Abstract

AbstractAlways talking about controlling street vendors ( PKL) like tangle and even there is always resistance. Such events occur in almost all regions in Indonesia. They differ in Surakarta voluntarily move to a location that has been prepared by the Government. The purpose of this study is expected to evaluate the response of vendors to process structuring and development of street vendors conducted by the City Government of Surakarta, especially during Joko Widodo-Rudy (2005-2012), so that it can be done peacefully. This study uses a quantitative approach using surveyexplanatory. To analyze the factors of interpersonal communication and democratic leadership style factors Surakarta City Government on the effectiveness of communication by using multipleregression analysis. Sample as many as 243 respondents using systematic random sampling. First results showed that the success of the process of structuring and development of street vendors in Surakarta in PKL assessment not only in the context of the process, but also in the sense of the results. Second, the results showed a factor of interpersonal communication and democratic leadership style factors jointly affect significantly on the effectiveness of Surakarta City Government communication in the process of structuring and development of street vendors. However, if both factors are seen individually that research shows that the democratic leadership style factors Surakarta City Government contributes more than a factor of interpersonal communication on the effectiveness of Surakarta City Government communication. Third, the results showed that the effectiveness of communication with Surakarta City Government Development productivity showed a positive relationship. Keywords: Development Communication, Management and Development of street vendors and governmentSurakarta City

Abstract

Historical development of boarding school itself can not be separated from the history of the development of Islam in the archipelago. Even genealogy boarding school education system can be traced from the time before the advent of Islam in Indonesia. Along with the development program in Indonesia, with the character of independence, Pondok Pesantren experiencing rapid development. Pondok  Pesantren  is  not  only  incarnated  as  an  educational  institution  of  the people, but also as agents of change and community development. With the enactment of Law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System, Boarding School entered a new phase in the world of education in this country, Pondok Pesantren has entered an integral part in the national education system. If all this has been donating all its schools for the benefit of citizens (state), then there must be a symbiotic mutualism between the two. It's time the state (government) pay serious attention to the continuity of boarding. If all this can exist with non-boarding schools, then the existence will be maximized if it is supported by the state. Moreover, the challenges ahead are certainly more severe because the social dynamics are also increasingly complex. Therefore, the necessary revitalization of the relationship between schools and the government during this flow. Pesantren has thus become and always become "a pioneer or pioneer development in Indonesia. Of course this should be accompanied  with awareness building attitude and professional behavior.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the values of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah in al-Māwardī's concept of the caliphate. He emphasizes the relationship between politics and maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, both of which aim to realize the benefit. Through literature study using the descriptive-analytical method, this paper finds that his basic concept of the caliphate is influenced by his understanding of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, including maqāṣid al-imāmah, wasīlah legal status, and maṣlaḥah rules. All three are criteria and conditions that a leader meets. He succeeded in formulating a series of prerequisites for a leader to realize the benefit of the people. These prerequisites are in line with the substance of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah.

Abstract

Abstract

Street traders (PKL) has long been a serious concern central and local governments, including the city of Surakarta. The problem is not the policy level, but associated with its implementation. The expected goals of this study was to determine the depth and the coaching setup process hawkers (PKL) conducted by Government of Surakarta, especially during the leadership of Mayor Joko Widodo, can be done peacefully and to investigate fundamental differences and fostering arrangement patterns PKL with the previous leadership in Surakarta in the perspective of development communication.This research using qualitative and quantitative approach. The results showed that the effectiveness of the arrangement and development of street vendors in Surakarta, so that it can be done peacefully greatly influenced by factors communicator, message, medium, communicant and effect (Lasswell, 1948). However, among these factors is the most dominant factor communicator (leadership) and medium (interpersonal communication). Leadership style using patterns Jokowi more situational leadership. While the implementation of interpersonal communication is nguwong-ke.

Abstract

Islamic toughtsclearly explain about political issues. Even though, in development and implementation, it is not easy to get an ideal example. The debate among scholars and scientists is quite hard either in the mass media or in scientific forums, and it often fails to draw conclusions that are bright and fair. As an ideal example at the implementation level, it is also not easy to find agreements among Muslim practitioners, whether it is a model of the political system in Saudi Arabia, the politics of Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Iran or the Turkish political system. In addition to external factors, global hegemony of thought and politics, the internal conditions of the Muslim community are also inseparable, especially among scientists and scholars and their politicians who are not serious about studying and animating the wealth of Islamic political treasures. This article will explain Islamic politics with two perspectives, namely: Islamic politics as a science (academic level) and Islamic politics as a movement (practical / implementative level). It is hoped that this article can provide theoretical answers and be able to explain political phenomena in the Islamic world in general and especially the phenomenon of Islamic politics in Indonesia.

