Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya penanggulangan Tindak Pidana Penyelundupan barang ekspor impor menurut UU No. 17 Tahun 2006 dan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk pertanggungjawaban terhadap tindak pidana penyelundupan barang ekspor impor. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normative, disimpulkan: 1. Upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana penyelundupan barang ekspor impor dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemeriksaan dan pengawasan oleh Pejabat Bea dan Cukai.  Pemeriksaan yaitu tindakan memeriksa untuk memperoleh data dan penilaian yang tepat mengenai pemberitahuan pabean dalam bentuk pemeriksaan dokumen dan pemeriksaan atas fisik barang. Sedangkan pengawasan yang dimaksud ialah tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memastikan semua pergerakan barang, transportasi, serta orang-orang yang melintasi perbatasan Negara agar mengikuti semua prosedur/ peraturan kepabeanan yang ditetapkan Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2006 Tentang  Kepabeanan. 2. Bentuk-bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana dari pelaku tindak pidana penyelundupan meliputi: Tanggung jawab perorangan, Pejabat Bea dan Cukai, Pengangkut Barang, Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan (PPJK) dan Badan Hukum (Perseroan, Perusahaan, Kumpulan, Yayasan, Koperasi) dan mengenai sanksi pidana terhadap bentuk-bentuk tindak pidana penyelundupan tersebut diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 102, Pasal 102A, Pasal 102B, Pasal 102C, Pasal 102D, Pasal 103, Pasal 103A, Pasal 104, Pasal 105, Pasal 108 dan Pasal 109 berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2006 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1995 Tentang Kepabeanan.Kata kunci: Upaya Penanggulangan, Tindak Pidana, Penyelundupan, Barang Ekspor Impor, Kepabeanan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at Rejo Makmur Cooperative Semarang Regency. The population in this research is all employees at Rejo Makmur Cooperative Semarang Regency has 51 employees. This research did not carry out sampling. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method, a statistical analysis method consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance testing (t-test) and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The suggestion in this research is the importance of supervisors in improving organizational culture and good leadership. This is done so that employee performance can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to improve or optimize the performance of the homogenizer in homogenizing seed samples and facilitate its operational performance so that the results obtained are in accordance with the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA). The homogenizer uses a mechanical transmission that includes a belt transmission from the power source to the gearbox, while from the gearbox to the drum/container using a chain transmission that produces a more stable drum rotation and does not slip so that it can maximize the function of the homogenizer. The addition of inlet holes and exit holes facilitates the operation of the homogenizer. This tool modification increases ergonomic value and supports tool optimization. Good homogenizer conditions will provide maximum and good service in the seed quality testing stage, especially compositing/mixing seeds before analysis. So that it will support the smoothness and accuracy of testing and student practicum activities, teaching staff research, and external stakeholders.
