Abstract

Komunitas anak yatim sangat perlu untuk mendapatkan perhatian terutama dalam penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan. Karena masa anak-anak merupakan masa produktif yang perlu untuk diberikan bekal keterampilan usaha yang nantinya dapat diterapkan setelah mereka beranjak dewasa. Keterampilan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui kegiatan bioentrepreneurship dengan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan limbah. Bioentrepreneurship ini merupakan kegiatan yang menggabungkan biologi dengan entrepreneur. Biologi merupakan salah satu cabang dari ilmu sains, yang mempelajari alam dan makhluk hidup, juga mengajarkan akan tanggung jawab untuk mencintai, memelihara kelestarian lingkungan, dan menjaga keseimbangan alam sehingga dapat memperoleh manfaat. Adapun metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Di dalam pemberdayaan ini komunitas yang diberdayakan dan dikembangkan adalah anak yatim perempuan di LKSA Yabappenatim Kelurahan Gebang Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Berdasarkan hasil pemberdayaan di Komunitas LKSA Yabappenatim dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan anak yatim perempuan pada aspek pemanfaatan limbah lingkungan sebagai bahan yang berdayaguna dan mengembangkan kreativitas anak yatim perempuan berbasis bioentrepreneurship tidak akan berhasil jika tidak ada kerjasama dan partisipasi aktif dari subjek pendampingan, masyarakat terutama masyarakat sekitar. asosiasi-asosiasi dan institusi yang berkaitan dengan lembaga LKSA Yabappenatim serta para donatur yang telah menyumbang dengan ikhlas untuk pelaksanaan program ini di komunitas LKSA Yabappenatim Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan berjalan dengan optimal karena pemberdayaan ini menghasilkan pengembangan kreativitas anak yatim perempuan berbasis bioentrepreneurship dalam memanfaatkan limbah lingkungan alam di sekitar LKSA Yabappenatim menjadi bahan atau produk yang berdayaguna.

Abstract

In educational process, curriculum management must be implemented to ensure that curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation occur effectively and efficiently. This study focuses on Pre-Kindergarten Education Institutions (PAUD), an educational service program offered by formal and informal a variety of educational groups, which is targeted particularly at young children in order to promote their physical and psychological development. This study aimed to explore the curriculum management based on religious values used in Raudatul Athfal Miftahul Ulum Terpadu Suren Jember as well as its planning, implementation, and evaluation. The result of the study showed: (1) the planning of curriculum management based on religious values at RA Miftahul Terpadu Suren includes Hablum minallah such as carrying out the dhuha prayer, reciting AL-Qur’an etc; Hablum minannas such as speaking politely, behaving well, and greeting to others; Hablum minannafsi such as having a sense of self-love, Hablum minal alam such as caring to the environment. These planning processes are the outcome of previous evaluations. (2) At this school, the implementation of religious values-based curriculum consists of two levels, namely school level and grade level. (3) Evaluation of religious values-based curriculum management entails both process and outcome evaluation.

Abstract

Curriculum is the soul of education, to develop it as an effort for improvement and progress is a must and necessity for all educational institutions in Indonesia, especially those in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic basic school). This research aims to examine the implementation of learning curriculum in Indonesia and in several developed countries which become a reference of innovation and answer to changes and challenges of the times. IPAS itself is an abbreviation of IPA (natural science) and IPS (social science) which is a new term designed by the government in the content of the current Merdeka Curriculum. In terms of content, IPAS is very close to nature and human interaction. Its learning needs to present a context that is relevant to the natural and environmental conditions around students. The research method used was a qualitative research method with a library research approach. Students’ need based learning is one of the author's findings in investigating science (IPAS) learning in the Merdeka Curriculum. Abstract

