The security o f election's data in a manual election process is susceptible to some fraud activity, one of them is voter's identity theft activity which will be used to vote more than one time. The regulation which allow the voter to vote on another town has became a hole that can be used the perpetrator to vote using stolen identity as no one knows him and his true identity. This fraud activity will have direct impact to the result o f election. This fraud can be contained by using Nakula Sadewa Algorithm which will analyze and compare the voter's home voting place to the voting place that the voter's use to do the voting activity. The voter's can still vote on another town, but heavily encouraged to vote on his hometown.

Trust is a key factor in online communication, a hosting that can be accessed quickly and almost never had an error would indicate that the hosting has managed seriously in serving consumers. Therefore a hosting requires regular maintenance and handling of error as soon as possible before consumers feel the effects. On the other side hosting providers need to protect their systems to provide access to others who don’t have the right and protect it using a firewall. Those two things became very difficult to do simultaneously considering the speed and ease of access contrary to the security of the hosting. There are many ways in which the administrators to handling this case.One of many ways is create a private network that can only be accessed from within the network, during time for treatments this private hosting use SMS as medium, this media have been chosen because it can directly installed within the private network.By using this sms media, administrator can make application that can do the repair server directly without being worried with the danger of the public internet network, because application running on a private network. Applications can also be built more complex so that application will help administrator to monitor condition of the server and repair errors on the server, administrators can do it anywhere without being dependent on a stable internet connection.

Advances in technology are increasing rapidly, especially in the field of information and communication technology provides convenience in exchanging information. One widely used communication tool today is the mobile phones which have facilities sending messages or SMS (Short Message Service). With the mobile phone application development, application technology of short message or SMS widely used for more general purposes, one of which is in the academic field. To facilitate the exchange of academic information, including financial data, grades, and exam schedules, distributed systems into tools that are able to provide and process information dynamically.To facilitate the exchange of academic information between the school and students, they invented a system that is distributed for the dissemination of academic information that can be accessed via SMS.Academic information dissemination system based on short message or SMS can enhance the effectiveness of the dissemination of information between the school and students. With a system of information exchange is expected to be faster and more controlled because the cost for all messages can be recorded.

The Admissions in the College of Technology Adisutjipto Yogyakarta, the committee has had PMB Computer Based Test (CBT) to test new students since 2010. However, CBT is owned by STTA not support randomization and answer questions about each exam so issued, the order of questions and answers will remain the same. Of the many random algorithm, algorithm Congruential Linear Generators (LCG) is an algorithm suitable for use in scrambling about in CBT because of the rapid process of generating random numbers and the algorithm is easy to learn and implement. By giving feedback LCG a current value of the length of time it will produce a different value in each random from the first randomization. With randomness about the cheating in the exam PMB can be resolved.

Wireless networks / hostspot using wave or signal transmission media. Waves or signals emitted from a device called an access point having a particular frequency. Signal beam is formed a circular pattern in which the antenna from the access point to the source signal. In a wireless network signal is captured and used a computer to be able to communicate with each other. PING technique is a method to double check the connection by sending data packets from the sending computer to the destination computer. This process can be seen from the travel time required to transmit data packets. So there is some problems how to convert time obtained from the PING into the distance. Algorithm Jawa can be used to convert units of time-based PING the wireless LAN / hostspot into the distance. Basically, two computers that are in a wireless LAN / hostspot will form a triangular pattern. This pattern will be used algorithm jawa to determine the distance between two computers within the wireless LAN / hostspot by utilizing modifications pythagorean theorem for isosceles triangular pattern and the large angle of 400.

Synchronization is the process of setting the course of several processes at the same time. Synchronization builds upon students' academic value table STTA Yogyakarta by comparing records for the records in the database. If there is a difference in the academic value of the table the different values will be returned as the value of the original with comparing by using the master database. Record based table synchronization is expected to address the security system on the database and provide security guarantees a safe and comfortable.Authentication is a process by which a user is identified by the server before the user using the network. In the process, the user is requesting access rights to the server to use a network. Authorization is the allocation of what services are entitled to be accessed by the user on the network. Authorization is done when the user has been declared eligible to use the network. Accounting is a process performed by the server to record all user activity in the network, such as when the user starts using the network, end user when the connection to the network, how long the user using the network, how much data is accessed from the network user.The results of the implementation of synchronization using a table based record system security authentication, authorization, accounting changes that may prevent the occurrence of data in a database, optimizing the use of stored, and enhance security systems at the database STTA center of Yogyakarta.

