Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya zaman dan perkembangan populasi penduduk kebutuhanakan insfastruktur terus meningkat. Beton merupakan salah satu bahan bangunan yangterbuat dari campuran semen portland atau semen hidraulik lainnya, agregat halus, agregatkasar, dan air, dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan yang membentuk masa padat (SNI-03-2847-2002). Beton banyak digunakan dalam bidang konstruksi dan merupakan salah satualternatif pilihan untuk perkerasan dan pembangunan. Perkerasan dengan menggunakanbeton sedang banyak digunakan karena beton mempunyai banyak keuntungan. Dengansemakin meningkatnya penggunaan beton, maka perlu dilakukan inovasi untukmeningkatkan mutu beton. Meningkatkan mutu beton dapat di uji dengan cara menambahserbuk batu basalt pada campuran beton.Serbuk batu basalt merupakan batuan yang dihaluskan. Batu basalt adalah salah satubatu yang biasa digunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi. Batu basalt Skoria merupakanpotensi sumber daya mareial provinsi Lampung jumlah cadangannya minimal sekitar 338juta m3 (Rajiman,2011). Serbuk batu basalt yang digunakan sudah dipanaskanmenggunakan oven pada suhu 1600°C. Variasi penggunaan serbuk batu basalt sebagaibahan penambah terhadap berat semen adalah 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, dan 9%. Benda ujibeton yang dibuat berbentuk silinder dan pengujian dilakukan pada umur 7 hari, 14 hari,dan 28 hari.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil kuat tekan beton menggunakan serbuk batubasalt lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan beton normal. Proses pemanasan serbuk batubasalt juga terbukti menambah kekuatan tekan beton dibandingkan dengan beton dengancampuran serbuk batu basalt yang tidak dioven. Kadar oprimum penambahan serbuk batubaslat sebesar 3% dari berat semen

Abstract

Background: Filariasis is a disease caused by filarial worms and transmitted by mosquitoes that contain filarial worms. Pemberian Obat Pencegahan Masal (POPM) filariasis or Mass Prevention Drug is a program aimed to reduce the number of filariasis. The Survey of POPM in Grobogan, Semarang, and Wonosobo, shows there are different coverages of 65% and 85%. The purpose of this study is to compare the survey coverage of POPM filariasis. Seek the reason not to participate, and the characteristics of the respondents who did not take filariasis medicine in Grobogan, Semarang, and Wonosobo.Methods: Descriptive quantitative study was used in this study by collecting secondary data of POPM survey coverage in Grobogan, Semarang, and Wonosobo year 2018. Descriptive and comparative analysis was applied to respondent characteristics, filaria POPM coverage, and elaborate the unconformity to the filaria medication. Results: Grobogan coverage is low compared to Semarang and Wonosobo. The respondent said about traveling, don't know, and age as the reason to not take the filariasis medication.Conclusions: Among the three districts, Grobogan is the district with low filariasis medication coverage compared to Semarang and Wonosobo.

Abstract

The acceptance of new non-ASN candidates is a major problem in recruiting new employees, this happens because of the large number of new prospective employees who register and the number of vacancies that are inadequate, therefore research is carried out that aims to create a decision support system that can speed up the process of recruiting candidates. new employee. The methods used in this research are ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) and MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) methods. The selection of this method is able to filter out the most alternatives based on weighting and this method is able to choose goals based on different criteria, namely benefits and costs. The results obtained from the ARAS method are the calculation rankings from the comparison of alternative utility functions with the optimal utility function values, while the results obtained from the MOORA method are the calculation rankings of the maximum and minimum values. From this value, an alternative that meets the criteria through calculations using the ARAS and MOORA methods, the employee alternative chosen is Yuniar Pilakso Angkasa with a final result of 0.935 for the ARAS method and 0.163 for the MOORA method. The results of the Spearman Rank coefficient test obtained a value of 0.9357% for the ARAS method and 0.7428% for the MOORA method, meaning that the two methods have a strong correlation level and can be used in recruiting new non ASN employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at Rejo Makmur Cooperative Semarang Regency. The population in this research is all employees at Rejo Makmur Cooperative Semarang Regency has 51 employees. This research did not carry out sampling. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method, a statistical analysis method consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance testing (t-test) and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The suggestion in this research is the importance of supervisors in improving organizational culture and good leadership. This is done so that employee performance can increase.

Abstract

Media merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu untuk menyalurkan pesan/informasi dari guru kepada peserta didik. Guru diharapkan mampu mendesain berbagai macam media pembelajaran yang menarik agar menarik minat peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan maju, memunculkan berbagai macam aplikasi-aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu diantaranya yaitu canva. Canva merupakan aplikasi berbasis online dengan menyediakan desain menarik berupa template, fitu-fitur, dan kategori- kategori yang diberikan di dalamnya. Melalui canva guru dapat membuat konten pelajaran yang amat menarik dan mengadakan aktivitas untuk peserta didik di kelas ataupun secara online. Dengan desain yang beragam dan menarik, membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi tidak membosankan. Namun permasalahan yang dialami oleh para guru di SMN N 4 Poso yaitu guru belum mahir dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, khususnya aplikasi canva. Oleh karena itu focus penyelesaian masalah dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan mendesain media pebeajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMA N 4 Poso, dengan subjek guru di SMA N 4 Poso yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini di ukur dengan membadingkan desain PPT sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini.Capaian hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu guru memiliki kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam mendesain materi presentasi dan video pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva. Desain yang dihasilkan jauh lebih menarik, tidak ada kesan monoton seperti tampilan desain media sebelum menggunakan canva. Guru juga merasa puas dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini, bahkan guru menginginkan ada kegiatan serupa lagi yang dilaksanakan di SMA N 4 Poso
