Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran monopoli pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran 1 di SMKN 1 Pasuruan, kelayakan media pembelajaran monopoli pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran 1, dan evaluasi siswa terhadap media pembelajaran monopoli pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran 1 di SMKN 1 Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu R&D dengan model pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D dari Thiagarajan yang memiliki empat tahap diantaranya; pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran, namun penelitian pengembangan ini hanya dibatasi pada tahap pengembangan saja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran 1 dengan jumlah 20 siswa di SMKN 1 Pasuruan. Instrumen dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi dari ahli media, dan ahli soal serta angket evaluasi siswa. Hasil dari pengembangan media pembelajaran monopoli pada telah dikembangkan peneliti mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas X OTKP 1 di SMKN 1 Pasuruan, yang memiliki 4 tahap yakni define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Hasil analisis kelayakan media pembelajaran monopoli yang telah dikembangkan peneliti memperoleh nilai sebesar 86,02% dengan kategori sangat layak dari validasi ahli media dan 94,37% dengan kategori sangat sesuai diperoleh dari validasi ahli soal. Sera dari hasil analisis evaluasi siswa terhadap media pembelajaran monopoli yang telah dikembangkan peneliti memperoleh nilai sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Monopoli, Administrasi Umum Abstract This development research aims to find out the development of monopoly learning media in general administration subjects in class X Automation and Office Management 1 in SMKN 1 Pasuruan, the feasibility of monopoly learning media in general administration subjects in class X Automation in Office Management 1, and student evaluation of media monopoly learning in general administration subjects class X Office Automation Governance 1 in SMKN 1 Pasuruan. The method used is R&D with a development model that refers to the 4-D development model of Thiagarajan which has four stages including; defining, designing, developing, and distributing, but this research development is only limited to the development stage. The subjects in this study were Grade X students of Office Management Automation 1 with a total of 20 students at SMKN 1 Pasuruan. Instrument and data analysis in this study used validation sheets from media experts, and expert questions and student evaluation questionnaires. The results of the development of monopoly learning media on researchers have been developed describing the process of developing learning media on subjects in General Administration class X OTKP 1 in SMKN 1 Pasuruan, which has 4 stages namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the feasibility analysis of the monopoly learning media developed by researchers obtained a value of 86.02% with a very feasible category from the validation of media experts and 94.37% with a very appropriate category obtained from the validation of the question experts. The results of the analysis of student evaluations of monopoly learning media that have been developed by researchers obtained a value of 90% with a very good category. Abstract

The environment is now an interesting topic to talk about in the field of education, particularly with regard to elementary school students. Several commonly available pieces of information, particularly those demonstrating the lack of concern for the environment, are what motivated this investigation. Because of this, it is imperative that children have an attitude of environmental stewardship from an early age in compliance with governmental standards. This research aims to find out how environmentally conscious the students of Class VA SD 025 Indrasakti, Kampar Regency, are. This kind of descriptive qualitative study uses observation, interviews, and documentation as data gathering methods. This study was carried out in. The findings of the study demonstrate that the students at SD 025 Indrasakti, Kampar Regency, have an environmentally conscious attitude that aligns with the five indicators of such attitudes. These indicators include the students' prompt removal of litter from the classroom, their conservation of electricity after class, and their constant maintenance of a clean classroom. Clean up after yourself, next engage in environmental participation by emptying trash cans, and lastly take part in preserving the cleanliness of the surrounding area.

Abstract

One of the interesting tourist destinations in Lumajang Regency is B29 Tourism Village in Argosari Village, Senduro District. From here, visitors can enjoy views of Mount Bromo, the highest peak in the Sand Sea area, which is located about 40 kilometers from Lumajang City and has a height of about 2900 meters above sea level. Argosari Village also has amazing natural beauty, making it an attraction for tourists. The Lumajang Regency Government has a policy that regulates the tourism sector through the cultural tourism office. Garbage is a common problem for the wider community, especially in the people of Gedok Hamlet, Argosari Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. The unavailability of trash bins has led to the habit of burning garbage which can cause air pollution, and throwing garbage in vacant land or ravines which can cause environmental damage. This service focuses on the waste problems that occur in Gedok Hamlet, to reduce littering we provide several trash cans that can be useful for Gedok Hamlet residents to dispose of waste in its place. This service uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves community participation through interviews and observations of the community around Gedok Hamlet as a data source. This service aims to provide benefits and good impacts on waste problems that occur both in Gedok Hamlet and in the wider community, so that they understand the impact of waste on the environment and health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Data dikumpulkan dari 48 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan pengujian persyaratan instrumen yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji homogenitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur atau path analysis dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) Pelatihan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja
