Abstract

Purchasing an item from a supplier is an important element for companies to procure goods. Because in a purchase there are so many things that must be considered such as the quality of the goods, the quantity of the goods, the prices of the goods, and many other attributes of the goods which later the goods will be resold to the customers. One company that has a business process/purchase cycle to suppliers is PT. Fuboru. But until now PT. Fuboru in the process of purchasing to suppliers and management of goods in the warehouse still uses the manual method, namely by recording purchases/procurement of goods using books and purchase notes, often loss occurs because the storage of purchase notes is still in the form of archives, causing the absence of systematic purchase data records. This causes problems in service to customers because if there is an error in calculating the stock manually / not computerized, then if there are goods that are out of stock, the procurement of goods will not be carried out immediately, it will take time in the process of procuring goods to suppliers. So that a system is needed that can facilitate the Warehouse and purchasing department to place an order for goods and monitor the stock of goods in the Warehouse. In this research will be made a web-based purchasing information system at PT. Indonesian Fuboru. The information system created can store data on supplier purchase transactions made and management of goods in the warehouse of PT. Fuboru Indonesia. In addition, it can facilitate PT Fuboru Indonesia in monitoring the purchase and management of goods in the warehouse. The research uses the waterfall software development method and uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. By using the waterfall software development method, it can facilitate researchers in building information systems because the system is carried out in stages starting from gathering requirements to implementation. Each stage is carried out optimally before the next stage so as to minimize errors

Abstract

Every data and information circulating on the internet is open and easily accessible by anyone, awareness of the importance of securing data and information is still a major concern. Data and information cannot be erased easily and can sometimes become digital footprints that can be detrimental to users. This community service program takes the theme of internet security by targeting youth who still have limitations in understanding and knowing the dangers of freely sharing personal data and information on the internet. The method of implementing this activity is to provide seminars and discussions as well as presentation of examples related to internet security. The result of this activity is that students from community service partners become aware of the potential dangers related to internet security

Abstract

The property business is always in great demand and is discussed by every class of society, that's what makes all business people vying to improve their property business, one of which is by utilizing technology so that it can make it easier for businesses to develop where companies can use technology as a tool. when making a property reservation. In this research, a website-based information system was created that helps Adiland Property Company in improving services in its business. The system created consists of a property booking system and mortgage data processing. The existence of a mortgage data processing system can make it easier for companies to manage mortgage data by customers in an integrated manner, besides that with an online ordering system it can also make it easier for customers to make orders where there are several choices of online payment methods. In making the system, the software development method was used using the requirements prototyping method, while testing this application, two methods have been used, namely blackbox testing. In blackbox testing, testing is carried out by trying all the existing inputs on the system whether they are as expected by giving a questionnaire to each existing user, namely the customer, property agent admin, in-house mortgage manager. The results obtained are a website that can be used by Adiland Property to reach a wider market and ease in making property purchase transactions.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a phenomenon that is the center of attention of an organization or company because it greatly influences the continuity and development of the organization. Customers are said to be loyal if they have affection for a company's products or services. So that loyal customers will express this affection by saying positive things about the company's products or services to friends, relatives and co-workers. However, if customers feel uncomfortable with a company's products and services, there is a possibility that customers will switch from loyal to disloyal. This is usually called customer switching. This research is based on a systematic review of the influence of usability and ease of use of online shopping applications as well as the factors causing customers to switch from online shopping applications to mobile retail applications. Three phases are used in this study's systematic literature review (SLR). The factors that were discovered were categorized using three main themes. Interconnected among these three elements are perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use. This study also found that when TAM is added as a new component to gauge the intention to adopt an online shopping application, "trust, ease, and information quality" are the most important factors. By carefully identifying the effects of online shopping application on business management, this research contributes theory. The findings assist online shopping application service providers in formulating sensible plans for foreseeing and enhancing clients' intentions to use online shopping applications.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship and self-reliance are important points for the Indonesian people in improving their economic standard of living, especially during the current post-COVID-19 recovery period. Many people have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, especially on the economic side, causing a decline in people's income and standard of living. This digital entrepreneurship training program was carried out at the El-Shaddai church in Surabaya, targeting community groups that were economically affected by COVID-19. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and training regarding the use of digital media in marketing the products they already have. In addition to training, regular assistance is also provided to ensure the success of this program and have a direct impact on community service partners. The implementation of the program is carried out by a team consisting of lecturers as facilitators and students as assistant facilitators. The results obtained show that people are getting used to doing product management and utilizing digital media such as social media and marketplaces to market their products. Abstrak Kewirausahaan dan kemandirian menjadi poin penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup ekonomi mereka khususnya dalam masa pemulihan paska pandemi COVID-19 saat ini, banyaknya masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19 khususnya pada sisi ekonomi menyebabkan menurunnya pendapatan dan taraf hidup masyarakat. Program pelatihan kewirausahaan digital ini dilaksanakan di gereja El-Shaddai Surabaya dengan menyasar pada kelompok masyarakat yang terdampak COVID-19 secara ekonomi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan media digital dalam memasarkan produk yang sebenarnya sudah mereka miliki, selain pelatihan juga dilakukan pendampingan secara berkala untuk memastikan keberhasilan dari program ini dan berdampak langsung kepada masyarakat mitra pengabdian. Pada pelaksanaan program dilakukan oleh tim yang terdiri dari dosen sebagai fasilitator dan mahasiswa sebagai asisten fasilitator. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah masyarakat mulai terbiasa dalam melakukan manajemen produk dan memanfaatkan media digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Kata kunci: pendampingan, pemasaran digital, kewirausahaan, pelatihan.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik (SMAK) St. Louis 2 Surabaya menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan fungsi halaman web sekolah mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan orang tua, calon siswa, serta siswa yang sudah bersekolah. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah tampilan web yang kurang responsif dan tidak terintegrasi dengan media sosial. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan pembuatan ulang situs web menggunakan WordPress yang dipadukan dengan Divi Plus dan Supreme. Integrasi media sosial dilakukan menggunakan Smash Balloon dan Click to Chat WhatsApp untuk memudahkan komunikasi. Proyek ini juga mencakup fitur-fitur baru seperti profil alumni, sejarah sekolah berbasis alur waktu, serta tampilan berita yang lebih informatif. Hasilnya adalah situs web yang lebih menarik dan mudah digunakan, memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik serta memudahkan akses informasi. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung branding sekolah dan mempermudah proses penerimaan siswa baru.
