dynamic models using Stella 9.0.1 software, all scenarios are simulated in a vulnerable time for the next 20 years. The results showed that the most effective cultivation system in 3 sub-districts is a semi-intensive system capable of returning investment or pay back period (PBP) which is about 1.4-1.6 years compared to the traditional system which is about 2.7-3.7 years. The simulation results show that the 3333 scenario in terms of cultivation technology is the best scenario or optimistic scenario to run so that the management of vanname shrimp farming in Mamuju Regency can be sustainable because in the next 20 years most of the cultivation technology will switch from traditional systems to semi-intensive systems. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing restorative justice for victims of drug-related crimes and the factors influencing the effectiveness of restorative justice for these victims at Polrestabes Makassar. This empirical legal research was conducted at Polrestabes Kota Makassar. The research utilized both primary and secondary data, and data collection techniques involved interviews. The data analysis was performed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings indicate that the application of Restorative Justice at Polrestabes Makassar is quite effective in terms of the quantity of drug-related cases resolved. The significant factors contributing to the effectiveness of Restorative Justice include adequate psychological and social support, collaboration with relevant institutions, and a legally-based approach.

Abstract

Keterampilan pemecahan masalah adalah keterampilan yang penting dikuasai oleh siswa agar dapat menghadapi tantangan abad 21 beserta segala perkembangannya. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas bahan ajar menggunakan model pembelajaran group investigation. Pembelajaran ini menggunakan bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti dan diuji validitasnya sehingga valid digunakan dalam pembelajaran melalui pendekatan ADDIE yang diuji cobakan di salah satu SMA di Banjarmasin. Efektivitas diukur dengan menggunakan N-Gain, dengan data yang bersumber dari pretest dan posttest siswa. Hasil dari perolehan N-gain menunjukkan angka 0,61 dengan kategori tinggi dan dengan hasil peningkatan dari setiap indikator keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan efektif untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di sekolah serta mampu melatih keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa.