Designing a website is the first step to build website that gives the appearance of an interface to the website visitor. the appearence web design that interesting can be gived conveniences for visitors to browse the contents of any website content. designing of the website, skill are required several to be master multiple web programming languages, the programming language are HTML, CSS and Javascript. In the overall control of the programming language takes time to be master and understand each other codes. Therefore, to built application that allows users to create a website design. This application is called WebEditor is built using CodeIgniter and Twitter Bootstrap framework. In the rendering process design needed parallel processing techniques to the process. so, the impact in terms of rendering time speed to website design. Throughout this system, users can design a website easily and quickly, and in the process of rendering design does not require for long time. the results of study case have done that it can be seen that influences of the implementation of rendering speed transmission media based on the number of processors and computers server. The percentage of the speed to rendering of design does not using a grid server on the LAN network are 33.7 %, 33.3 % and internet routers 33 %. While using a part of grid servers on the LAN network are 33.6 %, 33.4 % and internet routers 33 % and the final grid using 2 servers on the LAN network are 44 %, 33 % and internet routers 26 %. So the highest rendering speed on the LAN router network for further 44 % and 30 % at the latest on the Internet 26 % by using 2 part of grid servers. Thus rendering the best in the website design is using LAN with 2 part of grid servers.

One way of written communication is to send a message to the others. With the current technological developments, written communication can be supported by the computer and internet media so that messages sent can be delivered to target internet users in a short time and geographical distance is no longer a barrier of communication. In communicating between countries is often used in English, but that will be an obstacle when the language used to write the message was not understood by the other person and vice versa. Seeing this condition, then there needs to be an alternative media to overcome these obstacles. One of them is to design a bilingual (Indonesian-English) chat translator application. The system was created using Delphi 7 as a programming language and Oracle as Indonesian and English vocabulary storage database. Through this system, users can send messages using Indonesian or English and receive messages according to language used. The result from the design of this application indicates that the application is able to translate the text that is sent into the appropriate language which is controlled by interlocutors. So it can be a solution to communicate although with different language. However, the ability of the translator is very dependent on the current record in the dictionary table, so the translation can be developed in subsequent research to be more complete and better.

Ngekost is an android-based boarding search application that utilizes the Internet as a medium of exchange data. The use of mobile android application as a tool to access something that is connected to the Internet to help users find a variety of information. Ngekost applications builtby using cloud computing as a technology that makes the Internet as a central storage server to manage data and information. One media system making cloud computing is to use a Virtual Private Server (VPS) as a virtual server. Applications Ngekost offers boarding house in the city of Yogyakarta, Malang, and Makassar with centralized image data on the storage servers each - each city boarding information and data stored on the database webserver. Services provided on the application can be accessed via the website owners to register them boarding, boarding entering data and images, while searches for boarding accessed via mobile android. The results of testing this application indicates that the application Ngekost by leveraging cloud computing can be usedas an information service for owners and seekers boarding based regional city o f Yogyakarta, Malang, and Makassar.

At this time need to develop the education system urgent to do. Various concepts and new techniques in teaching and learning has been developed to replace conventional teaching methods in class. this was due to a global computer network found. One method of teaching that is thrive at the present time is an e–learning. E-learning can help teachers to give subject matter without located in class by using the internet, it can maximize the limited time in class learning. The methodology used in the preparation of this study is study literature while the phase of system development using web engineering. To design these applications use several stages starting from data flow diagram (DFD), flowchart system, design table, relation table and design interface. After the e-learning application is completed and tested to 30 respondent sthrough the results questionnaire then got the result that the applications facilitate learning activities between faculty and students so as to improve the quality of learning. Significant results of the test by 30 respondents, this application are users friendly, stable and smooth. Then interactivity of learning via e-learning system can help mastery of e-learning.