Learning media is a forum for educators in an educational institution to convey material that will be delivered to students. There are many learning media used by educators, one of which is the LKS used by teachers at RA Ulul Albab, but the LKS used by teachers -Teachers at RA Ulul Albab is the work of teachers at that institution. This research describes the process of preparing Multipe Intelligence-based worksheets with an independent curriculum at RA Ulul Albab, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. This determination technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the preparation of Multiple Intelligence-based LKS can meet the achievement standards for children at RA Ulul Albab, and this is proven by the many institutions both in East Java Province and outside Java that use LKS that have been prepared by RA Ulul Albab teachers and the team. Another. The preparation of multiple intelligence-based LKS also combines the latest curriculum so that every year, there are updates to the LKS that have been prepared. The existence of LKS that have been prepared by RA Ulul Albab teachers is very helpful for teachers in the teaching and learning process; apart from the attractive appearance, the LKS contains more pictures than writing, so that students are interested in the LKS. Evaluation activities are always carried out by the LKS preparation team once a year so that the LKS prepared always follows the latest curriculum and is based on Multiple Intelligence in accordance with the vision and mission of RA Ulul Albab Jember.

Abstract

This research describes program management parenting to improve children's development in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), with focus on how to plan, implement, and evaluation of parenting programs. Through approach qualitative, this research involves participant observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis for dig up data from the object institution study. The research results show that the process. Parenting activities at TK Dharma Wanita 03 positively impact increasing parental participation and understanding of effective parenting patterns. Through a series of activities involving parents, such as seminars and recreation. The evaluation of parenting programs is also a focus of this research. By collecting data through surveys and interviews, evaluations are carried out to assess the extent to which the program has achieved its objectives. The evaluation results show a significant increase in participation and understanding of parents. The parenting activity program implemented at TK Dharma Wanita 03 Sukorambi Jember impacts children's development, including a. Children's social-emotional development; b. Moral and Religious Development.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship departs from the concept of human independence in solving the problems at hand. In entrepreneurship, humans try to get out of life's problems. They turn uncertainty into promising opportunities. The human ability to turn challenges into economic opportunities has existed since their existence in the world. They live, develop and progress on the principle of independence. Every effort was made to meet the needs of his life. This study was carried out by RA Ulul Albab, located at Bumi Mangli Permai Jember. Women's leadership at RA Ulul Albab has gotten awards and has innovations in developing an entrepreneurial spirit in early childhood. The application of AUD's entrepreneurial spirit will not be separated from the role of the leader. This study uses a qualitative approach; the technique used in selecting informants is purposive. This means determining informants according to selected criteria relevant to the research problem. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis followed the method Milles and Huberman proposed: data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The focus of the research is 1) How does women's leadership make the innovations in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of Early Childhood?; 2) How is the leadership behaviour of women in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of Early Childhood? The results of the research are 1) The innovation carried out by the principal of RA Ulul Albab in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of Early Childhood is carried out in two steps, namely: a) Thinking New Thing; b) Doing New Things; 2) Management by Exception-Active, a figure who is active and firm in paying attention to the implementation of the duties of teachers so as not to make mistakes or failures. Supervising leaders who always supervise and motivate teachers and Management by Self-protective-spiritual, leaders who have more orientations based on brotherly relationships and low levels of selfishness, leaders who are inspirational visionary, and prioritize Collaborative team orientation, honest leaders and trust.

Abstract

Five In One Box  merupakan  salah  satu media pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk membantu anak-anak dalam mengenal angka, huruf, dan konsep dasar lainnya melalui berbagai aktivitas yang terintegrasi dalam satu kotak. Media ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan bermanfaat bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Five In One Box dalam mengembangkan kognitif anak usia dini. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan langkah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perencanaan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Five In One Box dalam mengembangkan perkembangan kognitif anak dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan media di KB Dharma Wanita, pemperolehan data, menciptakan alat peraga edukatif dan penyusunan strategi pembelajaran yang termuat dalam modul ajar. Pelaksanaan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Five In One Box dimulai dengan pengenalan media Five In One Box. Guru KB Dharma Wanita tidak hanya menjadi fasilitator namun juga mengamati, mengarahkan dan membantu peserta didik dalam memahami kegiatan pembelajaran. Evaluasi perkembangan kognitif anak KB Dharma Wanita diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang meliputi tes pengetahuan dasar, kemampuan problem solving, dan kemampuan berpikir logis. Adapun teknik penilaian yang digunakan oleh guru KB Dharma Wanita dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Five In One Box untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini antara lain Observasi, penilaian percakapan, dan portofolio.

