Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi ribawi dalam layanan SPayLater dan bagaimana hukumnya dalam perspektif islam, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik kuesioner, dan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang yang mana merupakan masyarakat dan mahasiswa. SPayLater adalah salah satu metode pembayaran kredit yang ada di marketplace shopee, dimana perusahaan tersebut akan memberikan pinjaman kepada penggunanya untuk membeli barang yang mereka butuhkan. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti dapatkan menunjukan bahwa dalam Islam riba dianggap sebagai dosa dan diharamkan oleh syariah. Riba SPayLater yang melibatkan pembayaran tambahan atau bunga atas pembelian tertunda, dianggap sebagai bentuk riba yang tidak diperbolehkan. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari perspektif Islam adalah riba SPayLater adalah haram dan sebaiknya dihindari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana sistem keamanan data privacy pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang difokuskan pada pemahaman fenomena-fenomena sosial dari perspektif partisipan dengan lebih menitik beratkan pada gambaran yang lebih lengkap daripada merinci menjadi angka atau variabel. Data-data yang ada pada penelitian ini didapat dari sumber-sumber literatur yang ada, baik itu dari jurnal, buku, maupun artikel-artikel. Kemudian merangkumnya menjadi sebuah literatur baru yang dapat menjadi pedoman bagi pembaca. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti dapatkan menunjukan bahwa data privacy yang ada pada E-Commerce Tokopedia mengalami kebocoran dan telah terjadinya penjualan data privacy pelanggan, sehingga regulasi pada e-commerce Tokopedia masih memerlukan perbaikan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi theory of planned behavior dalam penerapan halal certification pada UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman halal di kawasan Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Deskriptif kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan data berupa angka untuk mengukur dan menganalisis fenomena atau permasalahan yang sedang diteliti. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik kuesioner yang disebar dengan menggunakan google form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM di kawasan Medan yang belum melakukan kepengurusan halal certification. Dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 31 pelaku usaha UMKM di kawasan Medan. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti dapatkan menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 aspek pada theory of planned behaviour yaitu sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku, yang diketahui mampu mempengaruhi para pelaku UMKM di kawasan Medan untuk melakukan kepengurusan halal certification.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) in Islamic Business Management. This research uses a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The existing data sources come from indexed journal literature that has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically which has been published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was carried out via internet surfing from Google Scholar. The research data population is journals and books that focus on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The results of this research state that the implementation of planning in Islamic business management must be in line with sharia values, ensuring that business objectives not only benefit the company, but also create social and economic benefits for society as a whole. The application of organizing in Islamic business management involves the creation of a fair and sustainable organizational structure. The separation of duties and responsibilities must reflect fairness, and strategic decisions must take into account their impact on society. Synergy between business interests and general welfare is the main key in the organizing process. The application of actuating in Islamic business management is the implementation of Islamic values in every company action such as work ethics, transparency and honesty and creating fair economic opportunities. The application of controlling in Islamic business management includes continuous monitoring of compliance with sharia principles. This includes ongoing evaluation of business sustainability and fair distribution of profits. Controls also ensure that the business operates in accordance with Islamic objectives and does not involve practices that are inconsistent with sharia law.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategies used by Padang Sinar Restaurant in meeting customer expectations in the culinary industry. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding and anticipating customer needs to maintain competitive advantage. This research also explores the concept of customer expectations and its relationship with service quality. This research discusses various aspects of service quality and consumer behavior. It was stated that service quality is very important for businesses to measure their performance and meet customer expectations. This research also introduces the concept of Servqual, a tool used to measure service quality based on five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research also briefly discusses the importance of price and value in consumer decision making. This research discusses the importance of providing value and satisfaction to customers so that companies can be successful. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation or observations, interviews with restaurant staff and several customers and Focus on Discussion. The strategy carried out by Padang Sinar Restaurant includes increasing service speed, responsiveness and transactions, as well as using a 4P marketing approach. The conclusion emphasizes the need for continuous improvement in service and product quality to meet customer expectations.
