Abstract

“Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) merupakan komoditas yang memegang peranan vital dalam semua aktivitas ekonomi. Kenaikan harga BBM bukan saja memperbesar beban masyarakat kecil pada umumnya tetapi juga bagi dunia usaha pada khususnya. Hal ini dikarenakan terjadi kenaikan pada pos-pos biaya produksi sehingga meningkatkan biaya secara keseluruhan dan mengakibatkan kenaikan harga pokok produksi. Dengan naiknya bahan bakar menjadikan biaya produksi akan naik, dengan biaya produksi yang naik maka kebutuhan masyarakat seperti sandang, pangan, pakan yang berasal dari sektor industri pun akan naik. Hal ini yang menjadikan inflasi pada suatu negara berlangsung secara lama dan terus-menerus. Kenaikan BBM ini memang memiliki dampak yang buruk, akan tetapi jika usaha dari pemerintah dan juga masyarakat sama-sama ikut andil untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini tentunya bukan tidak mungkin masalah ini akan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. Beberapa efek dari kenaikan BBM ini antara lain meningkatkan biaya overhead pabrik karena naiknya biaya bahan baku, ongkos angkut ditambah pula tuntutan dari buruh pabrik untuk menaikkan upah yang pada akhirnya keuntungan perusahaan menjadi semakin kecil. Sebetulnya kenaikan harga BBM bukanlah hal baru yang terjadi di negeri ini.”

Abstract

Kajian Islam tentang konsumsi sangat penting, agar seseorang berhati-hati dalam menggunakan kekayaan atau berbelanja. Suatu negara mungkin memiliki kekayaan melimpah, tetapi apabila kekayaan tersebut tidak diatur pemanfaatannya dengan baik dan terukur maslahahnya, maka kesejahteraan (welfare) akan mengalami kegagalan. Jadi yang terpenting dalam hal ini adalah cara penggunaan yang harus diarahkan pada pilihan-pilihan (preferensi) yang mengandung maslahah (baik dan bermanfaat), agar kekayaan tersebut dimanfaatkan pada jalan yang sebaik-baiknya untuk kemakmuran dan kemaslahatan individu,masyarakat dan rakyat secara menyeluruh. Keinginan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup merupakan naluri manusia. Sejak kecil, bahkan ketika baru lahir, manusia sudah menyatakan keinginan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan berbagai cara, misalnya dengan menangis untuk menunjukkan bahwa seorang bayi lapar dan ingin minum susu dari ibunya. Semakin besar dan akhirnya dewasa, keinginan dan kebutuhan seorang manusia akan terus meningkat dan mencapai puncaknya pada usia tertentu untuk seterusnya menurun hingga seseorang meninggal dunia.

Abstract

This article discusses price distortions in the market caused by the hoarding of diesel fuel in Medan. Price distortions occur when there are disruptions in the market mechanism that result in prices that are not proportional to the actual supply and demand. Several factors that contribute to price distortions in the hoarding of diesel fuel include limited supply conditions, the presence of middlemen or boarders, price speculation, and policy uncertainty. The impact of these price distortions can include price disproportionate increases, operational disruptions for businesses, and economic inequality. This article utilizes a qualitative descriptive method with a literature research approach. Qualitative research methods are used to obtain findings that cannot be obtained through quantitative methods, while the literature research approach utilizes library resources to gather research data. To address price distortions caused by the hoarding of diesel fuel, several steps can be taken, including strict monitoring and law enforcement, stabilizing the supply of diesel fuel, public education and awareness, price transparency, and referring to reliable sources for more detail and updates -to date information.

Abstract

In Islam, the concept of halal plays a central role in the lives of Muslims. Halal applies not only to food ingredients but also encompasses the entire process of food production and serving. In the context of meatball production, it is important to ensure that the ingredients used and the production processes align with Islamic principles. This includes the selection of halal ingredients, appropriate production methods, processing, storage, and handling of food that meet halal standards. In Islam, permissible animal meat must be slaughtered correctly, and additives such as seasonings and preservatives must be halal and free from haram substances. Additionally, ethical and fair treatment of workers is also considered. In Indonesia, efforts have been made to ensure that meatball production aligns with Islamic principles, and halal certification bodies have been established. The Islamic approach to meatball production can provide confidence to Muslim consumers and build a good relationship between producers and consumers. This approach can also serve as an example for the entire food industry to ensure halal and high ethical standards in food production. In this study, a qualitative method was used to understand the community's experience related to tembung meatballs. The results of this research highlight the importance of halal meatball product management, good human resource management, and quality control in halal meatball production in Tembung

Abstract

The halalness of a product that is produced is a mandatory requirement for every consumer or use of that product, especially Muslim consumers. In international trade practices, the issue of halal certification and marking of a product has received good reviews in order to provide protection for Muslim consumers around the world as well as a strategy in facing the challenges of globalization. This research method is a qualitative research method with a mini-research approach with interview techniques that aim to find and collect information through sources regarding standing history, experience and other information. The purpose of this research is to see the halalness of a food product produced by Eyang Dimsum producers, related to how the products produced meet sales standards and halal certification.

Abstract

The tradition of tolak bala (repelling evil) is a cultural practice aimed at warding off disasters or calamities. The Banjar people, who live in Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra, maintain this tradition as part of their cultural heritage, which they preserve and uphold. This study aims to analyze the practice of tolak bala from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Through the analysis of the hadith, elements that align with Islamic teachings and those that contradict them can be identified, particularly those related to aspects of shirk (polytheism), or beliefs that are inconsistent with monotheism. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources from the field and literature review.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between insurance and investment from an Islamic perspective, with a focus on adherence to sharia principles. In this context, this study analyzes Islamic principles related to insurance and investment, and their impact on Muslim societies. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature study and a qualitative analysis of primary and secondary sources relevant to this topic. Various opinions and views from scholars and experts in the field of Islamic finance were also examined and analyzed.