Abstract

Setiap bangsa mempunyai cara sendiri-sendiri dalam melaksanakan pembangunan. Selama akhir periode 1960-an definisi-definisi pembangunan terpusat di sekitar kriteria laju pertumbuhan ekonomi. Industrialisasi dianggap sebagai jalur utama menuju pembangunan. Sekitar satu dasarwarsa yang lalu terdapat optimisme yang berlebihan dan harapan yang besar mengenei peranan yang mungkin dimainkan oleh komunikasi massa dalam menunjang pembangunan di Amerika Latin, Afrika dan Asia. Media massa, khususnya radio, masuk jauh ke tengah-tengah massa pendengar di negara-negara berkembang dan tampaknya merupakan suatu potensi yang besar dalam membantu negara-negara tersebut untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan pembangunan. Tujuan tulisan ini bermaksud untuk membahas Komunikasi Pembangunan dan Media Massa (tema kedua) dalam perspektif historis, paramadigmatik dan prospektif, dengan harapan: Pertama, mengetahui sejarah diskursus komunikasi pembangunan dan  media massa. Kedua, memahami akar persoalan dan berbagai isu sentral terkait antara komunikasi pembangunan dan media massa. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui prospek komunikasi pembangunan dan media massa. Kini, media massa telah masuk lebih jauh dibandingkan dengan tahun 1965. Teknologi komunikasi yang baru, seperti, satelit-satelit siaran telah tampil dan berperan. Pejabat-pejabat pemerintah di kebanyakan negara-negara sedang berkembang sungguh-sungguh berusaha menggunakan komunikasi massa untuk keperluan pembangunan.

Abstract

Ilmu bukan sekedar pengetahuan (knowledge), tetapi merangkumsekumpulan pengetahuan berdasarkan teori-teori yang disepakati dan dapatsecara sistematik diuji dengan seperangkat metode yang diakui dalam bidangilmu tertentu. Dipandang dari sudut filsafat, ilmu terbentuk karena manusiaberusaha berfikir lebih jauh mengenai pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Ilmupengetahuan adalah produk dari epistemologi.Sekulerisme, seringkali di kaitkan dengan Era Pencerahan di Eropa, danmemainkanm peranan utama dalam perdaban barat. Prinsip utama Pemisahangereja dan negara di Amerika Serikat, dan Laisisme di Perancis, didasarkan darisekulerisme. Negara-negara yang umumnya sikenal sebagai sekuler diantaranyaadalah Kanada, India, Perancis, Turki, dan Korea Selatan, walaupun tidak adadari negara ini yang bentuk pemerintahannya sama satu dengan yang lainnya.Sejarah Islam membuktikan banyaknya para cendikiawan Muslim yangbanyak memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu di percaturan ilmupengetahuan dunia. Bicara cendikiawan muslim, berkaitan erat dengan siapayang saat itu berkuasa. Khalifah dan para Pemimpin adalah orang-orang yangmemfasilitasi perkembangan ilmu, semakin sadarnya seorang pemimpin akanpentingnya ilmu pengetahuan, maka makin berkembanglah ilmu pengetahuanpada zaman tersebut. Tercatat Khalifah Harun Ar- Rasyid, Al-Makmun, termasukkhalifah dari Bani abbasiah yang turut andil dalam pengembangan ilmupengetahuan.Berdasarkan uraian di atas bahwa hubungan ilmu (nilai-nilai Ilmiah) danagama mempunyai pengalaman yang berbeda antara di Eropa (Kristen) dandunia Islam (Islam). Pengalaman Eropa membuktikan bahwa mereka mengalami kemajuan ketika meninggalkan agamanya (Kristen), bahkan merekamenyebutkanya sebagai masa pencerahan (Age of Enlightenment, renaissance,aufklarung). Sebaliknya, pengalaman dunia Islam membuktikan bahwa duniaIslam mencapai kejayaan ketika antara agama (Islam) beriringan atau bersinergisdengan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberi pendampingan kepada Pemerintahan Desa Banaran Kecamatan Pulung dalam menerapkan manajemen krisis dalam penanganan bencana tanah longsor di Banaran. metode pelaksanaan pendampingan yang dilakukan, antara lain, yaitu: 1) ekspos ke media sosial. 2) Rekruitmen relawan 3) Penyusunan action-plans pendampingan. 4) pemetaan  relawan dan proses penangan bencana tanah longsor di Banaran 5) Melakukan studi banding. 6) Melakukan Focus Group Discutios (FGD). 7) Melakukan pelatihan/ workshop Pemetaan Rawan Bencana. 8) melakukan audensi dengan stakeholder untuk menjadi mutu dan kelangsungan program tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian di atas ditarik kesimpulan, Pertama, bahwa capaian program dengan rancangan program di awal ada yang sesuai, seperti, perubahan dalam pencegahan. Sedangkan yang melampaui capaian adalah dalam tahap tanggap bencana dan rehabilitasi. Adapun yang kurang sesuai dengan capaian adalah dalam tahap rekonstruksi. Kedua, perubahan yang dialami oleh mitra dalam hal ini pemeritahan Desa Banaran dan masyarakatnya adalah arti pentingnya pencegahan, yang selama ini dianggap remeh, ternyata berakibat fatal.
