Abstract

The study of second (foreign) language acquisition or called second language acquisition (SLA)/foreign language acquisition (FLA) can be understood as an intradisciplinary field of science that seeks to uncover factors outside language in the process of acquiring a second (foreign) language such as psychosocial factors. and social factors. These factors are the disciplines of psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, or neurolinguistics that influence the process of acquiring a second (foreign) language. Al-Ushailli is a modern Arabic language figure who has a great concern in the field of psycholinguistics as well as teaching Arabic. Al-Ushailli divides the second stage of language acquisition into five stages: Silent/pre-production period, early production, speech emergence, intermediate fluency, continued language development.

Abstract

Providing protection to children is the most important step because children are among those who need protection. Child Protection Law Number 35 of 2014 stipulates that children have the right to be protected from crimes, such as discrimination, physical and mental violence. In the context of Islamic law, the protection of children is also discussed in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). KHI covers a variety of children's rights, including the right to maintenance, the right to education, the right to protection, and the right to inheritance. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of Law Number 35 Year 2014 to Islamic law on child protection in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used observation and questionnaires to teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun. Data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, and Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Law Number 35 Year 2014 and Islamic law in this study. This can be seen from the product moment correlation value of 0.470, which indicates a positive and significant relationship with a moderate level of relationship strength, because the coefficient value is in the coefficient interval range of 0.400 - 0.599. This finding shows that the higher the value of one variable, the greater the likelihood that the value of the other variable will increase, reflecting a significant relationship between the two variables studied. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara kritis pengelolaan wakaf dan pembangunan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Fokus kajian dalam tulisan ini adalah pengelolaan wakaf dan pembangunan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia, penelitian ini berawal dari keinginan untuk memotret problematika wakaf di Indonesia. Menganalisis jenis-jenis wakaf dan potensinya dalam membangun ekonomi keumatan baik wakaf langsung (tidak bergerak), wakaf produktif, wakaf tunai (wakaf uang) serta tantangan dan peluang wakaf di Indonesia.

Abstract

In the discourse of Islamic political thought, spanning both pre-modern and contemporary eras, the concept of "shura" (consultation) holds significant importance among Muslim scholars, particularly Islamic political thinkers. One prominent figure in this domain during the modern era is Sayyid Muhammad Rashid Ridha. His noteworthy contributions to political thought are encapsulated in his seminal work, "Khilafot aw al-Imamat al-Uzma." His ideas are regarded as insightful and remain relevant in current political discussions. Rida contends that "shura" should serve as the cornerstone in the system of Islamic governance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the implementation of internal control system and accounting information system to the quality of financial reports of regional device organization(OPD) in the Government of Kabupaten Lebak. The population of this study isthe regional servicesin the environment of Government of Kabupaten Lebak (15 OPD) with 45 respondents. The data and informations needed for this research are collected by conducting field research. The data used in this research is primary data and data collection is done directly by using questionnaires.The method used for determining the sample is purposive sampling method. Based on statistical analyzing using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of the research are either simultaneously or partially support the hypothesis that the implementation of internal control system and accounting information system affect the financial reports of regional device organization(OPD) in the Government of Kabupaten Lebak.