Abstract

This study explores the Albayen educational platform, a pioneering initiative in integrating technology with Islamic education content. Launched in Malaysia and subsequently extended to other Southeast Asian countries, Albayen represents a significant shift towards a comprehensive, adaptable, and technologically infused approach in Islamic educational settings. Employing a case study methodology, this research focuses on three Islamic religious schools in Johor, Malaysia. It encompasses the experiences of 30 teachers and 152 students, utilizing a mixed-method approach comprising interviews and questionnaires. This methodology provides a holistic view of Albayen's implementation and its effects on pedagogical practices and learning experiences. Findings indicate that Albayen has substantially enhanced both technological and pedagogical skills among teachers. Most reported significant improvements in technical skills and teaching methodologies, reflecting Albayen's effectiveness in modernizing educational practices. For students, Albayen has notably increased motivation and enriched learning experiences, with over 85% reporting high levels of engagement and enhanced understanding. In conclusion, Albayen emerges as a transformative tool in Islamic education, effectively bridging traditional practices with modern digital approaches. Its impact on teaching quality and student learning experiences suggests its potential as a model for global Islamic education reform in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan pandangan baru terhadap sistem pendidikan Indonesia dengan mengadopsi beberapa prinsip yang telah terbukti sukses dalam sistem pendidikan Finlandia. Melalui perbandingan antara dua sistem pendidikan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kunci yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks Indonesia untuk mempersiapkan generasi emas di masa depan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis perbandingan antara kebijakan pendidikan, struktur kurikulum, metode pengajaran, dan evaluasi pendidikan di kedua negara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Finlandia, seperti penekanan pada pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan, penghargaan terhadap profesi guru, kurikulum yang berfokus pada keberagaman, dan pendekatan evaluasi yang holistik, dapat memberikan arah baru bagi sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya reformasi mendalam dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menghasilkan generasi yang berkualitas dan siap bersaing secara global. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi para pengambil kebijakan pendidikan dalam merancang perubahan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia.

Abstract

As school mentors, teachers have a role in influencing and fostering children's development. This research aims to explore teacher professionalism's influence on mental health development and the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) in early childhood. Teacher professionalism, which includes competence, skills, and attitudes in teaching, is crucial in creating a learning environment that supports children's holistic development. In the context of early childhood education, two critical aspects that are influenced by teacher professionalism are children's mental health and progress in children's ZPD. The approach used in the research is quantitative with a causal explanatory type. Researchers use populations and samples; this sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection in this research was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using WarpPLS 4 software goes through two stages of analysis, namely the inner model and the outer model. This research results in Hypothesis 1 testing teacher professionalism (X1) on mental health (Y1). The test results obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, and a T Statistics value of 7,954> 1.96 so that a decision could be made: Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted with the statement: teacher professionalism (X1) influences mental health (Y1); Hypothesis 2 tests teacher professionalism (X1) against the Zone of Proximal Development (Z1). The test results obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, and a T Statistics value of 6,865> 1.96 so that a decision could be made: Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted with a statement; Teacher professionalism (X1) influences the Zone of Proximal Development (Z1). Hypothesis 3 tests teacher professionalism (X1) on mental health (Y1) and Zone of Proximal Development (Z1) simultaneously. The test results obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, and a T Statistics value of 4,819> 1.96 so that a decision could be made: Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted with the statement: teacher professionalism (X1) influences mental health (Y1) and the Zone of Proximal Development (Z1 ) simultaneously.
