Abstract

Tujuan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan adalah mengembangkan SDM guru PAUD pada aspek pembuatan video pembelajaran di PAUD Ar-Rahim DesaKemuningLor KecamatanArjasaKabupatenJember. komunitas PAUD Ar-Rahim ini berada di lingkungan padat warga, dalam proses pembelajaran penyampaiannya masih menggunakan media yang monoton, seperti peraga dan gambar, sehingga focus dan minat anak terhadap materi yang disampaikan sangat minim. Kelebihan yang dimiliki lembaga tersebut adalah  lembaga PAUD pertama yang berbasis Islam yang terdapat di Dusun Rayap Desa Kemuning Lor Kecamatan Arjasa. Terdapat 4 orang guru yang terlibat dalam aktivitas belajar mengajar. Semuanya mengajar dengan baik dan menguasai materi yang disampaikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan dan kreatifitas Guru  dalam pembuatan media pembe;jaran digital yang mudah difahami oleh anak dan menyenangkan, hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari kurangnya semangat anak  pada saat pembelajaran. Out Put Pendampingan yang Diharapkan adalah Meningkatnya kreativitas guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran yang inovatif dan Berkembangnya kualitas SDM guru PAUD pada aspek pembuatan video pembelajaran  di era digital.

Abstract

This research describes program management parenting to improve children's development in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), with focus on how to plan, implement, and evaluation of parenting programs. Through approach qualitative, this research involves participant observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis for dig up data from the object institution study. The research results show that the process. Parenting activities at TK Dharma Wanita 03 positively impact increasing parental participation and understanding of effective parenting patterns. Through a series of activities involving parents, such as seminars and recreation. The evaluation of parenting programs is also a focus of this research. By collecting data through surveys and interviews, evaluations are carried out to assess the extent to which the program has achieved its objectives. The evaluation results show a significant increase in participation and understanding of parents. The parenting activity program implemented at TK Dharma Wanita 03 Sukorambi Jember impacts children's development, including a. Children's social-emotional development; b. Moral and Religious Development.

Abstract

For a mother who is involved in the career world, it is certainly not easy to share roles professionally. Mothers are the first to educate and introduce children to the world. In educating a child, the most important thing to instill is religious and moral values ​​because religion and morals are the main foundation in forming a human character. That is why it is so important to instill aspects of religious and moral values ​​in children as early as possible. This research aims to describe the strategies used by career women in instilling religious and moral values ​​in early childhood and the obstacles faced by career women in the Al-Qodiri Jember Islamic Institute Higher Education. This research approach uses qualitative, the type of design used is a case study. The technique for determining informants uses purposive sampling and snowball. while data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher's data analysis technique refers to the Miles and Huberman model, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research results show that the strategy used by career women in instilling religious and moral values ​​is through Direct strategies include increasing prayer while the child is still in the womb, being exemplary in congregational prayers, reciting the Koran together, fasting, memorizing prayers or short letters every night and getting into the habit of saying thank you, using the word please, saying hello, respecting elders and kissing. the hands of an older person. An indirect strategy is to send children to religious schools in the morning and entrust their children to TPQ in the afternoon. Barriers to career women in instilling moral and religious values ​​in early childhood are external, originating from outside the child in the form of limited parental time, inability to control influences. bad friends and the bad influence of social media.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan anak usia dini adalah suatu proses pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak usia lahir hingga enam tahun secara menyeluruh, yang mencakup aspek fisik dan non fisik. Dengan memberikan rangsangan bagi perkembangan jasmani, rohani (moral dan spiritual) motorik, akal pikir, emosional, dan sosial yang tepat agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara baik dan optimal. Penerapan nilai-nilai agama di laksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan moralitas anak pada masa pertumbuhannya. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mencetak anak-anak yang cerdas dan berakhlakul karimah. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu, bagaimana strategi penerapan nilai-nilai agama untuk meningkatkan moral agama Islamanak usia dini di Pos PAUD Kamboja 69 Desa Pocangan Kec. Sukowono Kab. Jember? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengikuti cara yang di kemukakan oleh Patton yaitu; reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; strategi penerapan nilai-nilai agama untuk meningkatkan moral Agama Islam anak usia dini di Pos PAUD Kamboja 69 dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pemberian materi doa sehari-hari, praktek cara ibadah, pembelajaran diluar kelas seperti belajar memafkan dan belajar berterima kasih. Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Agama, Moral Agama, dan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Early Childhood Education Learning Process Is a part of pre-school education whose learning is directed at the development of students. Early childhood education occupies a significant position because this period is the determining age, therefore it is called the (Golden Age). Efforts to improve the quality of early childhood education so that it runs optimally require interesting and educational learning strategies in stimulating the development of early childhood, especially in motoric and cognitive development. The focus of this study is classified into three parts, 1) How are the steps in developing cognitive and motoric early childhood through memorization of hadith with movement, 2) What is the impact of memorization of hadith based on movement on early childhood. The research approach uses qualitative and the type of research design is based on case studies. In this study, researchers used the Purposive Sampling technique to determine informants. Data collection techniques in this study were participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles & Huberman qualitative research model, namely: a. Data reduction, b. Data presentation (data display) c. Drawing conclusions (verification). The results of the study indicate that 1) the steps to develop cognitive and motor skills of early childhood through memorizing hadith with movement are the preparation of hadith in RPPH, implementation in the classroom and evaluation after the end of learning. 2) The impact of memorizing hadith based on movement a) makes it easier for children to memorize, b) gets children used to always behaving well and is applied in everyday life. c) balances the right brain and left brain of children. d) and develops children's cognitive and physical motor skills e) children are more enthusiastic in memorizing.
